Having a lot of experience, I can say : Everybody is friendly!
Rooms are perfect!
Food is perfect!
Location is perfect!
Breakfast is perfect!
Cleaning is perfect! Magenta restaurant is to good to good to be true. Probably one of the best hotels in Platja d’aro. Don’t hesitate, book it.

Well maintained hotel close to shops and beach.

After 3 days spending at the hotel in the suite with private pool it was a disappointment.
regarding the suite and especially the rate the services are not up to scratch especially the main benefit which is the private pool, pool that is not change between each rental, smell of horrible water, pool floor with lots of pebbles, sand. Cloudy water with lots of dirt. In short, pay not to feel serve a big disappointment especially given the price!
The Inorrity is horrible we hear the least gesture is everyone's gesture especially when people do not respect that some can sleep! So sleepless night!
Very narrow parking, when you had a luxury car or a narrow car low, wide or other you do not pass otherwise you leave your by shock I prefer to specify because when you rely on parking you are bothering!
Breakfast even in off-season 40min queu, to be served forever too. I understand that there is the covid and that are the employees who must serve us and more us directly but it would be said that the employees sound asleep or demotivated early in the morning brief breakfast to flee too.
The highlight of the hotel is its location and the friendliness of the employees.

Very comfortable and clean rooms, attention from the staff in general, very attentive, good location and very happy.

The whole hotel team is awesome. The setting is warm. The rooms are spacious. The towel is changed every day. Hygiene is impeccable. Meals are varied and fine. The starters and desserts are in the form of glasses. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

A charming hotel by the beach ; staff very dedicated and of great kindness ; excellent cuisine.

Great boutique hotel. All staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooms nice, beds comfortable, shower great. Walking distance from everything you need. Would definately come back. Really enjoyed the rooftop terrace and pool!

We arrived at this hotel today, the room was called SUPERIOR DOUBLE WITH LATERAL VIEW. There is no sea view at all. We see an ugly building and noisy from the restorant kitchen below. On the terrace it rains up, probably from the air conditioners above. We tryed to speak at the reception to move us in another room, but the staff did not want it. They are not at all friendly with us. I think it's the worst room in the hotel that you definitely can not call it superior. This room has to have annother price not like the others. I am very angry.
You might want to avoid this hotel. We will not come here anyway.
Hotel staff is poorly informed, they sent us to park for free in a car park where this weekend is closed for an event.

Good the people the new decoration and the service.

Friendly hotel with a (small) rooftop pool but also a gym and balcony with stunning sea views. The dining room also overlooks the sea (thanks to a large bay window). The beach is really right next to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, they are made every day. The hotel is well located as it set set quite close to branded shop or supermarket (20 minutes walk to the supermarket).

I went for a drink at the hotel late. The atmosphere is very nice and the quality of the products they serve is very good. The staff who took care of me were very attentive and even helped us with some tourist questions that we reviewed… Without a doubt, a place to repeat!

It is well located and the room although small is cozy. There is also a swimming pool on the terrace that without great pretensions fulfills its function of refreshing you without problems with salt. The only negative room cleaning service. They left the door open while they cleaned and left the room putting at risk any personal objects that were not in the safe.

Nice place to stay in costa brava. Very well located. Small rooms and no proper privacy in bath and toilet.

Hotel at the foot of the beach and next to the main street. Recently refurbished. The rooms are very nice and quiet. The bed is wonderful and the shower too! I loved it. We had breakfast included buffet type Q was all very good and we had breakfast with a view of the beach. Beautiful.

Very nice room, clean and tastefully decorated! The buffet is small but the food very healthy and of a lot of quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the hotel is located in an unbeatable area.

Neat hotel, personal room and Super catering.

The location, the view, the rooms, the breakfast, the dinner… everything deserves a 10 and above at a good price! Much better than other hotels of more stars in the area.
Maybe to go with small children I would choose another hotel but to go in couple I would recommend it!

It's been more than 30 years since summer in Playa de Aro and whenever I pass by. Promenade and pass in front of the hotel PLanamar brings me very good memories, still having the charm and spirit of all life but modernized, the Terrazita in plan chily out in summer and at night taking a sangria and watching the sea and people walking has no PR Ecio,

The location is excellent. Nice and friendly staff. The restaurant fantastic the Buffet very varied with top quality products with the privilege of having a cook who is on the grill and we can choose between meat or fish all exquisite.
A unique place that makes you feel at home. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

Magnificent lobster Paella.

We had cocktails and dinner at the restaurant below the hotel "mangenta". Very good cocktails and nice plates with quantity and quality.

This year will be the third we repeat. Great service, super clean everything, the services brilliant, the restaurant great. Anyway, I'm missing stars.

Very nice Hotel, good service, clean and comfortable. Well located, facing the sea and two blocks from the center, perfect for not moving the car. Paid Parking two blocks from the hotel.

The buffet would have to be bigger but the food is great.

Small Hotel in the centre of Playa de Aro. Ideal to go in winter. Small rooms with terrace and sea views. Very nice staff.

Where do I start! Avoid like the plague Arrived 1am to be greeted by the most grumpiest ignorant man at reception who didn’t even acknowledge us upon arrival. Very rude wasn’t even going to give us a room as apparently we didn’t have a voucher even though we printed out every copy we recieved from our holiday company. Our room Very dated no flat screen TV no hairdryer in rooms u have to pay 20 rotor deposit to use each time. To use the TV u first need to ask reception for a remote. Beds well very uncomfortable with plastic ground sheets. Pillows flat u probably need about 3 but they only supply u with 1. U get 1 key between all in per room. Food Ummm not good at all scraping the barrel type food not a lot of selection at all n nothing really for the children. My advice would be to take a lot of euros and eat out it’s disgusting. All inclusive Well u get 2 cards u need to show ur blue card at bar n u get a drink so if ur a couple u can get 2 drinks max at a time once finished u take ur glass back n they refill no card no drink. Total rip off Staff r friendly at the bar n in restaurant The entertainment staff (just the 1) is probably the best n only good thing out of this hotel Run down dated do not come here u have been warned this is written 14th of October 2017

If you compare all the hotels in Platja d'aro, it is undoubtedly the best report quality / price! Very well located, on the beach, not too big, family friendly, the rooms are spacious, modern and have a balcony with views of the sea, … Smiles and availability of all the staff, from the welcome to the restaurant … And the unmissable terrace with swimming pool offers a breathtaking view! Never leave disappointed, always looking forward to going back!

Fabulous hotel, loved it, super rooftop solarium with pool, very comfortable sun loungers. Would return but would have a sea view next time rather than a lateral sea view.

Good price, comfortable and close to the beach. The swimming pool is no big deal, but who wants to pool with sea?
The penalty is that the parking is 300 m away.

Stayed at Hotel Planamar August 2015. Could not fault it at all. Rooms were stunning… Hotel was spotless… Location and views were out of this world… Staff were a credit to the hotel… All in all it was absolutely fantastic. Booked up to go back this year and can't wait… Couldn't recommend this hotel enough… Once you've been you'll definitely be counting down the day until your return…

Went 26/06 on the evening and enjoyed the musical ambiance and hospitality. For the meal, turbot and asian skewers not very hot.

I was last summer to highlight, excellent service, fabulous and worship that dominate several languages, family atmosphere great care in cleaning, and super clean rooms, best have garage, pool, in spite of that are walk from Beach, but quality and service as a three star, this summer again, with family and friends, very RECCOMENDABLE, and is practically in the center of it all.
