Great standard of hotel but miserly breakfast options for this quality of hotel was poor. Lucy on reception was fantastic, very helpful and cheerful Young guy waiting tables in bar was also helpful. Excellent modern and clean. Restaurant served good quality food for reasonable prices and they had draught beer served in jugs. Breakfast content lacked imagination compared to the market place for a hotel of this standard. All the other staff looked like they had lost a relative recently or a 50 euro note. Not a smile.

The service was great; They had to my conscience twenty-two "diners", for calling them in some way, and they treated us exquisitely.

It is a 3 star hotel, we have stayed in a refurbished room. The room was correct. The hotel is at the entrance to Torrijos and you have to take the car to go anywhere. The staff is very nice and they cater to you very well.

It Is expensive for what it offers, specifically 70 euros without breakfast if you want. The shower is old and they have some discolored. The artichoke is in bad shape. It's Not very clean as I found dirt pellets under the beds. The TV is correct, big but old and without pen. The beds are from old piers and making them sound a lot. In the closet It smells old and it had humidity. It Is Spacious Although the old furniture.
I would Not stay a second time, since the price does not correspond to the quality at all. For 70 euros I find much better places. The only highlight is the sympathetic of the receptionist, but it takes a long time to appear, having to ring the doorbell several times!

I Didn't like it at all. We were Only offered a €22 menu when there was another one from season to €12. The €22 menu has a little variety. We Chose a seafood soup and a honey-roasted knuckle. The soup, nothing outstanding. As for the knuckle, it was hard and parched. The site is nothing more than a bar with the restaurant area separated by screens. In short, an expensive place for the quality offered.

I use it to host me in my professional trips. Is correct the try, the kitchen and the rooms, the single "but" is the bathroom that are very outdated.
I recommend it to all the commercials.

Horrible! Worse impossible! I recommend this hotel for anything! We were at the wedding of a family staying at this hotel. The front desk staff the only thing salvageable from this establishment. The rest of the service shameful. The waiters are nasty and very ill-educated. The manager was deaf to our complaints and we are treated as ignorant. The food lousy the facilities are old and very ugly. The halls of the celebration gave the feeling of an abandoned warehouse. The bed seemed to be the marble on which you lay when fallleces of what hard and uncomfortable they were. Completely inadvisable. I give it one star because I can't give 0.

Step by Torrijos we had lunch, we went through the hotel castilla and we decided to eat. We ask menu:noquis Bolognese and grilled hake.
Frozen gnocchi and hard (bad cooking),
The hake desconjelada and made with microwave (also cold and raw) with four leaves bad puestas. El service very normalito pulling to slow.
The only thing between good homemade flan for dessert.
For all this 12e.
I've eaten at other sites by 8e infininamente better.
Not again or recommend this site for nothing.

Ideal Hotel for sleeping if you're visiting Toledo, is 20 minutes from the city and all the way is by motorway, with respect to the accommodation is quite good, rooms spacious, clean and very quiet. Be careful with the breakfast as they spend a lot on the price, so I do not recommend to have breakfast in the cafeteria, it is better to sleep and have breakfast and eat outside. The hotel we booked through Booking as it came out quite cheaper to do it through the hotel website.
