Very cozy, spacious rooms, excellent restaurant and disco, to go alone, as a couple or groups, plus ample parking.

We have been today in the spa, the circuit is two hours, we have taken a circuit pack + relaxing massage for 61 euros per person. The wonderful spa, very neat and super clean facilities, is very complete with many shower cabins and several bathing sites, the staff very nice and attentive, explained everything to us as soon as we arrived. The massage we got super relaxing. Recommended to the 💯 to repeat again.

Very good hotel to rest and disconnect in the spa if you want. Spacious facilities and everything very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The weekday spa is more or less clear of people, it will also depend on the dates. Experience to repeat. However, the prices of the restaurant are somewhat high in some things.

We have come twice to attend two family events, so my opinion is limited to a guest experience.
The overall impression is pretty good as:
1. The facilities are fabulous: very well maintained and beautiful gardens, spacious parking and adjoining the complex. In addition, it has a huge room that functions as a disco, where you can finish any type of event without having to travel.
2. The kitchen is good, and for meat lovers, it has an excellent grill.
3. The service is impeccable: attentive and professional.

The stay was very nice, the staff always very attentive and willing to help you. The only catch was the restaurant was first mistaken on the menu and then took too long to bring the dishes about 20-30 minutes and others it took them 45 minutes, except everything else very well although a little high the price for everything offered. Again I say it the staff 10 less in the restaurant.

Beauty, spa and thermal circuits very complete. Large and comfortable room. With parking. Garden nice and care. The only downside is that it is in the middle of nowhere.

The worst of it. I have not seen anything like it. We went to the spa. To begin with I was not even open at the time advertised. We had to wait in reception for about 10 minutes until someone deigned to serve. When we walked into the spa… The swimming pool of jets, half-filled, I don't know how many hoses in the way. A lord of maintenance with sports (I was going barefoot, as it is assumed that you are going from pool to pool…). The contrast pools, one empty and the other two half-filled. And best of all; the cold water. The truth that we thought we went to the spa and then eat at the same restaurant in the hotel, but gave us fear to follow the same policy and that we set the dishes empty and/or half-filled, and cold. We went my partner and I on a Friday to sleep, dinner and breakfast with the stay, romantic stay. Already knew, because we got married there 5 years ago and it was great. The dinner very good, the room great, the pleasant and the breakfast plentiful and varied. One pending is one day going to the spa. I've spent the October long weekend at the Hotel Comendador. All around spectacular, a room, a restaurant, and especially the girls at reception and a café. Super friendly hotel. The hydrothermal circuit and massage with ten. Ideal to move to Toledo or Madrid, And highly recommended the visit to the archaeological park of Carranque.

What a wonder. The spa's most comprehensive that I have been. Pool area with a multitude of jets, bathroom area of contrast, several showers, sauna area… Plus it is a very quiet, with few people (or none). We've done a peel and a complete massage and great. The changing rooms are comfortable.

Dream wedding. For the Hotel Comendador, there is only praise, our wedding was perfect, the quality and quantity of the food, fast service and very well attended by waiters very professional that they were at all. The cocktail hour in the gardens, simply spectacular at dusk with the warm light of the lanterns among the olive trees, wonderful and the food and drink very well, the ceremony is beautiful, also in the gardens, surrounded by grass, very emotional, much better than we expected. The dance and the free bar in the disco fonomenal we had a great time. Many thanks to all the staff at the hotel, especially the coordinators Veronica and Eva, and glory that made master of ceremonies, we did feel very well, thanks to the restaurant service and above all, congratulations to the kitchen for this dinner so rich and also thanks to the girls of the reception of the hotel and the girls at the spa, it has been a dream fulfilled. Our guests have been delighted. 100% recommended.

We were there over the weekend. The truth is that not where to start. The rooms are small and smelly and the staff is not very qualified to serve the public. But the worst is definitely the Restaurant. My mother food, a horror, had not where to start. We went with the package that we had caught, but they charge for that menu cheap 24€ and not worth 12. In the end, I don't have to say that I do not taste anything and I do not recommend it.

My wife made a reservation for this weekend with spa, dinner, etc. A package which by the way was great price. We were staying in a suite 01/08/2014. Upon arrival the hotel staff turned out to be very friendly and quiet environment. The room spacious and clean but the bathroom smelled fatal pipe and drain.
