Very tourist place. Best was the wine, food quality not according to the price, sure next time I will keep away from center.

We ordered the menu with several first stensiate and seconds to choose from. All right but not over. I guess the letter will be more polished.

Very bad experience. We ordered the menu of 14o. The zucchini rissoto was very salty and cold. And what about attention?! Some friendly waiters and others who were deaf when you spoke to them. The sirloin I ordered second was breaded and with a sauce that was also salty. Dessert was embarrassing. I ordered a cheesecake and it was a glass with a pasta that didn't even taste like cheese with jam on top. Too expensive for the food they present. I told the waiters to say in the kitchen how salty the dishes were and they said they couldn't complain… Amazing!
I won't come back or recommend it.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The food was good and not very expensive. The only one hits the tables on the terrace that moved everywhere.

Very nice place for breakfast, fresh orange juice, coffee, egg, churros with chocolate… everything was very good, toilets very clean. Service is not very fast but friendly. We did not expect anything due to the average reviews, but our experoence was very nice.

Very bad experience. The service very slow, took to take note and to get the food (very much).
We were missing a cover on the table and had to ask for it on several occasions.
The dishes did not comply with what was put… One of them was missing the basmati rice and the Lizard Wok was without lizard. After asking to put the Lizard took another 20 min to get the plate, and also was cold.
And, the worst, zero apologies.
I won't go back or recommend it.

Very low quality for the price of the dishes. We asked for two menus and were told that the desserts were included as they gave us the letter so that we could see them. In the account we were charged five euros more each for these desserts and it turns out it was our fault for not asking.

Our taste buds say the food was good but our stomach, due to the amount, that the place lacks food. Our internal clock has run out of batteries waiting, and our pocket savings with the account. It has a distinct minimalist style, and very suitable for those who enjoy watching the food and not savoring. In conclusion, quantity-price, nefarious and exaggerated time, we have been eating 15 minutes and 1 hour waiting.

Staff was very slow or ignored us. My tuna was not fresh by any means and another dish was not fully cooked. Very overpriced for the quality of food and lack of service.

We entered through the risotto of Toro's tail that called us a lot and what is our astonishment when they do not have. We ordered a burger and a pasta with clams. The clams were cold and it was noticeable that the pasta was made separately from the sauce. The hamburger more bland and with less meat could not be. A disaster. It's what it has to be in a tourist spot on a Saturday to eat.

I really liked it I felt like I was in Nice Andalusian village.

The place is pleasant, but the service was terrible. I went for a breakfast, they couldn't do simple ham sandwich, I ordered a toast, when it arrived the coffee was already cold and too tiny.

Fantastic venue for a bit of holiday shopping and also a great selection of eateries with plenty of choice. We have visited a few times and have always found a bargain and never had a bad meal.

A very good space with a variety of options for dining, leisure and shopping.

Very small portions for an expensive price. Do not order the ración de jamón.

Food was good and a surprise considering the menu descriptions. The wait staff works hard to take care of you, and assure all is well. We ventured here for lunch and sat outside to enjoy the open air and people strolling by. Happy eating!

Asked for a margarita pizza and they said they couldn't do that which I was confused by because all they had to do was do a pizza with no toppings but of course the pizzas must have been pre-made so I had to have a Serrano pizza off the menu which I didn't enjoy. Friends also paid €18 for about 6 small chunks of duck and they were very hungry and I had to give them my pizza. Not impressed.

I stayed only one night, I have to say that you felt me wonderful, both in facilities such as the treatment of the staff, very large room, perfect location to get to know every corner of Salamanca. In short, all outstanding.

It was what I expected for what you pay. The room, decorated in a normalista, but functional. Excellent location, in the Centre. Sufficient breakfast. The only downside the Wi-Fi signal, which is non-existent.

The e rated two stars because I think that I think they are really which have, old, crappy, incomodisimos, short sheets mattresses… I could go on with an infinite list of negative details. Good, location and the girls at reception in the morning.

The hotel was ok overall but the beds where to hard and it was very very very cold ut was so cold dat I couldnt sleep and there where no actual blancets.

A centrally located, two minutes from the plaza mayor. Rooms spacious, clean and with Wi-Fi access.
THE Super deal, told us where to park and climbed us suitcases to the room, while the aparcabamos. In addition always attentive.
Breakfast Buffet, complete with processed products, surprised us enough.
We got an offer and great price.

TERRIBLE! The worst thing I've seen in hotels, and I know a few. This does not reach or the category of pension, I don't know how you can have incredible hotel and onto the 2 star category!
Bad facilities, dwarf, (do not have neither a wretched mirror), noisy from sunrise to sunset (by clients, by area, by the people, by the cleaning staff…) secured, furniture outdated, dilapidated beds and not think of the window! unless you worship the scent to fried food. Do Park in the area? Or you dream! And up (as if this were not enough) my girl has become fraught with Bedbug bites. Better sleep in the car or at a station. A hotel that insurance, evil, we will not forget never!
And the price is similar to others in the area with a lot more category, by experience.

Hotel very central and welcoming. Good rooms and magnificent views. To the side of the Plaza mayor. In the Rua, on the way to the Cathedral and the Casa de las Conchas. Close to all the monuments.
