We were The Bachelorette party weekend. It was clean and good place to go as our Plan. They heard quite the noises from other rooms, but hey, they are very friendly people.

Rooms with bright and very nice terrace, the others depress, lack of maintenance in them and a good cleaning, I spent it cleaning knobs, ways and remote control during my 3 days stay in 3 different rooms. Few TV channels don't work well controls and are very dirty. The closets smell wet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Please note that the restaurant only has breakfast. Do not leave anything in a refrigerator, they deliver it on the floor and spoiled. Great location, it's a shame that it's not well taken care of. It is much better option than hotel Rúa, definitely! Just, improve it! And offer restaurant open all day, don't settle for just giving the essentials.

One of his receptionists, Fernando, gave us all kinds of facilities to be able to find parking, get to know the city and choose restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The sheets looked clean and there was no smell on the beds, which I appreciated. There were no annoying noises. The room did not correspond to the images on the web, it was all outdated. The bathroom was small and old. The mattresses on the beds were very uncomfortable as they were worn just like the pillows. The light went off several times at night preventing me from having the air conditioner with the heating on. Our room was on the first floor and giving directly to the street at night you would hear the groups of college students who were partying, making it impossible to reconcile the dream. On the other hand the location is excellent, in the heart of Salamanca.

The location is very good if you like nightlife discopubs area less than 10 minutes. We stayed at the hostel that has the hotel, the rooms are pretty crappy and there is no room service during your stay, but is compensated by being priced very cheap, perfect for groups of friends that you are looking for go out to have fun.

Bad facilities, dwarf, (do not have neither a wretched mirror), noisy from sunrise to sunset (by clients, by area, by people, by personnel cleaning. ) secured, furniture outdated, dilapidated beds and not think of the window! unless you worship the smell of fried food. Do Park in the area? Or you dream it! And up (as if this were not enough) my girl has become fraught with Bedbug bites. Better sleep in the car or at a station. A hotel that insurance, evil, we will not forget never!
And the price is similar to others in the area with a lot more category, by experience.
