Classic Salamanca hotel very well located five minutes from the train station and five minutes from the Plaza Mayor.

I liked the hotel in general a lot, the room and the facilities according to the category of the hotel, and with a good style and decoration.
Despite this I have missed some aspects that I am used to seeing in 5-star hotels, such as the bathrobe and slippers, and some more amenities.
As for the staff, all very friendly and efficient.

Probably worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Staff were rude, arrogant & unhelpful. No facilities in the room There were no tissues, no kettle, no wine glasses would definitely never go back.

Staffs are arrogant and rude. They charge you to get ice, and hot drinking water are chargeable. The Hotel is old and dated, not worth the 3 stars statue and the high price.
I will not stay there again.

Friendly and good treatment. Classic and large room, expected from a five star. The hallways have wooden furniture that could be in a museum.

This hotel is incredible with a gym, pool and jacuzzi charged at €16. The reception staff are very nice and there is a car valet who also carries your luggage for you. The building is also extremely beautiful. There is a computer on the ground floor which is limited to 15 minutes pp at a time. There is a sound system in the rooms and in the fitness area of the hotel which you can connect your phone to using an AUX cable. Parking is charged at €16.50pn which is extremely reasonable. The location of the hotel is perfect as you can see the main attractions very easily without causing you a headache. This is purely luxury at an affordable price.

Very nice place to stay, the bus stops are right there, 2 minute walk to one of the most famous streets. The people in there we very kind. The swimming pool is great and very useful.

A few steps from the center. It's a 5-star old, with that romantic, classic and somewhat rococo touch. Good treatment, clean and on the terrace we had a good dinner. Short letter but very good deal. The price of the room cheap. But it's not a great luxury. Value for money very well.

Nice classic hotel with a perfect location, the swimming pool on the terrace is a must. The only thing is that we missed a bar open on the terrace while you are on the swimming pool.

You don't deserve what you pay for. I went to a graduation dinner and got out of there very unhappy.
The initial appetizer was ridiculous, a croquette rickety + a prawn to the Gabardine + a shot of gazpacho.
The first course was a kind of ice cream cone stuffed with rice with squid in its ink, which when you eat you could notice how the squid was not well washed.
With regard to the sirloin, nothing of the other world, rather it was dry.
The only thing that was saved was the dessert, which by the way, was not anything elaborate, simply a KitKat-type chocolate sweep with ice cream.
The white wine is over before dinner is over.
The bartenders were very friendly, which is appreciated.

I don't recommend this place at all. We had our graduation dinner there and we are very unhappy. High price for the quality/quantity of food, the service was very scarce to be a 5 star hotel and having to serve more than 140 people. So much luxury, but appearances are deceiving. Anyway, my valuation is nil.

Comfortable Hotel a 10 minute walk from the heart of Salamanca. Spacious, clean, well-soundproofed rooms and tastefully decorated in a sober classic style. A good option to be in a good 4 star hotel without leaving too much money.

With too much décor, it seemed to be in the royal palace of Madrid, Sisi empress was missing dinner at the next table.

The location of the hotel is perfect to visit the city, five minutes from the Plaza Mayor. We loved the valet: An employee would park it in the hotel parking lot and drop it off at the door when you leave. The décor is classic and some things need renovation, such as mattresses, pillows and canapés. But it retains the charm of old-fashioned luxury.

I study Travel Agences and this hotel has a very good service, its very well situated and the rooms are good. The bar in this hotel its so big. I recomendded the hotel in especial form tours for the city.

Centrally located and comfortable Hotel to visit Salamanca. Comfy beds sleeps well. Classic style, very classic. The problem is that although it has 5 star services, it needs a major maintenance. Hotel located in the center of Salamanca from which you can visit the whole city walking. Decorated in classic style. Spacious rooms, large beds and comfortable and very good cleanliness. It has a private parking fee.

Very large bedroom and bathroom in good condition albeit the furniture is old fashioned. The shower was good. The bed was comfortable although the pillows are too bouncy. Wi-Fi works well. Didn't use their car park as at 16.50€ is way too expensive. Quiet and peaceful stay. Easy to walk to Old Town too.

Classic, luxurious old style, full of details, 6 lifts, large common spaces, high ceilings and abundant lamps. Diverse and well-endowed meeting rooms, also Wi-Fi and diligent service. Very comfortable and cozy. Brilliant restaurant with great service. If you have a celebration choose the Salon Gaudí, special.

Seriously dated but serviceable hotel. Heat was broken in our rooms and one room was left freezing, the other oven-like with no way to change it. Calling down to the front desk was not helpful in resolving the heat issue, and reception didn't seem to have solid English abilities. Bed encased in some sort of weird crinkly plastic under the sheets. Buffet breakfast was underwhelming in both selection and quality. It is, however, in a good location, an easy walk to the center of town.

Great hotel with everything needed to shower. They serve very good breakfasts (buffet). Friendly and welcoming staff who immediately helped us after losing qqchose during our stay!

Seriously old and dated hotel. It had the feel of a place that was once something fancy and special but it felt like you were walking back into a bad time machine. This hotel could use a serious upgrade.

This is an old hotel… with Victorian decor you see the grandeur of what has been and still is… this tremendously pristine. Cleanliness is maximum. The wonderful Hotel team… located at a pedestrian crossing of Toro Street and with private parking.

Loved the University City of Salamanka, but did not share same enthusiasm for Alameda Palace Hotei.

The staff very helpful and pleasant, the room comfortable, but the emergency light to the entrance will not let you sleep, the pool is very small and is not cared for, the breakfast buffet good, rooms spacious and very cozy.

We spent in this quiet and comfortable hotel only one night, but enough to appreciate the hotel. The rooms are very clean and note that it is a 5 star hotel for the refined and elegant decoration, it also has a fitness center, which was small but sufficiently equipped. The breakfast is good, has variety, but small, serve hors d'oeuvres, fruit, peeled, pastries and anything else. In general the hotel is very good and has a very affordable price for a hotel of such a good quality.

Spacious rooms, very good bathroom, all the amenities possible, excellent cleanliness throughout the hotel, the bed can be improved, the Wi-Fi does not works well, good location. The air conditioning of the room is not good. The breakfast is complete and the quality of the food is acceptable, but the service is poor and cold a shame that a five star hotel does not take care of those details, are the people who work in a hotel in a great extent that make up the identity of the same.

Very nice hotel at a conveniant location close to the centre of Salamanca. The rooms were spacious and tidy and the little pool was perfect to escape the summer heat of the city.

Bad service. We went to us for a wedding. The woman at reception offered us to take something that we were expecting the woman who drives it. After 25 minutes, nobody served us what we ask for. The attention very cold and left to be desired. Both on the part of employees of reception as the one that carries the theme of weddings.

Great, stylish hotel, excellent value for money.

Hotel was clean in a convenient location to train station and Plaza de Mayor. Friendly staff who were very helpful and patient due to our limited Spanish. Rooms were spacious. Nice breakfast outside on 7th floor patio.

The beds were awful. Old and very low to the ground. Not made up w blankets, which were located in the closet along with extra pillows. Lights turn off unless you leave your card key in a slot continuously. This was not explained at check in. Room was clean and bathroom was beautiful but not very functional. No tissues and hairdryer attached to the wall that one has to continuously press a button while drying one's hair. Very cumbersome. Breakfast was mediocre and they did not even bring coffee to the table. There was a separate fee to use the gym. There were no instructions in the room for TV and available stations or phone numbers for things like wake up calls.

Its very beautiful, rooms are so good. Ver y recommended.

A very comfortable hotel in the heart of Salamanca. I spent two nights there and the employees were very friendly with customers, I did not try the restaurant only the breakfast buffet, very good.

Despite not having much solera and be relatively modern (not more than 10 years), this hotel has managed to achieve in such a short time his personal stamp. All the decoration is very Baroque and overdone, many Golden chairs Edwardian, striped wallpaper. However, it is quite genuine and the decoration follows a very continuous line, what does not get to be tacky. The service is good and attentive and effective. The food is OK, but is not the main attraction of the place, although they have rooms for events and celebrations. It has parking and is located very close to the Centre. Rooms are not very large, but very cosy, and the atmosphere so peculiar that they have managed to transports you to the last century. It is an experience.

Unfortunate that a supposedly 5-star hotel set for breakfast pot orange juice, there is no grated tomato, ending the bread and not replaced it and that in general, the buffet is deplorable. I also do not understand it to be classified as of 5-star.
