A simple but nice hotel, very friendly staff and breakfast buffet is very good and only for 3, 50 euros. And the situation, is located in the main street, next to the cathedral, a luxury. The only downside is that you can't get past the car.

Great location with view of the cathedral, very central, with clean and modern facilities such as the shower. Also superb value (£44 for a double bed+ensuite bathroom). The staff are nice and helpful, when they know we arrived after the reception is closed, they left clear instructions for us to check-in and answered our requests immediately. Highly Recommended!

Well located in the pedestrian walk. Lots of restaurant and the cathedral de Burgos just about 50M. Stay in budget single room. Clean and they have lift.

The location is perfect, next to the cathedral, surrounded by tapas bars and shops. You have to keep in mind that the whole area is pedestrian and no cars circulate. The staff was very friendly at all times. The room is nice, a bit fair in size but full and well. The bathroom was clean. Despite being an inside room it had lots of light and was very quiet. The heating could be graduated, turned on and off. For 3, 50 you can go down to breakfast. It is a basic buffet breakfast that has just the right to have breakfast. Sausages, breads, buns, candies, juice, coffees and teas. For the price it is very well. It has an elevator. Although it does not have 24h reception, you can go in and out without any problem when you want with the cards.
We missed a plug on both sides of the bed as it only had on one side, but there are enough plugs in the room and in the bathroom.
The beds and pillows for me were not too comfortable, but this is a matter of taste. The shower with jets, fantastic but it lacks a bit of maintenance.

The Hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room too small we stayed one night (could not be much more) eye say our room did not see the rest.

Central and comfortable to visit the city and have everything very close. It's a small, low-cost type hotel offering just the right thing at an attractive price.

Perfect place to get to know the city of Burgos, in the heart of downtown, just a step away, shops, bars, restaurants, Cathedral, Plaza Mayor. Highly recommended, it is small but to know the city is perfect.

El hotel se encuentra muy cerca de la catedral y la plaza mayor, el personal es amable y está dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo que puede, la cama es cómoda y la habitación confortable, la tele es un poco pequeña y la limpieza podría mejorarse, por la noche se escuchan los ruidos de la calle sobretodo en fin de semana.

Pequeño Hotel en pleno centro de Burgos, al lado de la catedral, incluso con vistas en la parte de atrás. Todo limpio y el personal muy amable y servicial.

Good choice for a centrally located spot to stay in Burgos on your camino.

Stayed here for two nights at half the original price. It's clean (although shower corners might benefit from some bleaching) and well-ventilated, there are extra blankets available in case it's cold. The staff are really welcoming and forthcoming; they put us in a room with a hydromassage shower even though we booked a simpler room (the hydromassage part of the shower does not work as well as one would want though). Location is excellent, not too noisy (even on a Friday night). Overall a great place to stay, but I would not have booked it for its original price.

Centrally located hotel in Burgos very well located. The rooms are small but cosy. The showers have hydromassage column.

The entrance of the street almost spend it long. Small up to the amazing and the rooms were not going to be less. The suitcase went through the tiny space that went from the foot of the bed to the wall opposite. Undergo this minipasillo so many times I ended up giving me a swipe with the handle of the Cabinet and that I am small. A big man I don't know what would!. There is no receptionist never. We only caught it the day we arrived and already never turned to know of it. If there was something is it said of the bar from the side. Come on, normal! Until they would I believe that the eleven at night and Monday or Tuesday closed for rest. If you were with any problem as, for example, that it will disable card entrance to the room, which happens frequently, telefoneas to a number because they are no longer those of the bar. Come on, perfectly normal! Good and not have said that the hotel is only a ladder. Literally a ladder. It has no or a room with chairs and reception is embedded in a hollow beside the staircase. You are giving the data and you have one foot on a step and the other in another step… And still tell you that he had been a three star hotel. In what Galaxy has failed to have this hotel three-star?

We had a five night reservation at Hotel Entrearcos. Our first night we arrived by train in Burgos at 23:00, because there was no other way or time for us to get there from Madrid. A week and a half before, and three days before, I emailed the hotel to inform them of our late arrival. The day we were scheduled to arrive we called them in the morning, and again informed them of our late arrival. Everything was supposed to be okay. When we showed up, however, they had given our room away, and they were full (along with everywhere else in Burgos, since it was the city's feria). After a very long discussion with the manager who assured us he could do nothing for us and that our reservations didn't guarantee us a room (surely I must not understand what "reservation" means), we spent the night with all of our luggage on the streets, cold and tired. The next morning we managed to find another hotel, because we refused on principle to stay in this one. We went back to inform the manager we were cancelling the next four nights, which he seemed pleased with, and didn't even apologize for what had happened. By the way, the hotel is definitely NOT three star quality, so look out for that. I understand our case may have been an anomaly, but this was the worst customer service I've ever received in all of Europe, and I have spent over a year on the continent. Our experience probably won't happen to you, but if you want to avoid the possibility altogether, avoid booking here.

The exceptional situation, next of the Cathedral and streets of tapas in the Centre. The receptionist, brilliant, worried about teach us where it was all good. We ask the room with views of the Cathedral and they gave it to us. That's great!

I loved this hotel. It is small, friendly, family… with some charm. The truth is that the treatment has been second to none. The impossible situation be better. Right next to the Cathedral. The plaza mayor in front… all wine and tapas on the side areas, shopping areas, monuments… Not moved the car on the weekend!
I'll be back, recommend it and I have some friends in Burgos.
