Great luxury hotel to stay in. Great beds, bedding, spacious and modern bathrooms. Fantastic breakfast. Had 2 great nights whilst on the camino. Very centrally located!

Very nice hotel, perfectly located. Just that "lounge music" in the AC Lounge is not very relaxing … it is more a pain in the ass.

Better air conditioning. The room was not cool. They had to bring a standing fan into the room.

Nice, clean and modern Hotel. It is well situated in the centre of Burgos close to the cathedral and only a five minute walk away from the bus station. The breakfast of high quality although not too much selection. Can recommend for any stay in Burgos. Medium to high price compared to other hotels. But great for business trip in a beautiful city.

Comfortable, clean and modern hotel. The only negative note I found was the total absence of a minimum of kettle-like comfort products to make a coffee or a tea, a single micro bottle of water in two people, a couple of slippers; really not up to the Marion chain.

Good hotel. Very well located, close to the cathedral and the tapas area and eat.
It has an open hall around which are located the rooms.
The staff is very friendly and competent.
Parking is not advisable because it has a very tight curve and a lot of slope. You can park across the river without too much trouble.

We just got back from spending two days there and we were very comfortable. It is very well located, very central, but no fuss, it is very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We don't miss a damn thing. Besides the reception people are very attentive and pleasant, they are polite but they don't look like robots, as in other hotels of this type. The only thing that would vary a little the air freshener of the common areas, that tires a little, smells like James Bond, so to Mister Elegant hehe.

Super well located in the center of Burgos.

In my opinion one of the best in Burgos. The staff is very attentive and always willing to help. The location is ideal because it is close to the historic city centre. You can walk to the cathedral and also eat at any of the many restaurants that are in that area.
The rooms are spacious and quiet. The cleaning service is trained to do your homework imperceptibly, which is not very common!
It is only made of less variety at breakfast, which without being scarce, lacks options for celiacs just mention a paste. But that if it is very good and very priced content.

Very nice, super Central. Very good restaurant excellent service and room correct couple business trips. Very close to the main car park. SUV or station wagon.

Staff very friendly and friendly. The room, on the second floor, an oven. The bath, with HydroMassage, a danger. It costs a lot to get in and out of it, too high. The faucet moves, is subject to a putty that does not hold it. A bathrobe for three people. Breakfast, only passable for a 4 star hotel.

I was in the Hotel in march. All right. Perhaps it is a Hotel focused mainly at a business sector. The rooms are very elegant but don't have that cozy feel. We agree with an event that was organised in Burgos (competition dance) and there was enough movement of children. The distribution of the rooms that face a courtyard common was that the sound of what was happening in the halls is colara within the room. The Hotel's parking is the worst. Should improve this aspect, although it is worth noting that they are aware of the situation and try to help in every possible way. The room service at the weekend has very little option, it is very disappointing.

The hotel is great and the people k we were ten, there was a problem alien to them and the truth k what tried to compensate in a way I think very satisfactory. Since then if we go back to Burgos we will remember.

Beautiful hotel with a perfect location. But even more notable for its staff, all of them very attentive (reception, room, breakfast, …) but deserves a special note angelica, charming receptionist with permanent smile that, with its indications, has made this weekend with children an experience Unbeatable. We can't wait to get back. Thanks a lot!

Beautiful city, I advise.

The girl at the reception're really nice. We had reservations from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning. We were unable to arrive on Friday and called to warn that we would arrive on Saturday at the 13h. On arrival, the girl told us that she could not deduct the price for the night lost, but in compensation, gave us the parking and changed the room, for a superior (larger and with king bed).
The hotel is beautiful and new. Modern decor but very warm. The room and the bathroom (with large bathtub), perfect and very clean. 50 inch Tv!
I take away a star because, although at breakfast there was a lot of variety, only a waitress attended. I had to replenish what was finished and clean and organize the tables. She alone did not reach everything and at the last minute of 10 to 11h, there were enough people waiting.
Removing the latter, I find it a perfect place to stay in Burgos. I strongly recommend it.

And I have been three times in this hotel, it is very well located, the staff is very friendly, the rooms very comfortable. It has a cheaper continental breakfast option than the buffet which includes coffee, juices, teas, pastries and bakery. Highly recommended. E.

A great hotel, new and clean, with a big bed but it was however uncomfortable. The location was great and the staff were very friendly.

Good location. I could not stay for problems in A/C. Very attentive staff placed us in another hotel respecting booking rate.

Ice cream Hotel. After three hours with the heater on it was still freezing the room. We had a Deluxe room with extra bed and they forgot to provide the third guest's kits and bathrobe. Dirty under the beds. Small buffet (breakfast) and the worst the Parking: traumatic experience. The same super-closed ramp was up and down. It is horrible to park because the squares are tiny and the access very complicated. We were almost stuck.

Perfectly located hotel to visit Burgos. Right on the extraordinary tree-lined riverside walk, Close to the casco antiguo. Great choice for an night's stay on your camino.

This is a very nice hotel very near the Cathedral in Burgos and right on the river walk. The rooms are spacious. We visited during a heat wave and the air conditioning struggled to maintain a cool temperature.

Great location in 5 min you reach the cathedral, confortable room, perfect weekend.

Beautiful rooms, no buzz in the hotel but it's right in the Centre and close to everything! There is also nice free tea and coffee downstairs (I didn't find out till I was checking out) self service! I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean, excellent location and good restaurant.

Centrally located, modern and conveniently located hotel for a tourist tour of Burgos.
The only but from the hotel is the garage, ideal for drivers with hardened nerves and small cars.
The rest of the drivers refrain from try or they treadmill your vehicle in any corner.
For cars larger than a Mondeo I recommend that they pay the blue area or looking for other parking.

Great room with a great view. Nice bathroom with jacuzzi for a reasonable price.

Centrally located and accessible, although it is slightly difficult to park in the area.
Quiet and modern. Staff attentive and helpful.

-Bed with a good mattress on a bad basis which is moving and squeaked.
-Cabinet with 30 cm. Bottom is not a closet, safe door hinders the movement of the doors of the wardrobe, nor having uncompatibilities drawer.
-The TV is flat screen but smaller than the one in my laptop.
-The garage is terrible, with a steep and narrow ramp, (if you have a big car or try) is also very expensive, € 18.
-Breakfast really bad and poorly attended.
-Only we can say that it has a good location near the Center.
My advice is that if you can take another hotel.

Very good hotel. Very close to the Cathedral and the old town. It is not far from the Museum of human evolution (15 minutes walking slowly).
It is not noisy, the room that we had (double De Luxe) is modern and well equipped, with site largely for an extra bed. Double bed quite large and comfortable. If you go with a big car (family type, for example) only have to be careful with the maneuvers in the hotel car park (is in a neighborhood with parking regulated by the city, so want to pay for the parking place).
Breakfast was a buffet and good quality.
I will repeat.

Is AC warranty. Pity that you do not have service Alliance Vending 24 hours for those of us who travel. Otherwise, spectacular.
