More than a hotel, a boarding house. Watch the breakfasts. I'm trying nefariously. Yesterday when we arrived the manager told us that we had breakfast included and today to our surprise we were charged instead of assuming their mistake since for 9 euros per head such a poor breakfast would not have done so.

Very nice and the service was great.

I was a few days ago with my partner and we were great, we loved the room, the cleanliness, the staff very attentive, especially the views and how close it is to everything that there is to see. We had to have caught two nights.

Great hotel in superb location. Burgos is a beautiful town and the hotel is just across the river from the big gate going toward the cathedral. Clean and classy.

Lovely room, on the top floor with a view right out to the cathedral and access to a roof terrace. Air conditioning not great, but the jacuzzi was.

The location is very well. The hotel is in front of "arco de santa María". Good place, good tapas in the bar And the hotel have parking!

Great location in front of the cathedral at first I thought I could not park well but it really has a public parking lot next to the hotel I like the window it gave a great views of Burgos.

Small but cozy hotel in the center of the city. Perfect to spend a few days and know the old town of Burgos. Good and comfortable rooms. The cafeteria is too small.

Comfortable room, very cool view to the cathedral for a little more. The only downside is the bathroom ceiling, very short on the sink side. I recommend it.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved everything about Hotel Gotica. Great double head shower, warm reception when we arrived, great hostess at the cafe, and terrific location. They even let us store our rental bikes downstairs.

Leave paid the room in February for this past weekend, that had a wedding in Burgos. Nothing more reach to the hotel us say that by problems with the heating have had that close a plant and that we send to another hotel. By chance is yours also… (more cheaply and more remote).
To the deny us, and after a heated discussion by phone with it responsible (that not was there to give the face), in which not gave it more minimum, and with very bad forms, me hangs the phone and me leaves with the word in the mouth.
Insisted on climbing to the plant closed and suddenly as already had room for us. Not only room but neighbors in other rooms.
Obviously not was the room that had prepaid: us gave a loft with two beds, when we had chosen bed of marriage in floors lower.
When going to a site's holiday, not can devote you to pass these bad times. Even to put the claim timely, because you are going to rest, or to a wedding or what is and not can allow that play as well with your time.
It seems to me that it is a very dirty sales strategy. To those responsible of these two hotels (Via Gothic and Hotel Boutique Muso) not them import it more minimum their guests. We are merchandise.

Well located and with beautiful views… it has parkifng and it should be one that is on the side with which have an agreement. Modern rooms with a mini portable and very slow Wi-Fi… the proper instead in the fourth silver bath room size is large so if you high like me these problems… that the light goes with motion sensor and if these in the shower you undetected so either you get hand each nothing or well in the dark.

Pretty good value for what u get. Great location close. Rooms are very Clean and comfy but avoid room on level 5 as roof is slanted so you can't stand up.

Stay (or not stay) terrible.
After having booked a night for this hotel (1 February), by a SMARTBOX and having contacted them to see possibilities of parking, etc. ; We arrived on February 1 on 14:15 for check-in and a history is says quite MTA by which our reserved room is busy and we have to relocate in another hotel (to almost a kilometer of distance away from the center of Burgos and the same category). Any you can imagine the condition of transfer to another hotel (did not provide us a taxi), reservations to eat postponed, visits cancelled, etc.
I believe that before a contingency (if history Pilgrim that they told us were real), they cannot have a plan so poor, on other similar occasions (that occurred in my person or to friends, family, etc. ), changes are usually best (category, location, etc. ), usually warn before arrival at the hotel, is the hotel's own address which must discuss the problem, provide transportation if transportation, must be received some compensation, etc. Add there was apology, and even told us that if at the end the room was free we would call in the afternoon to return to the hotel, there was no such call, which less than dialing back to repeat us apologies and say that had not achieved anything, but not, deal cooler than the weather that made the weekend.

on November 8. On Saturday when we were on the way to the 13.30 us

Luckily, they allowed us to eat on Saturday, but what was our surprise when the menu (€12) was of a highway bar bad, we had to ask that they heated us dishes and the quality was poor. Nothing to do with the menu that we had booked next to the Smart Box. Unless the dinner menu is just as bad as the lunch.
After that we went to the room, where if we sat at the foot of the bed, the bed is unbalanced and is expired. A bed not to call it bunk. Small and of poor quality. As well, single bed, but as a double bed, insufficient. I've slept on best beds in 1 star hotels. The soundproofing was poor, heard the voice of the elevator indicating if

The only good thing, the view from our room directly above the door of Santa Maria and the Cathedral.

Actually probe the cafeteria, was passing. The impeccable attention, very good price and very cosy local. The only place that I've known that you ask for a single coffee and also give you a sweet and juice without add you nothing to the ^^ recommended account.

We took the attic. Super jacuzzi for two people! Missing details, as the change soiled towels the next day or have mini bar. Friendly staff. Breakfast very weak: no bread of the day. Very good location.
