There was a mistake, to give me the room did not coincide with the one I had booked, they let me know, they apologized and the price difference was compensated with a dinner that was pretty good (the hotel has restaurant).
The room was very clean If I go back to Avila I would stay there again, the staff very friendly.

We spent one night at the Hotel Santa Teresa and were treated with hospitality. All the service was correct, both the room, the housekeeping and the breakfast. Good value for money.

Doesn't work, TV has 0 visible Channels only audio, walls paper thin, owner (his brother said that he was the owner) complained about giving out free peanuts to another client (asked if they wanted dinner on him), it is heated which is why the one star. No queen beds, only twins, closet can hold about 6 shirts. If needed I can type it in Spanish as well.

We got on the third floor and there the room was old, the light switches were coming out of the wall, the TV worked poorly, the staff are two couples arguing between them in front of the guests, they lost the reservation… Breakfast The good thing is K is cheap, which is 15 min from the wall, no problem to park in the street without blue area. An average and rural hotel with basic but comfortable room and toilet accessories (no hairdryer), referring to the standard room. They only make the rooms if you leave before the 13 hours and the breakfast very basic (for 5 euros) but rich.

For 80 euros is a very expensive room to be so small and very cold. No fridge, no hairdryer. If I didn't get to wear plugs I wouldn't have been able to sleep because of a machine noise that worked at intervals all night. You can hear everything in the hallway perfectly. At least nice and very clean attention.
