Nice place and local. Very friendly staff. The facilities are lacking maintenance and the spa, three days only the first had warm water, the other two days was very cold, we complained the two days and changed the pass for the next day in the morning, but when the time came, they told you that in the morning it could not be, better in the afternoon to temper the water, but this one was still cold in the afternoon. Even one of the days the sauna and steam bath were cold.

It has a class of 4 but it doesn't arrive. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had been on other occasions a couple of years ago but the quality has gotten quite worse.
The rooms are pretty worn out. We got our room but the smell of snuff was horrible. After indicating it at the front desk, they moved us for another without any problems.
The fully saturated SPA. There should be a maximum quota per hour as we got to be about 24 people for about 12 jets in a small pool.
Regarding the breakfast we also noticed lower quality. The cereal boxes were expired several months and there was hardly a sweet variety compared to other occasions.
The attention, that yes, excellent, as always.

The room was very good. We had a problem with the room but they changed it right away. The staff were very helpful. The relaxing spa session, although I think they would have to control more people's reserves given that at certain times it is impossible to enjoy a lot of people. The breakfast buffet was very good. La verdad es que el sitio está muy bien, en un entorno inmejorable. La atención fue pésima. Tenía una reserva para el spa a través de groupon. Confirmé 2 días antes con recepción mi asistencia y pregunté si tenía que llevar impreso el cupón y nos comentaron que no. Al llegar, comentamos que tenemos reserva y la recepcionista nos insistió en que era obligatorio llevar el cupón impreso (he reservado en más sitios a través de groupon y no hacía falta llevarlo en papel). Nos tuvo una hora esperando porque nos pedía reenviarle el mail de confirmación de groupon con el cupon para imprimirlo, pero “no veía” en el mail ni el código de reserva ni el cupón. Al cabo de una hora sentados esperando, parece ser que se apiadó de nosotros, llamó a su compañera y entonces ya aclaró que estaba todo correcto desde hacía dos días. El spa es normal, no tiene jacuzzi, y los vestuarios son pequeños. El trato la verdad es que en nuestro caso no fue nada enfocado a solucionar el problema del cliente.

The spa was too crowded to continue enjoying it due to its small dimensions. I made a reservation through a smartbox of two nights and Spa & Resort, for the weekend after Valentine's Day, I explained that to us that date we didn't care what it was for a holiday theme. I was told that there was a cocktail with dinner and live music and that the price was €25 per person, I did not like to be forced but accept. The spa we took at 6, 30h of the afternoon, and on entering we said that the water was colder than it should and that if we were comfortable to change it for the next day, we went to try and there was no one to stop. The next day we came back and the water was still very cold so we couldn't stay more than a bit and left. I mentioned it when we left the front desk as when leaving the spa there was no one. I asked for the imail to write Me with some apology and a voucher to return to the spa.

Worse than we expected. Great place. The reception was very good. We booked dinner with the tasting menu. Service in the restaurant Lentisimo. I wouldn't repeat it again. The room was nice and the SPA was simple. At dinner we commented that we had special menu with starter, fish, meat and dessert. When ordering the drink we chose a glass of rosé and Red Rioja. They serve us pink and then ask what kind of pink we wanted. They don't put water, ask or remove the glass. The three dishes were accompanied by lettuce. We have been with the family at this hotel to spend the new year, we were 10 people, 5 rooms in total.
