My fiance and I stayed here last year and although it was a bit expensive, we got what we paid for. Excellent room service and friendly staff. We had a terraced room which gave us fantastic views of the beach and sea. Check out my pics. Unfortunately when we went it rained every day and was unusually cold too. But we had family friends who live in Santander and they kept us well fed and amused. One tip, if you like a cup of tea or coffee in the morning, there are no hot drink facilities in the room. I bought a small electric travel kettle to use, otherwise you have to keep ringing room service asking for agua caliente and being sent just a cup full of hot water. Apparently all hotels in Spain do not provide hot drinks in the rooms. But now you know. Definitely going there again.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the beach and the bay. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Affordable prices for the area in which they are located and the good treatment they offer. We will definitely repeat. A greeting.

Rainy Day, we sat with the kids on the terrace and they tell us they don't cater outside, I reply that I have no objection in taking out the drinks but I ask them to please turn on the stoves as we are with young children. They answer Me that impossible because they jump with the automatic. It was 7 degrees, I do not know at what temperature to jump but it is sad to see how a privileged place, in an unbeatable situation is so wasted and poorly attended. They are only interested in their clientele octogenarian, they should be thinking of attracting new customers. I come to Santander since childhood and I find another example that here annoys tourism.

An incomparable environment. A spectacular terrace to have a coffee, a wine or a beer. Professional and friendly treatment.

We go to a course. The room was very well suited to the event. Both the mid morning lunch and the food were perfect. Very friendly service. The location is excellent. It's a beautiful hotel.

Spectacular Restaurant Food… seafood lasagna… the entrecote, and above all the dessert-free law firm… and the price of the menu 25o… 100% recommended.

Great modernized classic hotel beside the Sardinero beach.

We stayed for one night only so I didn’t use all the facilities. But our room was very nicely appointed and offered a beautiful view. Definitely worth to come back with some more time.

A wonderful hotel. Both the building and the location and the attention received are exceptional. The décor and the space inside the rooms is very good. The amenities are very complete and the bathroom is spacious and very comfortable. Nothing to criticize for this beautiful hotel. The restaurant, perhaps, a little pricey for the many better options in Santander.

I had dinner with friends on old night and it was very good. The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The Food Well.

We Went My partner and I to eat at the hotel restaurant. They Have a daily menu at a reasonable price, with several dishes to choose from. The desserts are buffet style and with a great assortment, enough to satisfy all tastes. The dining room is high ceilings and elegant without more. I Only put as a negative note, that in the case of the fish stew, the potatoes were insipid, as if they had not been cooked next to the fish. The attention of the employees was correct and efficient.

It has been a great hotel with a lovely sea view, nearby bars and restaurants, large room with everything we need and a great historic (but modern inside) feel. Staff at reception helpful.

The hotel has recently been built from the ground up, not only keeping the original design, but mejorandolo considerably and adapted to the high standards of quality and service. The location is unbeatable, as is its comfort and stately atmosphere.

Location, location, location! Not much more expensive than the other good hotels around but located in the center of the main beach, it's worth it! Great service, breakfast pretty good. Parking expensive and quite slow as it is a lift/elevator. I will definitely come back.

Brilliant hotel located very close to the sea front with a very comfortable, large bed. Room incudes TV, Air con and mini fridge with complimentary drinks. Large, clean bathroom. Secure Underground parking is available but quite pricey. There are lots of places to eat and drink nearby, which is great as the hotel is quite expensive for food & drink. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a central location.

Right on the sea front. Room was large and well stocked with soap, shampoo, shoe shine etc. Air con worked well. Parking in the garage was 8.50. Good continental breakfast.

Hotel recently renovated (years ago) with spectacular views. Eaten luxury, and has an amazing terrace.

Perfect stopover hotel if you are arriving or departing on the ferry. We loved it. Everything we wanted in a room, an excellent large bathroom, welcoming staff (including helpful concierge), on site parking (underground) and a glamorous location, next to the over-the-top glitzy casino.

Not saw too the site, only between in a room with some 100 and peak people to do a test. The room was well equipped.

Smart hotel with attentive staff in a good location to visit the peninsula and other tourist attractions. Car lift was great fun and ensured car was safe (€17 per night). Hotel was clean, room was very nice and included a spacious bathroom and a balcony with electric blinds for the room-wide floor to ceiling windows (Yes I am easily pleased). Would be first place to hear back to if I return to Santander.

The Hotel deserves five stars, however I only considered giving four because my next hotel in Bilbao had a much better breakfast. However the location was beautiful! There is a casino right next to the hotel for those interested, but more importantly there is a supermarket, two great ice cream shops, a pharmacy and an easy to use bus stop to town (all within 3 minutes walking of the hotel! ) for those coming from afar. So if you forget anything or feel ill, or hungry or have young ones or just want to party or shop or take a bus (for 1.30 euro) into town this hotel is for you. The rooms are beautiful! They are a little small, but very clean and the room has an operational divider which is very nice. The bathroom is gorgeous! The bathtub is spacious enough for three people let alone one and the counter space is more than ample. The bidet and toilet were very clean and looked almost new. The closet and hall outside the bathroom are very spacious and if you're staying awhile, you'll have plenty of room for your clothing. The hotel in general is beautifully decorated and I will be coming again! The breakfast has lots of options and is very nice, so don't think the breakfast will disappoint, but my next hotel had even more. The beach is quiet and beautiful, with lots of chances to see surf students get lessons. I could honestly see this location as a honeymoon spot and a definite vacation paradise.

Very positive experience. Very well located, next to the casino and the beach, near the Palace of the magdalena. Modern and beautiful decor. Equipped with the necessary room and spacious bathroom. Elegant dining room. The dinner was not surprised but instead would recommend the breakfast buffet.

Hotel highly recommended on one of the best areas of the city. Something away from the Center, although the ' walk is made enjoyable along the squares. E few seconds of the beach of the Sardinero and some minutes of the Park of the Magdalena, very well connected by numerous lines of bus with the Center urban and the rest of the city.
The rooms are quite spacious, comfortable beds and good views in general, if you do not touch interior rooms overlooking a courtyard.
It has dining room and bar, although I do not know how they will be prices, since he spent most of the day outside.
Breakfast buffet, enough have more or less of everything.
It would repeat.

Great Hotel, it is a landmark in the city.
