La Casona de Torió Country House

Those who look for tranquility, peace, disconnection and being seen in an exquisite way… this is the place to be. Sitting enjoying the view of these magical mountains and Covadonga in the background, while you're served a good cider… priceless. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated in a rural style that is nothing out of tune. Great cook Nacho, and already an expert guide of the zone, nor the best of the GPS can show you. And Carmen with such care almost custom. A charming couple. And walking through those woods with the sound of the bells as the background… and a green incredible. Unparalleled and as a… not to be repeated.

We were in the House of Torió 6 days and it was spectacular! The home is very nice! The unbeatable location (you're on the outskirts of Cangas de Onís about 10 minutes by car) with stunning views. In the morning we would wake up trying to see the peaks of Europe that are seen from the rooms, but the print of "the fog typical of the area" was more beautiful! (heh heh then it cleared up and we marveled at the views)
The owners of the house (Nacho and Carmen) make you feel very good (we with the small at home… or even better! ). The breakfast that they prepare is homemade, and terrific (every day a little piece of cheese different from the area so that you can try them all! )
Are offered to help you in everything (give you information of the area, to help you to look for sites where to eat…). Serve a meal, that in the midst of nature with this peace, you know the glory! So the summary is that: SPECTACULAR. When we return to the area, we will come back for sure!

The place is beautiful. A few minutes from Cangas de Onís. Quiet and pleasant. It's all thought out very carefully. A perfect place to rest and disconnect. The treatment is exquisite. I'll be back safe.

Excellent breakfast. Very good people all the time pending and in a spectacular place next to the mountain in a small village perfect if you seek tranquility.

We stayed last summer and it is something we will always remember for their treatment and comfort. It is certainly a success to enjoy this place. Besides both Nacho and his wife are very nice, friendly and attentive. It was a real pleasure to meet them and share talks and recipes, like the scrambled chestnuts.

The room was very good. The best place to rest.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the house is located overlooking the countryside and the rooms are cozy with Wi-Fi and television that work perfectly and you sleep especially in winter wonderful.
If you want to visit Asturias do not hesitate to come here 100% recommended.
