A reservation was made and I charge them 385 euros more for going two more people on a weekend, despite telling him that for that price sharing a bed they were not interested in what they went to another. They showed them the bill that they had not stayed there as they already announced but despite this he charged them 385 euros. He has already done it with other customers to charge the card for whatever he wants. Better not to dare to go, it can be very expensive …
