Exceptional location, quite correct rooms, not too big but very clean everything. Good 24-hour front desk.

I can't appreciate it while taking a couple of days of cozy time the rest in a couple of days that well located in the heart of gijon friendly staff.

My friends and I went for bachelorette parties to Gijon and for that kind of situation sit-in. Central hotel, clean and friendly staff. But I don't think k is enough to be a 4 star hotel.

Not a four star hotel being very generous of three, the materials are very old and of low quality as well as the finishes, the food leaves you want as well as the breakfasts. They Do Not correspond to the number of stars and therefore the price, the only thing that justifies it is the location that is very good. The water pressure was very high. The cleanliness left you to want and the appearance of everything in general more like a hostel than to a 4 * hotel.

Centrally located Hotel in Gijón, close to the walking area of the marina and near the area of cider and restaurants (Cimadevilla).
The staff of the hotel was outstanding in our stay, the reception, the cafeteria and the room service was very friendly and helpful with us.

A modern hotel, care and friendly staff. Very good service, comfortable rooms, no annoying noises. They just renovated the entire reception and it's very nice. They have a cafeteria and restaurant with good quality. And the hotel accepts pets. A good place to stay.

4-Star scam… it does not correspond to the category, nor the price of this hotel with what you find when you arrive. Old facilities, insufficient staff, rooms with horrible decor, uncomfortable bed, transparent pillow, when using the bathtub you flood the whole bathroom, regular cleaning, noise all night long (impossible to sleep for a while). I would not recommend it nor will I go back, there are many hotels in the area for less price and sure with better services.

4-Star Hotel… That could be 2 perfectly. The queue at reception led us to take an hour to do the checkin because there was only one employee (at Easter). We chose a room with a double bed and got one of two beds (not so serious, we put them together and ready, but if you get to choose an option, that unless you meet it)

The building is old but very clean staff are friendly mainly Spanish speaking only. Location is very good for bars, restaurants and promenade. Issued with key and card on arrival. This is a very typical low cost family hotel.
