I really liked the location, but the attention to the staff leaves to be desired, You have to study English!

In general it is average hotel, with no pretensions. The better the location. Friendly staff, the rooms acceptable. The soundproofing poor. In general well.

A joy to find a lovey clean room with everything I needed! Plus helpful staff.

Excelente localización, gran comodidad, muy buen trato, buen desayuno. María me atendió en recepción cuando hice el check in, yo venía un poco enfadado porque me había engañado vilmente un taxista (jamás me había ocurrido algo así en Bilbao) y ella me trató excepcionalmente, hasta el punto que me olvidé inmediatamente del pequeño disgusto del taxi.

Great hotel within 10 mins walk of both Guggenheim museum and the old town. Clean well-sized rooms with comfortable beds. Treat yourself to an €18 upgrade to a superior room as they are much larger and also feature a multicoloured glass balcony overlooking the river. Skip the €18 per person breakfast and go to one of the cafes behind the hotel (€5).

This hotel is beautiful, and though not speaking enough english the service is great! The rooms are large and very contemporary and lack nothing but sound proofing! Every morning (before 8am) we got awoken by slamming doors, the hallway cleaners, guests passing by or other maintenance going on. I am not easily awoken, and even tried sleeping with headphones to no avail. I would love to give this place a higher grade, but this is not a hotel for relaxation!

Very good location. The rooms very well and is one of the few hotels that did not skimp on pillows, we had 3 for each bed. The room was not very big but enough.

Modern (ish) hotel overlooking the Bilbao ria. Very central. Excellent and reasonably priced restaurant with helpful and friendly staff. Well informed front of house personal and very efficent room service.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and ready to assist the customer for every need. Only problem, the free Wi-Fi that does not work.

Average nh. Clean but some small works needed. Pop luxurious. Could hear the lift bell through my door. Blinds not really obscuring. On one side view on the Guggenheim. On the other side, view on nothing.

That's great! Good attention. Luxury breakfast even for people who do diet. Great views of the estuary and the museum. Only downside: towards heat in the room and we couldn't regulate the temperature well with the thermostat in the room.

Nice hotel. Good location right on the water but I think you have to pay more for a room with a view and it is probably worth it. Standard room feels a little claustrophobic with one small window that is slanted on the wall so you can't really look out. No ac. TV was broken but they did fix it the next day but no compensation offered. Front desk staff was nice but not overly friendly. We were on our honeymoon and made note of it in our reservation but they did not acknowledge it at all. Doors slam really loudly.

The location was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the side street and we had no view of the estuary but those that have them have to be great. It was small but very well equipped and very comfortable.

Excellent Hotel, an amazing New Year's Eve dinner. Friendly staff, design hotel, close to everything, museums, tapas bars, flower market. Perfect bedding, beautiful river view. Wonderful weekend.

It is a good hotel to stay in Bilbao. It is very well located in front of the Ria, just a few minutes from the Guggenheim. The rooms are well equipped, all very clean and with good services for the guests as you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
I only had breakfast in the restaurant, but everything was perfect, lots of variety and good food.
The only thing I miss is a playful space or a gym or a swimming pool, something that allows you to spend some time inside the hotel beyond the lodging. That's why I've lowered my score.

All the staff in the hotel are excellent. The breakfast service is one of the most complete. The rooms are very spacious and some have views of the Guggenheim and the estuary.

The hotel is very nice and the location is great, close to the Guggenheim and the Old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very well the truth. As you fail the piers of the doors that hit hard and you find out when they come in and out the "room Neighbors", and also that we had heat, we could not regulate the air conditioning of the room.

I do not agree with the four stars. Dinner was bad, room was small and aircon did not work. Staff was a bit rude and not very welcoming. Breakfast was great :)

We were there over the weekend and everything was great. The hotel we loved it but more the personal. Felix the receptionist was most pleasant with us, glad to find people with that smile and that kindness. And at breakfast, k was spectacular Lucia, the girl k waited on us left us equally happy molestandose in k everything was to our liking. This k a 10 for the staff. We will come back.

Very good hotel. Staff most excellent. Room very nice. Location is great. Only short walks to bars, restaurants. Hotel bar is reasonable and has a good view across the river.

Hotel located very close to the bridge of Deusto, near the estuary, with charm. Just a few minutes you can find bars pintxos where you take something and variety of local commerce. A hotel that takes years doing it well.

Good hotel still that them rooms are much very small, very well located, good breakfast included, bad Internet, have that down to the lobby, reminds carry to converter to connect you to the current electric, personal very attentive. It is recommended.

Okay in general. Good location, good location, rooms newly renovated. Parking is somewhat expensive, since there are parking meters in the surrounding area. It is a very quiet place by night.

I do not recommend this hotel also was in the works. It is the first time that I am in a hotel not having dinner and in addition to the mattress service you felt springs. The staff I have to say that it was completely correct as it could not be otherwise, but I think that the chain should improve the hotel and its services. In my next visits to Bilbao try to not stay in it.

A great hotel, is currently in the works. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean, has satellite TV. Garage available. The situation is very good, 10 minutes from the Guggenheim.

Hotel NH style, is very old but were renewing just it. Super large room and great staff.

A 3-star NH does not appear. Small, newly renovated room, but "economic" renewal in some aspects corresponds to a renewal of pension, in other things as a super lighting integrated with led technology, differential heated Cabinet. It is not understood.

Old room. And if you want to eat in the room you call pizza delivery from the hotel which takes a portion of the price increased from pizza. The worst NH where I've been.

It is the worst NH in which we have been considering the quality of the parts if you are going to this chain of hotels. The room is small with stains on the walls of old. And some of those who worked there could be a little more friendly face to the public. I did not like that I'm going to say another thing.

Strange try to make a booking directly with them and they told me I was all busy I did it with an agency of mobile and got the job When it arrives I even got to choose smoking room non-smoking. When I have asked that because it was past speak to me of overbooking of hotels, never had happened to me The hotel is very well located best.

I would give 4 stars but the situation makes it deserving of 3. You can park on weekends around without paying, all clean although it is already a bit old.
