Guests have reported that the entrance is difficult to find, as directional signage ends before the entrance itself, often requiring drivers to circle several blocks or ask locals for assistance. It is recommended to request detailed driving and arrival instructions in advance.

Reviews regarding the staff are mixed. Some guests describe the team as very friendly, attentive, and efficient, giving special mention to Monica. Others report encountering rudeness, a lack of empathy, and unprofessionalism, noting instances where staff members were noisy at 6:00 AM or overly persistent when repeating information. Limited English proficiency among some staff members was also noted.

The on-site restaurant is closed. Breakfast is not served, which has been a point of dissatisfaction for many guests. However, the hotel offers a shared lounge area with a terrace, where guests have access to a complimentary morning coffee machine, a microwave, and a toaster for preparing their own breakfast.

The rooms are spacious and, in some cases, offer pleasant views from their terraces. However, guests have highlighted notable issues, including worn furniture, dim lighting, and inadequate thermal insulation (rooms were cold during the winter). There are occasional complaints regarding bathroom cleanliness and general untidiness. Feedback on bed comfort varies from very comfortable to old and sagging. There have also been instances where the assigned bedding did not match the reservation (two twin beds provided instead of a double bed).

Feedback regarding cleanliness is divided. While some guests found the hotel to be very clean, others reported dirty rooms, unclean mini-fridges, and bathrooms in poor condition even after housekeeping. There were instances where housekeeping staff entered rooms without knocking or, conversely, rooms were not prepared by check-in time.

The overall atmosphere at the hotel is peaceful, allowing many guests to get a good night's rest. Nonetheless, soundproofing can be insufficient: some visitors complained about room noise and voices from the reception area disturbing their sleep early in the morning.

The hotel accommodates guests traveling with pets. Guest feedback confirms an additional surcharge of €25 for dogs, noting that pets were well received.

Guests have noted strict enforcement of check-in and check-out policies. There have been reports of check-in before 2:00 PM being declined even when rooms were vacant, as well as strict requirements to vacate rooms by 12:00 PM. In some instances, luggage storage prior to check-in was also unavailable.
