Maybe it got even better, but the room was small, and the air conditioner was not clean, although on the other hand the large bathroom.
Poor breakfast, if the bar staff, just the croissants, don't get up too late, at 7:30 maybe there was someone.

Hotel Armiñe is well located, has great sights and very good service. I would highly recommend to visit it and enjoy its wonderful sights from its bar's balcony.

Great hotel spacious rooms clean and very well located is a place to go totally recommended you can go with children as the rooms are very large.

Good hotel in the municipality of Basauri (Vizcaya), ten minutes from the center of Bilbao by Metro. Definitely a good option to stay when you visit Vizcaya for work or leisure.

We went has a family dinner to the hotel restaurant. Very attentive and professional service and very good food. Later we learned Q the restaurant address had recently changed, and that the customers had noticed it.

All very correct, the beds was the best, the food is true I can't comment since I didn't try it, but the staff is very friendly and the room very comfortable too.

Good location, close to the Metro to the old town of Bilbao. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, even for 3 people as it was in my case. Today I made a meal at this establishment and received the worst deal of my life, the waiters were edging at all times and the food was lousy I wouldn't give it to my dog, four people who went 5 of the 8 dishes that were served were in bad shape, which also denied despite the unpleasant smell that issued and a taste emetic… the worst thing is that apart from all that was clearly lied to me because when making the reservation to warn that one of the diners was vegetarian and if they had food for the/Lla, to which they responded that if there was no problem, once there it turned out that they only had a dish without meat (salad with grilled vegetables) which also was poorly cooked, bland and the salad was without dress, besides we received no dressing to throw…
In short I paid 25 euros the fork for eating the worst food of my life accompanied by a whole day of nausea and other uneasiness…
It's the worst restaurant I've ever been in my life I'm never going back and I encourage nobody to do it for their good.

Hotel a bit abandoned, the rooms are nice (a superior I stayed), the bathroom I can not say the same… black mold in the shower, shower tray broken, the WC lost water and a long etc… a shame. Very poor breakfast for the €7 who charge you… the right staff.

The bar is a really nice placer to hangout with friends, the staff is really nice and polite.

Weekend menu and service, pretty good.

It has been a great experience un general term, all the workers were very educated, the food was brilliant, the room was very comfortable and elegant. I recomend you this hotel.

The dining room service from Saturday May 27th to evening was regrettable. The people who attended us were treated in a borderline and poorly educated manner since we entered until we left the restaurant. They continually told us that they had had a lot of work, but it would be before our arrival. The food was correct.
And the end was the best, when we charged for bread 2. €70, for a ration of bread for a salad, we came out the salad of €12 almost €15. True they asked for a little bread for the salad, and we sacked 3 loaves, which only ate one, but they charged the three, and it was not a misunderstanding as it was a salad and the rest snacks.
Finally a one to forget.

We go to the hotel mostly to sleep. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are quite good. The underground to the city is close to the hotel.

The room in which we were unable to reach the category of 4 stars, however the price if it is 4-star. The water would not pump with sufficient flow, the water hot, the blinds didn't close, so when he woke up we woke up, we were not able to sleep what we wanted and the sofa bed, in which slept my son was very deformed and uncomfortable.
