➜ I touch a room of the new, very nice and clean, the toilet next door, gives the street with a small shelves, you hear enough noise from outside but did not leave me sleep. Has TV.

Good value for money. Location is bang in the centre of old town. Can be a little noisy if your room is facing onto the street. Rooms are small too but in a fabulous place like San Sebastian, you don't want to be in your room too much. Would stay again.
