Pensión San Martin Apartment

My single room was perfect for a single traveler. The bed was very comfortable. Great location. Biggest minus was the wall is thin that you can hear your neighbor zip up their luggage.

Highly recommended site. Very clean and well decorated rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent. Would definitely repeat.

Unbeatable. Clean and comfortable room, your bathroom in perfect condition, free Nespresso coffee machine in the hallway, also with hot water for infusions, and exquisite attention. We spent three nights there and we couldn't have picked a better place. It's a pension, but I doubt there are many hotels that exceed their quality.

I chose it because it is in the center and very close to everything, but I will return without hesitation for the exquisite treatment, the patience and the disposition for any doubt or need of the receptionist, the impeccable room, with all the comforts and the security of the establishment by especially. I have been very comfortable and quiet. Thanks a lot!

Very warm welcome, the hostess very well laid out the town, discounts for the car park. Room very clean, tastefully decorated but Big negative point on soundproofing of the rooms. We hear neighbors brushing teeth…

Very central, a super affordable price (we took the night from Monday to Tuesday €37), a very neat rooms, very nice reception people. The only complaint I can put is that in our case, the room faced the inner courtyard that has no beautiful views (just a few towels hanging on the clothesline) and that the curtains let in some light, I would recommend bringing mask if you are not able to sleep with total Darkness.

Pension located in a strategic area of the city, situating the main tourist points of the city less than 1km away. Regarding the rooms, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent state of conservation and conditioning of the same: air conditioning, exterior terrace, very updated bathrooms, flat screen TV and extremely comfortable mattresses.
The friendliness and friendliness of the receptionist, and some other detail as the coffee machine enabled for breakfasts, make this site totally recommended.

Good quality for the price. Clean and without noise. The single room small but adequate.

Pros: Great location in a lovely part of town that's an easy walk from the bus station, and also an easy walk to Old Town or the beach. Everything was fresh, clean and nicely designed. Friendly staff, a printed list of recommended eating places and espresso machines on every floor add to the pleasant atmosphere. Good air conditioning and noise-blocking windows make for peaceful sleep, though some noise does carry from within the pension if other guests come in late. Cons: Rooms and bathrooms are quite small, and there's no public lobby or living room to hang out in if you want to escape to a more roomy area.

It was far too difficult to find, no one speaks English, room is small, but it is clean.

Everything was excellent! The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The facilities were beautiful, everything appeared to be brand new. Perfect location, walking distance to anything you might want to see. Nespresso machine with many options! Our room faced the main street and it was a little loud in the morning. Darker shades would have been nice as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Central location, you have a good shopping area around, and access to different bus stops to move around without the need of car. Rooms clean and modern, the staff is very good and will resolve the doubts that you have. Recommended.
