The receptionist very friendly, recommended us several great places to see. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. The area very close to the center and very quiet at the same time. I would definitely repeat it. The only one but I would put it is that the rooms are not well soundproofed, you hear the room next door, although it is not unbearable, because you hear but not too much.
