Cozy and adequate, well located, very close to the historic center.
Room 315 ideal for two people, a little small as triple, but well, clean and well lit with windows to the outside, right bathroom.

It is very well connected. Almost in the center of… the beds are super comfortable. I think. Q was absorbed by one of them… That's what I'm saying. All. That's great.

It is an outdated hotel in terms of facilities and rooms.

Great location opposite Park and short walk to historical centre. Only criticism is that the air conditioning didn't keep room cool enough but that would not put me off returning.

Very good hotel. We have gone very cold, and the temperature in the room was to be in short sleeves.
The beds are comfortable.
The breakfast buffet is very varied, the only thing I missed is the natural orange juice.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We have gone on Easter and had no problem in the parking lot as there is white area around the hotel.
The location is also perfect, 10 minutes walk from the Plaza de la Virgen Blanca.

The place is good and you can go to the comercial and to the city center walking. The build is old but It is in good state and clean. Bedroom and breakfast its a quite rude for the level of a 4 stars hotel should have.

I've been attending a talk. The hotel has been nice to me. I had a coffee and it was good. The staff were very nice and the room was very good. Overall a good deal.

Great location at 5 minutes walking distance from the city center. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is not extraordinary but has enough variety.

Staff very friendly and kind. Rooms clean, spacious and tidy. Bar good but not open as much as you’d like, bar staff are brilliant though. Staff make this hotel much better, especially if you don’t speak Spanish, they really try hard to communicate. It’s a shame that the hotel hasn’t got an outside pool or private outdoor space because if it did it’d be just perfect!

Good Standard Hotel. Perfect location. Some noise from the road. Delicious breakfast. Good bar. Rooms have been a bit over the years. Everything clean. For short stays quite sufficient.

Modern Hotel with all the services. Highlight the comfort of looos mattresses and pillows. They have parking in the building itself with direct access to the hotel. The restaurant is spectacular. Well given the four stars to the hotel. Central and Cosy.

Very good facilities in a city privilege site. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Very professional staff and the restaurant is a very high point. The breakfast was excellent. I have gone several times and I hope to continue visiting.

Hotel located near the historic center without being inside it. Comfortable and functional room. We did not have the possibility of getting a double bed even though we selected it. The worst were the temperature fluctuations of the hot water from the shower. It is possible to park in the surroundings, especially from the 22:00 hours.

Not friendly the Spanish hotel just needed.

They have very well organized event halls. We had plenty of room and they treated us very well. The dinner was delicious, I loved that they had a vegan option for everyone I wanted. Both menus were adjusted as much as possible to be similar.

Very good Hotel if you are travelling on business or in couple and looking for tranquility. It is very well located in the heart of Vitoria. Practically all urban bus lines pass by the side; You can even access by tram. Very clean. Very well furnished. You sleep very well and at ease at this hotel. Also the staff is very nice and they give very good deal to the customer. Totally recommended.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Those cleaning details are paramount to making customers. The tub with reddish lime and mold, my pillow with some other person's mascara. That disimproved.

The hotel is clean and in all of the common premises there's a nice scent. The lobby tends to get crowded and noisy during the evenings.

It's at the chalets' zone. It's one of the best hotels in Vitoria. The football and basketball players go to this hotel to sleep. It's very big and beautiful (It's a school project)

I was dropping by to see family who was staying at your hotel. The loudest to wait in the lobby, where there was a huge TV and which we were able to watch a game. I even asked to serve us drinks and food. Very welcoming and friendly comma also they had a machine in there that allowed us to take pictures and have a good time while we waited.

I have used the restaurantey cafeteria service and the attention received has been very good.

Quality price bad. The pipes at night you will hear quite along with the air conditioning. Cleaning very well. Parking on the street there is almost never. There is that pay at the hotel. Of the food I can not say anything because we were not able to eat due to being booked every weekend. The pianist you will hear quite a bit from the first floor, in order that we spent two days not very good. But the city of Vitoria gorgeous.
