100 % recommended if you have a pet. It is the ONLY hotel in Vitoria that accept pets. We have seen super good, rooms spacious and very clean.

Spotlessly clean, Room service at 00: 30 with a nice smile, soundproofed room. Breakfast buffet with everything you love as a choice… I would recommend this establishment.

Decent hotel. Elevators are a bit crappy, there are two and they operate completely independent from each other, that results in long waits. Very nice breakfast.

I can't put the maximum score for the size of the room and the comfort of the pillow. Rest is vital to me. However the situation is unbeatable and the staff very attentive. The breakfast was very good. I guess not all rooms are the same size but I don't think it's fair that there's the same rate. In Japan this type of room is called "semi double".

Disappointed. When you stay at an NH hotel you have certain expectations that have not been met. The hallway with bad smell and stains on the carpet of the floor and on the walls, the room with the paper of the wall raised, the bathroom furniture spoiled and stains visible on the ceiling by moisture. And to top it off, the lamps with dust and holes in the sheets. If we go back to Vitoria, it won't be at that hotel. As for NH, we'll think about it before we pick them in another city. Someone will say that if we had complained in the same hotel they would have changed our rooms, I think it is their thing not to assign such a room. The service must be correct first.

We had to walk more than 2km with the suitcases in tow for allowing certain customers to park "all the holy day" in their "load and unloading". Despite telling them about this, they simply said that the hotel was not going to call the police. I think it's not the guests (as suggested to us) that have to manage that in order to offer quality service. Despite writing a complaint, they are almost 2 weeks old and they have not deigned to answer. Shame on you! They only have 3 seats to unload and with cars in double row all the time (that's why we couldn't leave our bags). It is the worst NH I have ever stayed in, and there have been few.

The location is good and the rooms are as decent as you van expect from a NH hotel. But the free Wi-Fi is very slow, the walls are paper thin and the 2-person bed was more a 1, 5 person bed.

Seems to be the best hotel in town — was there for a festival and all teh bands were put up there.

Stayed at this hotel for 10 days. No complaints! Staff very friendly, everything we requested they sent it right away, premises are very clean, room has a lot of space and the restaurant is great. We booked with breakfast everyday and we made a good decision. The breakfast was great everyday, PACO was very friendly. One of those days we arrive exactly at the time they were closing (bad on us) but he allowed us to stay and have breakfast always with a smile. Saturday was very busy but as soon as PACO saw us he found a table for us right away. He showed respect, hospitality, and Careness. We had a dinner the last night of our stay and again everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We had a nice experience at this hotel in general but the restaurant will take the 5 stars. Thank you!

Central location, yet quiet. On weekends gladly used for private parties, then it gets loud and uncomfortable in the lobby — and bar area. Rooms on the 10th floor (junior suite) generously with terrace and views of the new cathedral. Restaurant modern with 3-course meal for 23, 00 euros (on weekends holidays 25, 00 euros) including wine, water and coffee.

The hotel was very nice, clean with underground parking. Staff were very friendly. The location was perfect, easy to find and close to the main square where you walk to through the beautiful park. Will definitely stay there again.

The location is excellent. You can search for parking in the back area but most of the surrounding streets are not allowed to park and the hotel parking is expensive. It needs a remodel, the wood floor squeaks and the bathroom layout is better. For a 4 * hotel housekeeping is not correct, we found a pill on the floor of the room and the cleaning girl tried to get into the room while we were inside without calling. The rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Good location Room and bathroom normal and clean. The insulation with the superior room leaves a lot to be desired, you hear the creaking of the wooden floor, and you know perfectly well when the top guest walks (or other things). I was expecting more to be a clean Four star hotel. The employees are very friendly, and helpful, but feeling it a lot I don't recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel in the centre of Vitoria very close to all and availability of public parking nearby. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Very good location but the services and facilities below what you would expect in a four star hotel. Sure we touched the typical crappy room that have all the hotels super small and looking at some chimneys, the "good" will be better, but ours, very regular.

The restaurant is very good. The quality of the food is very good but the amounts are a bit of a joke. In my opinion the best of the restaurant are the cheeks and the lamb. In truth all the meats are spectacular, but these two in particular I would recommend them to everyone.

The location is perfect for both my work and for leisure as the courthouse is next door and the center as well. In the two rooms a family room was given a view of the Florida Park and the cathedral. The staff is very nice and sometimes at reception they put bottles of water, treats and fruit for the guests.

We booked a single night and then expanded. Good location, close to the centre, no noise, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and very good breakfast buffet.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Pet friendly. Allowed me to sit in the bar with my two dogs. They have parking too. Hotel is lovely modern place does not look worn like many do. Rooms nice too. I had a decent burger and a few Paulaner weiss beers in the bar. I would definately recomend.

A nice clean, modern hotel within easy walking distance of the old part of Vitoria. English speaking staff always on hand assist and the restaurant is of good quality with a fantastic breakfast and reasonably priced evening menu. Would stay again when visiting Vitoria.

View from the 8th floor was spectacular. Walking distance from everything. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Historical building. Very nice rooms although a little spartan, for example no coffee maker. Right across the street from a beautiful park and minutes away from the old city.

Hotel very organized with comfortable beds and clean, nicely decorated rooms. Enjoyed both dinner, and the ample breakfast buffet that included a variety of foods. I would have liked more hot foods on the breakfast buffet but the offerings were tasty, especially the apple torte. I would stay at this hotel the next time I visit this area.

For me it is the best choice in price/quality ratio for Vitoria-Gasteiz. Very central. I've been in this Hotel many times. The rooms and common facilities are newly renovated (April 2015). The Wi-Fi is free and has good speed to work. The staff is very friendly.

I was in Magialdia 2014, the price was perfect, is two minutes from the Centre. It has a beautiful park front, the glazing of the hotel is the best that has. The rooms are very cosy and the treatment of workers is very good. I hope to repeat the stay by 2015 if all goes well.

Unfortunately the hotel category does not correspond with the State. Bath, supposedly adapted for the handicapped, where clamp bars are loose and out of the bathroom without slipping is virtually impossible and what good is that the bathroom be adapted if the room measures do not permit to move. The entrance to the hotel, with major architectural barriers is not adapted and or access to cafeteria and lifts (two small and slow elevators to ten plants and a lot of rooms, with consequent waits. Beds mattresses are too soft and if you go to the side, go down the edge and you fall off the bed. The bases make noise and the joint is not fixed (fastening of wheels not working) and only that lean on the wall to read the TV (small for that room), bed comes off the room. They offer parking but if it is full you instruct one public, without more, even where negotiated rates. In the dining room there are tiles loose to walk move and therefore the Chair where you are seated and buffet, hot foods are on order. The next time you restart to Vitoria, look for another option.

Rooms small. It has soundproofing problems (constant doors of rooms, floors crugen hits are heard). There is no ramp for handicapped persons. Bed could be more comfortable. Expensive parking. Correct breakfast. Good location.

Very small rooms, the floors creak, raised wood, tiny tv, has ramp for handicapped persons, parking carisiiimo and small and to finish off this "level" hotel with a Wi-Fi service lousy with option of upload to premium for a small fee, definitely nothing recommendable of the worst NH where I hosted eh.

The rooms are small, are tiny. The wardrobe has a coat rack, without drawers and in which it just fit 5 hangers. In the shower should make módena for not hitting the screen continuously.
The location is correct and is about 15 minutes from the Center walking. Another bad point I think is that there is no parking in their vicinity, having to leave about 10 minutes walk to be able to leave the car, and blue zone. O always option is to use the parking spaces available in the hotel, the reasonable and adjusted price of €17 + VAT per day!, what should add that it is a parking uncomfortable that a mid-sized sedan has serious difficulties to maneuver, (I was wearing a Seat Leon and already cost me effort).! In short, tiny parking in accordance with the rest of the hotel.
Finally, I believe that it should be noted that it seems inadmissible that a hotel which has, and not because deserves it, four star, will be able to tell you with all his hard face, that the Wi-Fi costs 6 euros each hour or 20 euros for a full day. I find it embarrassing when for 25 euros I have internet for a month at my home.
The only point in his favour is the treatment received by their employees. At least in my experience, since while toward check-in had a couple claiming your reservation which the receptionist answered that it did not exist.
In short, it is not recommended for anything.

I stayed at this hotel for a triathlon. From the very beginning, customer service was horrible. The front desk staff was very rude, both on phone and in person. I lost a ton of sleep during my stay here because the room was extremely HOT. Every day I called to get the air conditioner fixed, and every day they came and told me it was fixed, but within 10 minutes it would shut down, as if they had a temperature limiter on it. No surprises here, but no pity from front desk, who were rude about the whole issue. Elevators are extremely slow and broke twice while I was here. Which was inconvenient as they had me on the highest floor. The rooms themselves are clean, and the location is nice, but I personally will never stay here again.
