Bad experience, no reception, no parking (ticket) failed elevator, avoid.

A week's stay for work. 2-room apartment. A room with two single beds attached and large wardrobe. Another single room. Ample bathroom with shower-plate. Living room with TV, sofa and high table. Kitchen with vitroceramic hob, fridge, sink and dishwasher. All exterior with terrace. Very well equipped. Little cleanliness. In a week they only entered once to clean and change towels. Soft spring mattresses not very comfortable. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment, only in a room near the reception.

Apartment spacious and clean. We use it because we went to a concert at the Buesa Arena, is a ten minute walk. Well priced. The site is a little cold, but if you're going to the pavilion is recommended. The only drawback is that it did not have a toaster… There's a bus line that gets you downtown in a jiffy. If you bring a bike, in a moment these in the center. Gazteiz is a city that you can discover by bike. Good price.

A bit far from the centre, well communicated with public transport, 10 minutes walk from the Boulevard mall. Perfect for families.

Nice and practical place!

Good place to rest as this in a fairly quiet area. Located near the wetlands of Salburua, we also have a bus stop nearby, to be able to go to the centre. Ideal for carrying the bike, and get to know the green ring of Vitoria. Also several restaurants, quite large and the pitch of the Baskonia.

Not safe for women and food poisoning likely from the vending machine.

Comfy, spacious rooms. Really handy to have a kitchen area. Great to be able to walk dogs around the outside of the apartments but still in the secure complex. Would be useful if the terrace area was secure for dogs too.

Simple and clean apartment located in a Tanquilo place: something away from the city centre. The staff at the reception were friendly. Recommended.

Very convenient small apartments, close to the Fernando Buesa Arena and the El Boulevard shopping centre; buses every 10 minutes to get to the city centre. Helpful and friendly staff. Apartments with all the necessary (kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, shower, TV, terrace, …)

The best hotel in Vitoria!

BAD reception the reception man put stick with dogs, common areas, with the exit and enter when you can walk to the garage, becomes the clueless and not salutes. All well!

My stay in this apartment hotel has been very pleasant. The place in which is situated in the residential complex is true that it is not in the center, but no problem to get to the same, besides that you can reach by bus from the stop just to the side. In the area there are supermarkets and shops that make easier the acquisition of the products that we need. As for the interior, as all great, the common area of garden is very nice, the bad thing is that it cannot be stepped on or be lying there basking in the sun. The apartments are very complete, the only downside is you can put, is that the kitchen utensils are scarce, however, this very equipped in terms of appliances, have your oven, fridge, vitro, dishwasher, coffee machine but you lack one that is key to the breakfast, the toaster. Otherwise everything feten, and of course the treatment of the customers is very good, besides that I cleaned the room and we change sheets and towels every three days.

The apartments are perhaps away from the Center, but 5 min by bus or 30-foot never killed anyone.
Very spacious apartments are fully equipped, are silent, and have all of the terraces. Great for breakfast in the morning.
We arrived at night and there was nobody at the reception, but the machine to make automatic recording is very simple to use. The next day we were able to adjust to the home where a young girl answered all our questions.
