I was not exactly sure how to the property or where in the building I had to go the first time, but eventually I figured it out. The reception desk is a couple of floors up. Booking was easy, upon arrival and going up to the right floor check in felt very inviting. I paid by credit at a reasonable price. The room was small but perfect for me. They lent me a wall charger to charge my cellphone. The bed was clean and comfortable. Towels and extra blankets were available. The bathroom is separete from the room, but there are only a couple of other rooms so I think that is better. The Wi-Fi worked really well. Location is a bit further from the center, but it's still easy to walk, if not there is bus service. The hotel management is more of a family atmosphere and I really liked that. They offered me a map and explanations on how to get around the city.

All very decent, as I expected. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Advisable to spend a few days in Zaragoza.

I have been there several times since I am a student and I can't afford anything better. Due to the price you pay is not quite bad but you could improve many things (things I hope you see the owner of the pension)
— Put a foot towel for guests as the bathrooms are shared and soaked and it's not very hygienic to put your feet on that floor.
— Remove/Change the air freshener as it is strong and slightly overloaded.
