Truly welcoming and the staff were incredibly helpful and warm. The room I had was of modern chic deco, and thankfully it was very clean.

We enjoyed this quality hotel. Well placed in a rather luxurious area. Quiet, excellent breakfast, atmosphere that combines old and modern.
Only negative the exorbitant parking rate. It's best to park in a nearby public car park.

Hotel itself is pleasant and the rooms are ok, they are clean with clean towels. Air conditioning is really good. Staff are poor and badly managed and the breakfast is not great, coffee is undrinkable and they just cleared crumbs onto the floor. Go out for breakfast there is a great place across the street. We checked out early and left our luggage and they didn't tell us about a taxi strike which meant we barely made our train. I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice hotel, with a central location. The staff is very friendly & professional, I had a super friendly welcome every day after arriving from work with the staff ready to park my car in the foreseen parking lot knowing my room number and preparing the car at the arranged time (mostly I requested the car when heading to the breakfast) — Jorge is the one who is helping with the car & suitcases. Good job! The breakfast had all choices of tasty food, including amazing jamon :-) Looking forward to come back and enjoy the next stays!

I am staying at this hotel. I'm disabled and my mobility depends on a chair. The building being historic has a few minor deficiencies for my case, but they are being remedied by the kindness and affection I receive at all times by the staff. Especially his public relations. The room is very nice and perfectly adapted. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to this city.

great the treatment I've received, they've outdone
more over the deficiencies, because they made me
forget them from the first moment. I've been filled with
attentions, to the point that it is the hotel where
I've felt better than I've been.

I was expecting more però I'm not complaining. I didn't change the room because I didn't like it. For Hecer a hôtel à 4 Estrella could be cured more.

Great hotel in the center of Zaragoza. Comfortable, functional, with good rooms and with a service worthy of praise.
Ordering some ice for a knee bump and getting a whole bag with towels is quite a detail.
And they still maintain some smoking rooms.

Excellent value for money (in the 4 star category) bordering the hyper Centre of Sarragosse, close to all interesting places touristically: restaurants, Goya Museum, Basilica, stone bridge.
Pro home, garage on site managed by a voirurier, large rooms (clean and sober, tastefully decorated) and hyper-silent.
Only downside to eyes the breakfast quality but served (at the time of my stay) in a large animation room/reception in the basement… It lacks a bit of refinement!

Excellent Hotel but it would not be the same without the friendliness of its staff. We went with our baby and the receptionist was lovely from the phone call until we settled in the room we chose for us. A thousand Thanks!

I was at the meal of a wedding and nothing good I can say about it alone I ate the starters after 35 minutes waiting for the first course I woke up and went out for coffee outside the establishment then I found out by the rest of diners that still slow to get out quite more and q EU did not come out too well having to go for cooking many of them. I'm sure there was some problem and it's not Normal but for me it was disappointing.

The hotel that has given us the best reception with a "big" dog. The room was beautiful and pristine. They take care of the important details. Thank you.

Perhaps the most elegant hotel in all of Zaragoza. Stately atmosphere, spacious rooms, exquisite treatment… The events held at this hotel have a special glamour.
The location is excellent, you can walk to both the shopping area and the historic and tapas area of Zaragoza.
The rooms also distill that classic but modern and functional air that we like so much.
In short, a great choice!

Very good attention. Large rooms and meals. Quality Bar-Restaurant. The extra beds are mounted in mid-afternoon so they do not disturb during the day. Recommended and good quality-price.

The room is very nice, the rooms spacious, comfortable and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast (the only use of the restaurant on our part) very good and varied. The orange juice is natural, which is what makes the difference between a good buffet and a normal one. The problem with the hotel is that it organises events (weddings, business dinners, …) and the lounges are not isolated and the noise reaches every corner of the hotel.
We were allowed to have a remote room, but it is not uneasy for a hotel like this.

The hotel has very good facilities and services. Centrally located, well situated to get to know the city and with a nearby tram stop. The facilities you have for events are spacious and comfortable and the staff is friendly. It's a good choice.

I went to a social celebration. The room where the starters were given and the dining room were pretty good as well as the quantity and quality of the food. The nightclub seemed less appropriate, it was more of a room too enlightened. The service of waiters impeccable, but the miss of the wardrobe was unpleasant and disrespectful. To work in a 4-star hotel you should learn education and manners.

Very happy with our visit to the NH Collection Zaragoza: Very nice hotel, very comfortable rooms, excellent location, very nice staff; The restaurant La Ontina is unfortunately closed on the evening of our stay, we have (very well) dined at the Golden Lion Bar, well advised by the strong friendly manager; Sumptuous breakfast… no reproach; We would stay here again.

Noisy wedding party spoiled our enjoyment. Management neither apologised nor compensated us.

Comfort and room size appreciable. The breakfast is very good. It is unfortunate on the other hand that mid August the restaurant is closed in the evening.

I was really impressed by the accommodations and the staff at this hotel. Their breakfast was worthy of any 5 star hotel in the USA and the cost was low. The value of this hotel cannot be overstated and I will never forget the amazing breakfast, I will return.

Perfect: It is true that we chose the Junior suite, but the room and the ancillary services were really more than adequate to the category and at an affordable price, very helpful courteous staff, full and tasty breakfast, gastro-bar with good tapas and Good beer. Unique in: Garage a bit ' distant and access difficult (for us was not a problem), mini-bar with excessive prices, restaurant La Ontina closed for holidays without being highlighted at the time of booking. To recommend!

I go there for the weekly Rotary Club meeting. So far, everything I've seen of the hotel, including the facilities, food and service, has been top notch.

Weekends are usually celebrations and weddings and if you get to the room over the disco, noise is heard until 1 in the morning and people coming out party. (changing the windows it would be sufficient to fix it)

Ignore the polls in NH, are misleading propaganda. They ensure you a discount then being ignored. The receptionist at the gran hotel on Sunday 17/01/2016 a disaster. Discussed by the subject of surveys. It showed no invoice before collecting it, he cheated on the price (gave it without VAT) and mistakenly charge. In short very carefully. The hotel is good but this latest deal is not acceptable in a hotel of this category.

Room design give people a kind of noble, elegant feeling, location is good, staff is relatively friendly, basic facilities for all, national government services has still to be improved.

No one can rest in this place. Too much noise inside when weddings or business parties.

During the last Congress Web Zaragoza I stayed in this hotel, nice building and rooms are minimalist and modern. The best location in the center of Zaragoza and the service.

Perfect. Old building with style rooms NH minimalist. Clean and cozy. Very friendly staff. Central Hotel. We have provided a cot for our baby of 7 months without charge and without any problem.

Totally negative experience with hotel reservations online are a scam. If you're wrong date you can not rectify and equal pay. Not recommended.

There are too many half of the stars! The room was damaged. The food, every man for himself! To serve me myself, I'm going to a free buffet breakfast. The only thing good, is centrally located in Zaragoza.

A star by a basic principle. It is a 4-star nh. Bad service, bad room State, regular food.
