The hotel is at the city center and in front of the biggest cathetral. Small but clean.

The location is the best of the hotel as it is in the Plaza del Pilar itself. The staff were very nice, the girl who attended us at the reception when we arrived very nice, we arrived at 11:30 and they let us into the room because it was already made. The hotel shows that it is old but has a face wash, the bed is comfortable and overall it is clean. The a/c works luxurious although it is old.

Location is excellent near everything you’d want to do. The room was very small and could have used a facelift. The decor of the hotel was very odd to me. The ac worked but after a few hours made an odd rattling sound and became so noisy while I was sleeping I had to turn it off.

The best corner of Zaragoza, with stunning views of the cathedral square. Just enter the Basilica del Pilar, leaving on your right the Cathedral of the Seo. Clean décor without large surcharges. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely highly recommended and with contained prices.

The room of the hotel is super small, you can not move or open the suitcase. The bathroom door is sliding. It's just for one person. At night it is very noisy. You hear everything. The breakfast is not very good. Very well located. Very good view.

Our room and bathroom were very spacious and with shelves. The staff is fantastic, very friendly and attentive. If you go by car they have an agreement with the parking which is right at the door and it comes out very well priced. The location is excellent. Pets allowed. Highly recommended.

It is a hotel located in one of the best corners of Spain. Staff is very attentive and professional. It has rooms that overlook the Plaza del Pilar, the historic centre of Zaragoza. They have rooms with Jacuzzi and a small spa. It is advisable to make a reservation in advance. Prices contained.

Interesting hotel. Amazing views of the basilica and a great location in Pilar Plaza. The hotel had a weird smell, very thin walls so you hear everything in the hallways and the front desk staff was not overly friendly. The room also only came with one towel (our reservation was for 2 people for 2 nights) and they seemed confused when we asked for more towels but could have been the language barrier. They did bring them to the room quickly though.

Good hotel in the heart of the city. On it 3 stars-so in practice and is, more it is not necessary to wait. Rooms with windows on the square can be taken only on weekdays (Monday to Wednesday), since Thursday to Sunday the square turns into a center of mass festivities, smoothly contradictions into the grandiose bender until the morning with all the ensuing. In winter the local is cold and they behave quieter.
Breakfast in the hotel is decent. The room was nice.

Whenever I go to Zaragoza, I stayed here. Good value for money They have agreement with the parking of the square, very comfortable.

Although excellently located, you need a good cleaning and a care of the details, cobwebs, lime goop in bath and shower, chips of paint, dirty balconies of pigeon poo… etc. The normal breakfast, the only downside is that there is a waitress to put the coffee that you may not always be in the dining room.

It is in a more than privileged place. Right in front of the main gate of the Basilica del Pilar.
The room is good, the bed enorrrrme and firm, it rests very well.
All very clean and suitable to a three star hotel, although you can see in some corners and walls the passage of time (and a client who does not respect the foreign and deteriorates).
The old lamp in the room clashes with everything else, very "modern".
The bathroom needs a maintenance, as the hydro-massage shower does not work, it only goes the normal shower, which takes away a star because I would have liked to try it.
Despite these details, we will return without any doubt.

In the middle of Plaza del Pilar; Good location Right attention. The views of our room faced a residential inner courtyard. There's no locker, no safe, but a coat rack. The hotel has an agreement with the municipal garage to leave the car.

We have stayed this weekend in this 3 * hotel, first put what I did not like and then what yes (since I also value the good, these comments serve the company to improve). The first impression is disappointment because it does not seem as new as in the photos, but that to my point of view is not so important either.
The lack of cleanliness in the rooms is what makes many customers feel nothing comfortable to return, as is my case. I did not come to look for great luxuries or many services in the hotel, it has an exceptional location and that is a great plus, but I have always believed that the lack of cleanliness is a big insult to the trust we deposit when making a reservation. It's something essential that the basics are minimally clean, because if not so for that are the hostels the shower was dirty and abandoned, there were hairs on the bedspread, the sheets were OK and the bed was comfortable but there was dust on the bedside tables (they didn't deign to Pas Ar during the daily cleaning, and it gave the feeling that they had not done it in a long time), the two days we were we did not use vacuum cleaner if not a mop that that more than clean dirty, there was only one lift for the whole hotel and we touched up stairs almost everything and L time.
However the breakfast buffet was very good, the buffet service was also well served to the table, the reception staff were very sympathetic and treated us well.

Very central, the room that we touched was batsante small, nothing to do with the photo of the web, the TV was not going, only the radio, and had no fridge. The breakfast and the right treatment.

Small room, no fridge. The staff is friendly. Right in front of the basilica. The heating is adjusted from reception, very hot and you can not sleep as you can not regulate. I didn't rest well, had a hot tub in the room but it didn't work either.

Amazing hotel! If you want to watch Basilica in your room, it can't be better. Stongly recommend this place.

Located in Plaza del Pilar just in front of the Basilica. Really useful. It was clean and nice enought for visiting Zaragoza.

For views of, and for visiting, the famous Basilica of Pilar, this is probably the closest accommodation you can get to it. Pay slightly extra for a front room overlooking the plaza. Restaurants, bars and cafés are surrounding the hotel, the closest is literally 20metres away. I would recommend eating at the El Ciclon restaurant to the right of the hotel. Make a reservation for lunchtimes! Hotel is clean and seems to be recently refurbished. There isn't international TV channels but has strong free Wi-Fi. Discounted underground public parking is available next door to the hotel as is the Zaragoza tourist information centre…

Hotel rooms are outdated but hotel staff was very nice and accommodating and location is simply perfect!

Great location in the old city … an easy walk to tapas bars. Just across the plaza from basilica and an ideal location to watch holy Thursday and Good Friday processionals.

After a long flight from Atlanta to Madrid and then driving to Zaragoza we found this well located and nice hotel. We just walked in and were received by a friendly lady and got a room quick and promptly… room had a. View to the casco and was clean and roomy… free breakfast and lots of places to eat around it. Perfect place.

Good hotel, in the Pilar square. There are rooms with views to the Basilica, and is worth the penalty book them. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are small, but are well. They are comfortable. The only thing that I don't like very much, is the bathroom with hydromassage shower.

An excellent location if you want to get around the Centre and not take car. In addition to that the staff is very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Well, the rooms of the hotel are small, but comfortable, I don't think that many people will stay at the room all day. It's right on the centre of the Plaza del Pilar, so you have all you need near to your hand. You forget something, no problem, 1 minute to the hotel and… you have it.

The Hotel has a superb situation. The rooms are okay, only the bathroom is a bit small. I recommend with a view to the Basilica del Pilar. Go with eye do not forget anything in the room. At the end of the three-hour call that I had left the charger of the mobile phone plugged in… and surprise! was no longer there. That said the cleaning.

The very good location, right on the Plaza del Pilar, the superior room is spacious but a little sloppy (the floor, walls, tub…) could be improved a lot… the treatment of super and regular cleaning, at least in our room.

I have stayed in this hotel several times when driving down to southern Spain. It is clean and has good facilities it is in a central position and provides reduced charges when parking in the local car park (ensure you use the correct one). The continental breakfast is good with a good selection provided. The staff are very helpful and when I needed to change the date of my return visit there was no problem. Will be returning this September.

Delighted, the views of the first line of the wonderful cathedral, the treatment very well, and the small spa is a blast, enjoy it alone.

Great value for location! Rooms looks a bit hostal style but alright. Great internet access at all the floors. Recomend :-).

I stood in this very good decorate and well localizate hotel paying a excelent (cheap) price. I love each detail and had everything I need. Is in front of the cathedral and the river, the TV in the room is gigant, the room is super beautiful and the shower super relaxing, all you can ask for. They even put a laptop in each room for the client. I dont have even one negative thing to say, it´s perfect :D.
