The hotel is old, there has been no renovation for a long time. Musty smell in the corridors and rooms. The air conditioning is warmer or colder regulated from the reception. You have to call every time. The rooms still show the former splendor, but everything already requires repair and updating. Shower is a separate song. Turning on and all the water setting at one end of the bath, and the watering can at the other end of the bath, had to run from one end to the other to adjust the temperature, delay in response to changes of 3-4 seconds. As a result, only the water set up a couple of three minutes. Price and quality do not match each other.
Pros: good location, underground parking for 12 euros per night.

Huge hotel in the city centre. Impeccable and fast home. Spacious rooms and extra bedding. Large modern bathroom. Very affordable price for a 4 Star hotel. Very pleased with my stay.

Good place to spend the night. Simple 4 stars. Dont expect what a business hotel cant give. Detail: if breakfast not included… dont pay for it. Eat out side the hotel. Walk out, go left and turn left on the first opportunity (70meters). Youll have a great pastry shop right there.

Good facilities. Nefarious Organization. We Went to work. At Breakfast we agree with more than 100 people from the Inserso who generated amazing tails and devastated everything. I had to go without breakfast despite having paid €11, I think I remember it was worth. I Ended up in a bar on the street eating breakfast. A very bad experience. Not recommended.

Anonymous Big City Hotel in a central Location, which has long had the best Years. During our Stay, many Buses ran with Crowds of Guests. Individual Travellers I barely noticed. Cleanliness in the Hotel is good. Only Carpet in the Rooms and the Bathtub as a Shower are no longer contemporary. The huge Breakfast room in the Basement Burst at the Seams because also some Youth Football Teams also here In addition breakfast. The Staff didn't care if the Guests roamed with their bare Hands in the Fruit salad.

The hotel is very centrally located. You can park for free in your parking depending on the availability you have. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The free buffet service at breakfast is very varied, with a multitude of hot and cold dishes. If I go back to stay in Zaragoza I will definitely consider this hotel.

Quite centrally located in Zaragoza about 20 min from downtown, walking you will arrive right away and it is a nice walk.

We had an inside room that was claustrophobic and asked for the change, which even though the hotel was up to the top we were moved right away.
The breakfast was good, quite full and with variety, the only thing that being the hotel full the first day we had to wait standing and ' stealing ' a table. I recommend asking for a room with a view of the street either to the front or the back, but overlooking the street, as if not, nothing comes in light and you see everything.

I was with my partner at Easter. The truth is we were just sleeping and having breakfast but very happy. The only flaw I can find is the lack of control they have for breakfast, too few tables for so many customers. It is difficult to find the first place to sit, but it is your turn to wait until some family leaves and go first so that you do not remove the site style the game of the Chair.

Good rooms, good servicios, a bit old fashioned. Very near of the Coty centre.

You can't regulate the heating by yourself, you have to call the reception for that. The restaurant food portions were pretty small. The rooms look nice and tidy. The hot and cold regulator of the sink and bath don't show colors and the paint is barely there anymore.

The junior suite with spectacular jacuzzi as always at a price of 96 euros including buffet breakfast. Very top for special occasions.

I went with my partner for a quick weekend visit to Zaragoza. It's in a pretty good location, we didn't have to touch the car for anything. Very spacious room and everything clean, and staff very friendly, zero complaints. I have seen other reviews that the property was Anticuad, in our case the room that we touched seemed quite modern everything.

It was the hotel chosen for the accommodation of athletes during an event. We didn't lack anything. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only thing we missed and would have liked to enjoy would be of more variety in the subject of the food and the buffet, as the dishes did not admit much variation. Still very well prepared.

Hotel in central Zaragoza, the location is great because it is close to bar area, restaurants. The food is very rich, quality and products 10. The only negative I see that there has been a change in furniture is old.

Near the Old Town 6 min. On foot. Take it easy. Good value for money Very full breakfast. Spacious and we didn't have to wait for anything for the table.

All very well. The room was very clean and comfortable. But a glitch q my young son has touched the light next to the bed and became a blister. He did it unintentionally. I think you can look at doing something with those lights.

It's a nice hotel, but I was disappointed because being in holiday I would have preferred a window with nice view and get some sunshine but there was a building out the window so it's been dark. The toilet was smelling a little bit at our arrive and the bed could be a double bed being with my partner but I got two single. Need to be more specific on the Web site so I wouldn't have minded to pay more for it.

We went to Eurostars Boston to have a dinner with my girlfrend. The service was amazing.

Fully carpeted, large, clean rooms, nothing broken, and the personell was also very helpful. Quite probably not the best hotel of the world, but for a few nights more than sufficient.

I didn't sleep so I don't feel like I give 5 stars, but it's very nice and definitely very centric, only 10min walk to downtown, but surrounded by locals and resounding!

Looking at photos of this hotel looked like an amazing experience however upon arrival it has been nothing but a disappointment. Travelling from Australia for the current world championships the hotel was to provide breakfast, lunch and dinner but despite this, the menu has not changed from any meal of the day. Pasta and chips for breakfast? Really? The rooms are tiny and the Wi-Fi is awful which doesn't allow us to communicate to the loved ones wondering how we are going. One night at about 10 Pm we were in the elevator to get to our rooms which ended up getting stuck for 1 hour. As we got out sweating and distressed we wished to order room service at 10.50 where the staff rudely refused and was forced to go to bed starving even though room service closed at 11. In addition to that I have had to call reception for six days straight to get my room cleaned where once again showed the plain ignorance and selfishness by the staff. In terms of the rooms the fridge doesn't work, the lights are dim and seems I'm living in a cave, the beds are rock hard and the showers are grotty and cannot be used by anyone over six foot. For such a nice city this hotel has been awful for which I urge you all to not stay here because like many people you will be frustrated and will ruin your holiday.

The quality was Okay. The rooms were clean and the Personell was friendly. But it seems to be am old Hotel and the carpet that is everywhere has an unkomfortabel smell on it.

Hotel with many claims rundown. Although it's all very well maintained, the hall is huge, as the spacious rooms, the sensacon in August nearly empty was desolation, I guess that for not being downtown (also not far). Breakfast very good and complete, worse location, soulless and with negligence.

They also have a Michael Jackson suite in which the artist stayed in 1996, at her concert in Barcelona.
