Good value for money, with more than right service and good service. Comfortable room both bed and sloppy. The only catch, some pipe smell.

The hotel is ok in price/quality. The breakfast bar is small for so many people. The room and bathroom are somewhat small. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good hotel location.

Stayed here for two nights with friends. Am an Accor gold member but booking was made by family who are not members. Hotel is in a great location, adjacent to the old town & just a bridge away from the rest. Room was quite comfortable with a good shower & bed, as well as free Wi-Fi & a great air conditioner — a must at this time of year. Staff overall were pleasant & in particular, our check-in lady was very professional, friendly & efficient. Restaurant staff however were a little underwhelming — asking for the menu, the older male assistant gave us 3 menus, two for food, one for drinks. When they came to take our order, half of the things on the menu were not available. Upon finally making an available selection, what was served was luke warm & appeared to be microwave food. Dissapointing to say the least…

Of the best value, hotel with numerous services. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And of course it is worth mentioning the unbeatable location. To me I seem the best located in the city, regarding views and proximity to areas of interest such as Plaza del Pilar or the stone bridge.

Ideal geographical location to visit the city. Paid parking (10euros), but indispensable as it is very difficult to park in the city.

Very quiet, clean and 5 minutes from the Plaza del Pilar. Without hesitation I will repeat if I have to go back. I have been to hotels of more stars that already wanted to be like this. The only drawback is the parking, which does not reserve and has limited places and parking in the area is somewhat complicated.

Typical Ibis Hotel, with a very good location, close to the downtown area, Basilica del Pilar. The service is very personalized, attentive and has all the services.

La recepción fué simpática y rápida. Nos dieron todas las instrucciones que necesitábamos y se ofrecieron a darnos algún consejo sobre la ciudad. La habitación estaba limpia y todo correcto. Dormimos sin problemas ni ruidos.

Cozy little hotel centrally located and very affordable. The people working there were all very courteous and nice, the hotel is clean and we'll kept and it is just across the river from the "Casco Viejo", the historic center of town.

Aacepte a higher price than average in exchange for a quiet and enjoyable to work with my laptop…

Central place with a nice cafeteria and good service (a little scarce, the same person attends the reception of the hotel and the cafeteria) and good views to the pillar.

Nice hotel for a stopover or for visiting the magnificent cathedral, just over the bridge, from the hotel. We had our dog with us and she walked the riverbank, with obvious pleasure. The breakfast was very Spanish with a Zaragozan twist. I always enjoy my stay here.

This hotel is in an amazing location just across the river from the old town. It's right opposite the stone bridge which is a few minutes walk to the main plaza containing the Cathedral and the Basilica. Our room was quite spacious with a comfortable bed, large shower, good Wi-Fi & satellite TV with English channels. We were here at the beginning of November and the air conditioning for the whole hotel was switched off. We had to sleep with the windows open to get some air in our room so our sleep was disturbed by traffic noise. The breakfast had the usual continental selection of cereals, ham, cheese, bread, pastries, coffee, tea and fruit juice. Basement car parking is €10 per day (follow the signs to the Mercadona) — and be careful on the ramp which is very narrow.

The hotel is very well located. The attention of the staff is excellent. The rooms are very spacious, bathroom is very spacious. I was surprised the hotel, I expected less. Highly recommended considering the price / quality and place it where it is.

The facilities are very clean but not too modern. The attention of its employees very helpful. The breakfast although a little varied in the bid, it is very heavy and rich. Price in accordance to what is offered. I recommend.

Its a nice hotel to stay for a night if you are on your way to something else. I cant stand the Heat of the Summer, havent been there in the winter. Clean rooms, mediocre breakfast, because everything is small. The beds aren't too great, but the price is right for the service.

This is a hotel of the chain Ibis and that is note in the type of room: a bathroom "modular", bed comfortable and room spacious. Simple, clean and functional. Ideal for a getaway to Zaragoza. Free Wi-Fi.
We reserve directly on the Ibis website and it came out one night by 51. Eur 5. With breakfast included (coffee, juice + pasta). Although it is not the breakfast offered to part of buffet, was quite well and were able to repeat without problem.
At the back of the hotel there is a park with many area for parking, but be full of cars and it might be difficult to find site (although we did not have problems).
to two steps is the bridge of stone and a time pass the river already these behind the pillar.
In short, if you go to Zaragoza this hotel is good choice. Enjoy!

Am client regular of them Hotels Ibis was two nights in this hotel, and I want to highlight the attention of the Sr Ocacha and the kindness of the Sr Eduardo are ones excellent professional, they are which make that one repeat stay, the room excellent very good views and good cleaning.

My worst experience in an Ibis hotel. To the arrival a practicing a little rude when you check-in. We had also problems to connect to Wi-Fi and calling the room to welcome the person q us seemed a little surprised and even upset q served failure to connect me as if it were my own problem. We pay the late check out, however that the room had been deprogrammed, key day so q arriving at 3 pm to prepare for our departure we had q reception q down reactivated it. It seems to me q If they offer a service worth check q details comply with a good experience for the customer. A positive theme is an excellent attention of attending chico q q one of the q raining days evenings us presto an umbrella and in general we served much better desire to the other two ladies q was during the day.

I've stayed here several times, when I've been in Zaragoza. The hotel's location is amazing, right across the river from Plaza del Pilar. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped and very affordable. If you're looking for a nicely priced hotel right in the heart of Zaragoza, this is a great choice.

Manager French sickened of living here and surrounded by low paid employees, you can not trust cleaning and you nailed by a breakfast as if it were the Carlton.
Better to pay some more in another chain and be quieter.

An evening with the family, a little girl a baby and my wife. Very clean room and comfortable. Broken exhaust fan, bathroom and smelled a bit bad. Buffet breakfast very European but acceptable. Otherwise very good.

Very good hotel. Excellent location to go sightseeing. Our room had a fantastic view of the Basilica del Pilar. Large rooms, clean, friendly service. Very good price. Parking is very cheap and spacious squares. In my opinion, deserves more than 2 stars.

I liked, less how to access, there is a place reserved for Check-in, and safe car cannot be above the sidewalk.
