Very good place to get away from it all. Thermal circuit and contrasts quite good. Acceptable buffet. Lots of peace.

I put 3 stars which is what the hotel should really have. We were placed in the singing building and apart from not being a double bed the mythical beds of 90 united that if you neglect you sneak through the middle. The views of the room were null 4 walls with a small skylight on the ceiling through which you could see nothing.
The contrast pool circuit is not bad but they should take care of details such as people rotate or make smaller groups that arrive a group of 5 and throw themselves the 45 minutes in the jacuzzi and you can not even try it no one likes, just like a little training for the staff explaining whether any squirts or certain parts come better or worse for you or your ailments.
Breakfast is basic, which you would get in any average hotel anywhere.
In conclusion, it does not deserve the 4 stars and there is much neglect on the part of the management. I liked the area but I prefer to come back from camping or if I find any tourist apartments, the value for money is not good.

The place is not bad but the thermal pool is cold and the air conditioning they had on was very unpleasant. We said it, but the next day it was the same. And when we got in at night it was still cold, people were leaving with displeasure early. If your body temperature is 37 degrees, the water should be at 38 degrees at no time and not 31 degrees as they said it was and on top of the air conditioner so the crystals wouldn't fog the thermal feel was 21 degrees. I have been to many spas and this is the one I have had the worst time… The rooms are ok but lack mosquito nets. When you opened the windows, thousands of flies came in and we spent our time killing them. In the dining room there were also many flies perching on the food, very unpleasant. Those details should be taken care of, I don't think it's that hard to work it out. I certainly'm not coming back. I've been screwed about my weekend. I do not like that I limit the times to 45 minutes in the water, I like to relax and not be looking at the clock, enter and leave when I want as in all the places I go.

Very good Hotel Good facilities. Full and rich breakfast buffet. Breakfast intolerance options. The pool was very good but it could be improved with more options.

It is a very nice place, Estubimos to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was great. The spa areas, and the restaurant service a 10! The staff were very friendly and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed it very much, I would recommend it.

The rooms are reformed but they are very small and in ours the bathtub was very spoiled and cracked.
The food improved and full of flies the dining room.
I don't think it deserves a 4 *, we won't be back.

The Hotel was very nice. Bad organization, do not know what you have C9ntratado, do not warn of when the times are over, T leave only in installations without supervision, and do not control the noise of other customers. If I had q advise… I would not recommend it as a spa but if as a hotel.

A good place to relax. Beautiful Gardens and very well maintained. You can take a walk around the pond. Enjoy the island you pay aside a little expensive. Eating in the cafeteria "El Lago" is affordable and enjoys the surroundings.

If you are looking for an idyllic place where you can leave the window open (because they have not yet air conditioning) and listen to the quiet flush of the water, the sound of crickets, frogs, the soft rock of the wind. Pay 260 euros for one night and that the ´ place you like C ´ is not too serious but if the ´ place does not correspond at all to what the ´ you sold it hurts very much. Everything but a 4 star hotel, it ´ not even worth two. The food is worth the food of all in very poor quality, the SPA is old and needs ´ a big refresh, we ´ not slept as the room was at 40 degrees with a train that passes at 50 meters every 30 minutes and without hot water. 260 euros for a romantic getaway night. Buffet dinner with a lot of variety but nothing rich, the typical buffet of 10 euros. To be a 4 star, there are some things I didn't like. The bathroom in our room was not done with towels from the previous tenants. Some of the buffet cutlery were dirty and the bathrobes we got for the spa, they looked old. It's OK to spend one night but I was a little disappointed.

The rooms are suitable for a four star hotel. The Spa area I imagined was bigger but it is also correct. Good value for money, really.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The water circuit well although not the best Q has visited, right.

I didn't like it at all… The receptionist was very helpful. It broke the hot water pump and we had to shower with cold water we went 3 or 4 times to ask the receptionist (Nestor) and made us wait in bathrobe until we hung a personal call. We have returned at the opening of the new Year and as always the attention of the unbeat staff and the food very well. The new year has improved rooms and facilities. I encourage you to go check it out, we'll be back as soon as we can. It is ideal to relax as a couple.

In principle we had reservation at the 4 star hotel, but they called us communicating that we passed to the 5 (for the same price) for having excess reserves. All right until we saw the state of the hotel, frankly it is more of a 3 star (as much) than 5. Very poorly conserved and maintenance free. It has this category because it has a natural thermal lake. Personally I don't like it very much because it was pretty dirty, but good to be natural, it's supposed to be its appeal. Bad quality/price ratio.

We'Ve been two. Nights in the spa with holiday offer of New Year and it has been great. The food is regular but the hotel facilities, the rooms and lounges are great. Spacious Rooms, very friendly staff and lovely waiters. We'Ve been on another occasion and will surely be back next year.

The location is very nice, the room is nice but the bed is uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet is very small, the SPA is scarce, 4 jets and 2 Jacuzzi does not seem an innovative experience should include some extra service in the price of the stay, are not equipped with flip flops or hats.

Nice and modern facilities, the hot room when we arrived, the spa is very good and the attention to taste, the breakfast buffet very well but the one of the food with little variety for the price it has (€20) and does not include drink or coffee otherwise very well all, I recommend.

We got an exceptional deal for a 3 night stay with daily Spa circuit, half board. The hotel is full yet it is so peaceful. We are not fans of buffets but it is a very good offering at both breakfast and dinner. No doubt we will be back sometime in the future.

I just spent four days here and they've been great. The spa is very good and the staff is very friendly.
It has been our first time in a spa and we are sure to repeat.

A shower without hot water, a cleanliness a little limited to the rooms, no double bed. On the other hand hostesses with little care to try to make your life easier. And an outdoor pool offering a nice view of the city. On the other hand everyone sees you from the street.

Phenomenal very good and impeccable service, very relaxing and cozy, a 10. I recommend it for the whole family, and there are also some psychologists of the program care relax great. I'd go back.

I have never stayed in a worse hotel in all my life. I booked this place for me and my gal pal on our travels around Spain. I was excited for the quiet and spa treatments that were offered. We drove all night to get there and found our room very uncomfortable and dirty. There was corn on the floor, the beds were like rocks, and the room had a broken air conditioner, they refused to fix or even look at. In the morning we found the breakfast was inedible and the spa services we were looking forward to were simply unavailable to us. Nothing. They said perhaps by 4pm, a massage could be available… but that was after the late checkout we paid extra for, and a whole day of waiting for a potential massage. We left immediatly and went to Madrid, where we found the most amzing Thai massages and signed up for multiple appointments. I will never return to this hotel, I would rather sleep in my car.

We went by a voyage Privée offer, and are very pleased with everything. A good choice is to make late checkout to take advantage of the day (swimming pools and meals included). The all-you-can-eat buffet is not of this world, but you can eat well. The rooms are OK, and very friendly service.

Little information and no organization. Although facilities are renovated and have a good presence, pool jets for example have good strength, organization of employees leaves much to be desired. None know anything and you refer to others that either solve you doubts. That Yes, times are good responsible respect them, it is the only thing, so stay in the spa is short. The locker rooms were closed and despite requesting them not opened them and we had to share bathroom with other visitors, without hangers or conditions change. I booked 8 days (from 4 to 12 June 2015) in half-board, a room ADAPTED for people with REDUCED MOBILITY since I was traveling with my mother, 90-year-old that moves by a walker. The first surprise when you arrive on Saturday to the hotel: by an error in the book… oh, there WERE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE! ; I offer a large room with a shower, but in order to access the shower you had to climb a step of about 35 cm in height. Faced with the impossibility of access, I put a ramp out of wood in the bathroom, that did not come to save the step completely. I say that Monday will try to change my room. We spent those two nights as we could, bearing in mind that, in addition, the air conditioning in the room was broken and, in the middle of heat wave, it took them more than three hours to come to fix it. Monday, June 6, at first time, I called to reception and I was attended to by a receptionist, Bethlehem, who told me, quite displeased by the way, that they could not move me to a room and did not offer me any solution or alternative. When I asked him what would be a free room and told me that until the day 9 was not possible. Therefore, I found myself with the problem of having to leave the hotel, to July 6, without knowing where to go, with a person of 90 years, depending on my and without assistance of any kind on the part of the hotel. In summary: the error was in the hotel but the problem was mine.

4-star Hotel, the staff great, the dining room buffet is quite good, and the facilities at the spa are very clean and complete. The treatments and massages very well. We will return.

They are some outrageous bought some bonds to use these facilities and when we went to them to cangear for the chosen day not allowed us to do so because claiming full capacity. We proposed several solutions and none was admitted. The unfortunate truth little professionals.
