Really nice campsite with clean toilets, good facilities and a nice pool. I love the security of the gates etc but it's a pain that they don't let you out of the gate until 8am when you want to go and enjoy your days in the mountains. Also the camp sites could use some grass as the dirt and rocks are really hard.

Great facilities and location for hiking mountain biking and Rock climbing. Lost of options for tents and mobile homes. Great bar and good supermarket. Big shower rooms and even a especial bathroom for small kids and babies Lots of water fountains around the facilities and Wi-Fi (not too fast tho) great swimming pool and kids playing areas. Very close Biescas with expensive supermarket. Better option Mercadona in Sabiñánigo a few km away. The Spanish French border very close by.

Great place, very well maintained and clean. I treat the staff very good and with quick resolution to complaints by the user. In the lower part of the campsite a little scarce services (both showers, sinks and sinks) in terms of the capacity of people at its maximum influx. With regard to the Barbecue, I think you can improve the arrangement of the grills as well as the maintenance of the fireplace that does not work the shot, thus making the enclosure a smoky and uncomfortable place. The restaurant bar service slow, and lacking many things, such as not having cold beers, no ice, on the menu only 1/2 glass of wine. It can be improved.

Great camp site if you have a tent. Plots are typically European and quite small, but the wooded setting provided a nice location. The caravan plots further down the hill didn't look quite as appealing. Staff are friendly and English is spoken. Restaurant was basic but good value.

There will hardly be a campsite that surpasses you. Facilities, cleanliness, personnel, services and a privileged environment. All outstanding. We've been going for three years at the end of the week and we don't intend to change. Super Recommended!

Lovely site, but ground quite hard — normal tent pegs would bend! (I use 6" wire nails with "repair" washers. ) Great base for some lovely walks. Very friendly staff — willing to take the time to teach important words (and pronounce them correctly — "Hello" etc.

The camping is very good and surely will return, but in store, the apartment I have not liked much, the walls are paper and you hear the apartments next door, no oven, instead is put the microwave, but the rest is fine, it's broad. It's nice to go with kids, it has a large swing area, a basketball/soccer court and a ball park.

Lovely site in absolutely beautiful surroundings. All the facilities were first class, only downside was the children running around at 11.30 at night. More a parental issue than anything else. Staff were very helpful and the food was okay.

Our stay during this Easter has been extraordinary. The bungalows were always warm, the water came out hot instantly and the campground services very well. I would recommend it clearly.

Very good place and very quiet the kids had a great fun with the monitors. The regular bar to eat. The site and the spectacular mountains.

We were in one of the 6-person bungalows. It is a cabin with two double rooms and a living room with sofa bed. When we arrived, even though it was quite cold, inside it was hot. This is great to go with friends, for example to ski (just 20 min from Formigal). In summer we don't know it but we may repeat. Cheap, secluded (so don't disturb the neighbors) and comfortable. Includes a bathroom with shower, and kitchen.
In addition, they have a small supermarket with the basics and a restaurant where they eat luxury. Menu of the day.

Excellent. Highly recommended. A €14 menu that contains quality, Tensino lamb and fresh and homemade everything else. And also affection and kindness. He's got everything.

Camping with Wi-Fi that really works and gets to the plots. The bathrooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The camping is great, I put only 4 stars by the state of the grass. For the rest perfect.

Excellent environment in the middle of the mountain. There are very well prepared mountain walks. The people of the campsite're really nice and very nice. The staff at the campground very well. The bathrooms are clean and warm which is what you need for cold weather. We will sincerely return. Thank you.

As always a great place to stop when heading north or south. Always look forward to the lovely hot showers and how clean everything is great little bar and great walks all around.

We have used this site several times now en route from France to Spain. It is well located just south of the mountain peaks. It is well laid out if a little tight for manouvering larger caravans. The views are wonderful. There is now free Wi-Fi across the site. The swimming pool is large and the water lovely and fresh. Price very reasonable.

Very nice site with excellent toilet facilities. Bread & croissants can be ordered for the morning and collected from their supermarket. A worthwhile place to stop at.

The setting is wonderful. The pitches are good. Reception helpful. Nice big open air pool. Great overnight stop en route to southern Spain avoiding toll motorways (eg Valencia.

Only stayed one night as we have a motorhome beautiful place? Well looked after site with bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Xxx.

Very nice family Camping with lots of activities for children, the plots quite spacious and lots of shade, the treatment of the excellent staff.

This site takes some beating. Fantastic location, friendly staff and great bar. Good family site so don't come in the summer if you want total peace and quiet. We have been many times.

Love Camping Gavin. Friendly staff who even remember customers names even though they only see them a couple of times a year, we left something on the site when we arrived home the item we left was at home, how is that for caring. Lovley clean showers. Good restaurant, bar and shop. When I fell ill they told how to get to the local doctors who saw how ill I was and arranged for me to be met at Jaka hospital where I received the best treatment. The Camping Gavin site staff asked how I was when I came back. Yes we love Camping Gavin xx.

Stayed here a couple of nights, lovely grounds for camping, nice pool and good food.

Accommodation (log cabin) good but no air conditioning. Visit to camp Gavin planned months in advance and I enquired about restaurant facilities before our booking as five friends and myself were travelling on motorcycles from Santander and wanted to make sure that we could have some food on arrival. We were told prior to the booking that the restaurant was open to 10pm which we thought would be perfect as our journey in total took around 5hrs. We arrived around 7:30pm / 8pm to a receptionist that was not particularly enthusiastic and to be told that the restaurant doesn't open on a Monday which annoyed me as if I had known we could have stopped somewhere on the way from Santander for some food. We were told also that breakfast was served from 9am so when we arrived at the restaurant the next morning at 9am we then told it could be 9:30 or 10am when it opened. We had travelled a long way to be totally messed about and the lapse-a-daisy attitude from Camp Gavin staff really annoyed us. Will not be staying there again!

Lovely small campsite in the Spanish pyrenees. Friendly staff members at the front desk and on the site. You can order bread for the morning and there is a small supermarket on site. The sanitary facilities are very clean and heated (important in the mountains). The pitches are big enough for caravans. The place is arranged in form of terraces. Pool and play areas are available. An excellent Camping & Caravan Site, nestling in the lower 'foothills' of the Pyrenees. (Spanish Side) Stayed just one night as we were making our way homeward. We had a Good evening meal in the Restaurant, though somewhat spoiled by a very very noisy lot (40 plus people) of Dutch holiday makers, who were having some kind of celebration.! We could easily have stayed longer.

Great quality. Of the best in what is often seen camping in Spain. Daily cleaning, clean pool. The location, fantastic. It is somewhat more expensive than the average, but that is quite better than ka average of campsites.

Easily by far one of the best sites I've stayed. Clean an tidy. Convinces were great, an it's open in March. :).

Ideally located at the entrance of the Tena Valley. Well kept and beautiful. Despite being a campground type terraces for being on the side of the mountain, the maneuvers with caravans are conducted without problems because the streets are wide.

July 2014: camping high class with exceptional and many toilets, quality sites, grandiose, quiet landscape and general serenity, restaurant/bar nice with reasonable prices, clean and large pool, play areas for children adapted well, pretty close villages (Gavin, Biescas), proximity to hiking sites, perfect night, securing the optimal by peripheral fence camping, entered by magnetic card. Comments: supermarket not at the level of the rest, no shuttle service to the campsite.
We had a very relaxing, alternating days on-site and visits around (Mount lost, San Juan de la Peña, animal park in Piedrafita de Jaca).

Very good camping and conveniently located to make plenty of trips.

Campsite nice and clean, although the lawn of the pool is a little care. Too expensive for what it offers. The staff is fairly dry.

We were in one of the bungalows and it is a great place to visit the entire Ordesa and surrounding areas. The campsite is well-equipped and care and children spent so big between the pool, various playgrounds and the chiquipark of balls, which saved us more than one afternoon :-)
As everything can be improved, I will leave some suggestions to the owner, if you want to earn the fifth Star:
-The mosquito nets in the bungalows are essential. I have not seen as many flies in a camping in my life, and I have seen many. In summer, it is necessary to open the windows to ventilate because they heat up very much during the day, at the expense of a true invasion of flies.
-Although on the website says that the bungalows have an enclosed garden, it is not true. It would be much better if they put a small fence with an access door to release young children without fear that go out to the street.
-The bungalow is very well equipped (microwave, washing machine, fridge, utensils. ), but a toaster had been a detail.
Moreover, a great place to repeat if you like nature.

One of best sites ever stopped on very quiet, good walks 40 min walk to village. Excellent for dogs. Staff and restaurant 1st class. Probably the cleanest site you will ever visit. Not good for bikes very hilly. If you intend to stay a few days shop before you land. A favoured site for those going north and south only 45 minutes from Somport tunnel.
