Good place, very well located. Needs to work in the facities. Quite old.

We Repeat every year. I Could say it is one of the best sites, very comfortable, good service, comfort etc. Also very close to everything in the square, not to pull the car and be walking at all times.

Cosy hotel with friendly staff. The buffet offer is not various but the food is delicious. Rooms very spacious and comfortable with great views to Sierra Nevada slopes and Pradollano. Around 200m walk to the gondolas. Parking available on site. Living areas comfortable with playing cards and boardgames available for free. Swimming pool is not large, a max of 7 people allowed at a time.

We were quite disappointed. There was No advertising with reality. They announce a full gym and there is a bike, an elliptical and a back. The pool has a capacity of 7 pax and does not limit the access with what you can find 20 people in a pool of about 20m2. The clean up leaves you to desire. In short a hotel I would not recommend.

In general this well. Well located near the slopes, and the leisure area in Sierra Nevada.
The food was very clean and the breakfast was very good.
It has a small heated swimming pool whose use is included in the stay but the spa is of payment.
The rooms were very spacious
The worst thing is that in the four rooms, they are two storey, the upstairs beds are very small and they have a terrible mattress. If not for that I would give 4 stars…

Estsmos staying here right now. Small room to be in theory a family is actually a double with two bunks Q almost do not allow you to move around the room. Very poor cleanliness. All with dust and dirty bathroom accessories. (Bath glasses full of toothpaste). There's nothing 4-star. The only thing the Q has on the facade. Very high price-quality.

Great location and big room. Unfortunately however it is attached to a disco, the night before leaving there was noise, chaos, screams and annoyance until the 2am in the morning. The costs are right for the circumscribed area, but if you compare it to our mountains (Italy), they are high. Varied Buffet, can improve (for example by putting vegetable milk available), excellent service self for the orange juice and plenty of dessert for dinner. The evening of Valentine's Day would have been nice to find an aperitif, nothing but it's those things that make you want to come back. SPA and paid parking. Access to the gym and swimming pool too restrictive, from 16, for those who, like me, can not ski is bad not to do anything.

Great hotel, close to the lifts, really enjoyed the food and also has a small indoor pool.

Very nice rooms, breakfast right, with special mention of the natural orange juice and the freshly brewed coffee, but the average dinner.

Hotel with family duplex room. We liked the breakfast and the dinners, without much variety but of quality. Two flights of stairs and direct to main gondola. Unbeatable views to the slopes. A good Mountain hotel.

The staff is very polaid and helpful, in the reception you got every information you need. The hotel is very nice, if you're not look for the luxus. Breakfast and dinner is good, by buffet. The food was tasty and you have planty of option to choose. The room vas nice, comfortable bed, clean bedsheets. The bathroom at the arrival day wasn't 100% clean but they fix it. Very close to ski lifts. This hotel was good choice for us. Will come back.

The hotel is very well decorated rustic I liked a lot occupy a quadruple room that when going with my two kids is ok the only thing is that there were no plugs to charge the phones so there was only one in the bathroom but the rest well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the breakfast was very good.

Amazing location with great views all around. Wouldn't recommend visiting in the off-season, as there isn't much to do or eat.

Nice staff, old rooms but clean and nice beds. Really bad breakfast, little to chose from and cooked without love.

Nice price. Near chairs to go to snow slopes. However, climbing a few stairs after a day in the snow is not that easy. Breakfast and dinner are medium. Rooms are a bit old. Swimming pool is very small, you can't swim in 4x4 m.

On the outside, very nice hotel reception too, but four-star anything, the very poor buffet and too uncomfortable beds. Everything very clean but for four-star nothing at all.

We stayed in August a couple of nights. The Hotel is great, good breakfast, to a five-minute walk to the plaza de Pradollano, without problems of parking on the street. And the best the price at this time of the year! To repeat again!

Nice Hotel in the Sierra Nevada mountains but away from the four stars that are listed in the entry.

This well but I think a fourth star deserves more.
