The free buffets a lot of food and the staff fantastic. Located on high mountain with beautiful views. Ideal for mountain activities with children and the whole family. I recommend 100x100

Very old and low quality hotel with cold tiles on the floor of the rooms… It needs an huge refurbishing. The breakfast and dinner was very poor, ingredients not well cooked. I ate an apple pie that was still frozen… Maybe because of the cold outside!?

Something old but good. Our room, for two adults and two children, spacious and comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was good. We liked the cafeteria and the terrace. It has a good ski rental service and access to slopes.
Our only downside is that the hotel does not have parking for all guests and in the vicinity there is very little parking. Although we thought we had booked parking from the website, like other guests, we found ourselves arriving that we had no place and after several laps, we left the car in the main parking of Pradollano, about 20 minutes.

Good price, but shabby rooms and I didn't find any plugs near the bed. The half board very well, quite complete. The girl at the front desk very friendly and found us place in the parking lot;)

The location was very good. Buffet with wide selection but mediocre quality. Street level entrance and desolating ticketing area. Frequent bad smells in hallways. Parking is impossible.

Very large hotel. All kinds of services as far as the hotel. From a lot of kindness to the snow next to the hotel. Price is: quality = price. There is free Buffett and the food is very good. I recommend it by the gondola that has close up to Borreguiles and from there you can go up on chairlift to Pico Vane.

Good location and the best hotel in the area!

Urgh, old and very tired. Bar is fine, avoid everything else. Mouldy smelling rooms, worn out pool table, would not stay again even if they paid me. The staff are however, very friendly.

Good apartments near the perfect chairlift to come with friends or family. Equipped to be able to cook and sleep very well as it is very quiet. I recommend it.

Stayed here for 4 days skiing very nic3 hotel staff very attentive great atmosphere good really good going back in march.

Nice clean room. Beds reasonable. Breakfast ok. Did not take dinner so cant comment. Friendly helpful staff & and some English spoken if you need it.

It is a Great place to stay dir skiing.

No hotels in this resort offer value but this one is one of the better value for money. An ok walk to ski lifts. It has good facilities inc parking. The dining and breakfasts are sufficient standard,

Nice hotel considering it's a 3 star. Great to have a track (Aguila) passing next to it, making it possible to access tracks directly. Food was good, buffet style, lot to choose.

It's a very good Hotel with an awesome buffet restaurant. I think it's almost perfect, only that there is not a separated reading room from the playing room, and that showers do not prevent totally that water goes out.

Hotel was decent and the staff was pretty nice but the food was terrible. It's a buffet that had some of the worst things I've ever tasted. Unfortunately the only option was a room with breakfast and dinner included but that's a real waste of money. Try booking without food or go somewhere else.

The hotel is not one of the best, it's simple, but however the staff is very friendly, mainly the waitress "Star" is a sweet person. Everything I loved.

Room clean and comfortable, a little low the heating. The parking is small and is filled quickly. It is impossible to park in the vicinity.

Kitchen well equipped even in small studies that have. Good location near the Centre of Sierra Nevada and restaurants.

After three years in a row to us staying at this hotel, we highlight the good treatment that always have given us, the improvement of facilities that have been made in public areas, dining room, etc.
We were a group of 40 of a private of Seville school and hope to return again the next year.

Great place. Went there twice already with the family to sky in Sierra Nevada. Already booked there for our next stay in SN next year.

Bad food for groups, beds very uncomfortable. No TV signal. Wi-Fi only in reception, dangerous stairs.
