Meets expectations from Seville.

Had a wonderful holiday in Seville, the hotel Zaida was perfect, lovely staff and 24 hour reception, the reception area was amazing, rooms lovely and clean with everything you needed, area was great as well, would recommend this hotel to anyone must also mention the great and pretty roof terrace.

Highly recommended hotel. Convenient location but still on a quiet street. Staff at the reception very helpful and polite. Will definitely stay again.

A charming small hotel in the center of Seville where you can discover a warm patio with a sun terrace with 4 sunbathing and a table to spend a few moments on the roofs of Seville. The rooms are simple but really very typical and full of charm. The hotel is clean and the staff is trying to make the effort to speak French.
A pleasant surprise.

All the others wrote about the interior is true, it's charming. Service in total, from desk, to cleaning, a 9+. Aware of the fact it is not a five star hotel, I would recommend it. A 9+.

Very good hotel. Well located not far from the terminus of the buses arriving from the airport and very convenient in the center of Seville. A beautiful rooftop terrace that allows you to enjoy the ends of days.

Safe, quiet location. Excellent service and value. Difficult to find, given Sevilla has practically a different street name for every block. But one can ask locals. They are very helpful. Of course, language may be a problem for the impatient. Lol.

Quaint location, but easy walking access to everything touristy as well as the bus depot — you don’t need a taxi. Ask for floor 2, which has a lovely deck with afternoon sun. Staff is very friendly and rooms are spotless. Our room had a little fridge and there is a microwave provided on the lobby level. We would stay here again.

Also nice style, and friendly staff if returning to Seville, for sure still book Zaida Hotel.

Booked on a combination of reviews and price. I have stayed in higher rated hotels that are nowhere near as nice as this. I don't travel to a beautiful city like Seville to spend my time in a hotel room. It's a base for the trip. Cost less than €50 a night and it's pretty good. Clean, comfortable, moderately sized rooms. Good shower. Shampoos and gels provided and restocked each day. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Not far from the big sites. Friendly staff. All the restaurant/bar recommendations were great. Not sure what people want for a very moderate price but its clean, friendly and has lots of character. The only negatives was the dripping noise, every 30 seconds, in the room (123) which was a distraction at night and the bath probably needs replacing. Not dirty, just old.

Unexpectedly amazing — beautiful Moorish entrance hall, comfy bed, clean, small workout room, sun terrace — walking distance to everywhere.

Great hotel, especially for the value for money. It is a 1 star hotel but, being an ancient palace, it remains very charming. The cleanliness of the rooms is worthy of a 4 star. Only breakfast is missing!

Lobby and public space very nice. Arabic style. Room ver old. Bed especially. The bed is really not very serious comparing with other similar hotels in the area. Rather I would call it hostel. No breakfast offered. Staff friendly and nice. But considering the bed and room size and quality, only 3 stars from me.

Very centrally located, its rooms are refurbished and comfortable.
Have to make a cafetito with Magdalena, Q comes very well while you're showering the worst, being located in the center the theme of parking Q you have to go a little far to leave it,

Just wonderful! To be a one star hotel we were pleasantly surprised. It is located right in the centre.
The service is great, friendly and helpful. Although it does not have a cafeteria they have shop to buy drink and something to nibble. They have the detail of leaving you every day a tray with envelopes and a heater for you to do what you want: coffee, tea, tea… all clean and the building is quite nice with an old touch that is not old.
In the rooms there is tele, Wi-Fi, hairdryer and air conditioning; And if you touch balcony the views are to a quaint street of Seville very nice. It has an outdoor leisure room with a small gym covered on the second floor. The price pretty cheap for how well it is.

Very well. It was a very nice hotel. Friendly and efficient staff; One of the people at the reception speaks good French, clean room, nice well equipped. I recommend.

Great hotel, clean and close to the center of Seville. You sleep well, it's quiet. The defect is perhaps the bathroom, small and windowless.

The place is picturesque by its azulejos and its patio.
The rooms are modest but well maintained.
The terrace is our place of dinner and breakfast prepared by our care because there is no half board.
The staff are discreet, smiling, helpful and available to give us information on the Internet.
You should prefer the room upstairs for less noise I think.
Good value for money.

I stayed with my sister, and my baby from 13meses (who does not walk, just crawls), to begin with, impossible to put anything in the closet, from the horrible smell to moisture, mildew! And to top it off, I wake up at night to go to the bathroom, and I find cockroaches in front of the beds! Where minutes before my baby crawled x all over the room. Indignant! I kill one, because the others escaped, I pick it up with a folio and take it to the receptionist (brunette, although speaking Castilian, I do not think it was Spanish x his accent) She, picks me the folio with the cockroach, and tells me nothing. Not a sorry, my God how is it possible? … nothing Gentlemen! Sorry? I remember Q I am the client, I pay, and not X sleep with Cucas!

I love Sevilla, and every time I go from Italy to Extremadura (2veces/minimum year) I like to stop to enjoy Seville for a couple of days. X course you won't see us again Hotel Zaida!
What indignation!

We checked out after 3 hours. Bath was dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Small room with one window facing to nowhere. Missing fence on the window (ground floor). The staff was having lunch at the patio in front of our room. Ringing mobile phones, loud chatting… after telling this at reception a very furious housekeeper told me that they are educated and how it comes that a (permanently) ringing phone may disturb! This is the wrong answer to a customer complaint. The man at the reception was friendly and agreed to our proposal to pay for one night, without staying there. We payed for one night, but got the other 2 nights refunded. Don't go there if you can afford something else. It looks nice on pictures, but that's it.

Well located down a quiet street, my room (16) was a bit shabby and small, but was a solo traveller so no biggy. Fridge and air con worked a treat and great to have. This was probably their worst room as the shutters are broken, so street light glares in at night, little to no natural light through the day. Staff could be happier but some places are just like that. Decent price/amenities/location, not as romantic as the lobby suggests.

Nice hotel, at fair price. In a nice area, with lots of shopping opportunities. About 10-15 min walk to main sights.

What a great place! I really strongly reccomend you go here, it's the perfect spot! The people are nice, it's central yet quite. Very clean and you get so much for your money! Have been in Spain for two weeks and this was the best place! :)

The central location is convenient both to go directly to the center on foot and to take public transport because of the extreme proximity to the bus station. Room and bathroom clean, staff always helpful and friendly.

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff in the middle of Seville's old city. Nice architecture. Rooms are air conditioned, there is a free Wi-Fi. Lastly you get a free map of the city with all the must see sights.

If not for the central location It's not worth it. We found numerous hairs scattered in the bed. They changed the sheets immediately justifying the problem with the speech that the cleaning lady must have missed them by accident. Despite this we found others in the sheet just changed. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Not clean, only one wall outlet per room (you have to charge your mobile/portable/. In the bathroom! ), no restaurant even no breakfast in the hotel.

The hotel is very nice and your staff can also use free internet, rooms have all the amenities, but the air conditioning should be reformed and modernized, qe no longer has enough power, and taking into account the heat of Seville, this is very important. Of the dining room is easily solved because there is a very good restaurant in front, you only have to take a few steps to enter because the street is very narrow. The hotel is centrally located and very quiet, and near the river Guadalquivir and the Torre del Oro. Really the only problem for me is the air conditioning.
