Excellent stay at a very classy hotel. The treatment of the staff has been fantastic from the first moment. The room was spacious and very chic. To end the evening, there is no better place in Seville the terrace with breathtaking views of the Giralda.

This hotel is amazing. The staff was excellent. They accommodated us even though we arrived before check in time and upgraded our room. The location and views are breathtaking. Will definitely stay here again. The spa is amazing! Loved loved loved this place!

I loved the atmosphere of this hotel and location can’t be beat!

We had a 3-night stay here and loved it. Room was very impressive, we unexpectedly had a rooftop hot tub. Breakfast buffet was excellent, though I wasn't that impressed with the egg dishes cooked to order, neither the ones I saw nor the one I ordered looked or tasted great. The staff are also generally exceptionally helpful, apart from the downstairs bar staff. They were happy to advertise world cup screenings in the lobby bar but they could have sold at least twice as many drinks if they had provided staff that hung around to take more orders after kick off. The rooftop bar is also a great place. I was entertained by the people rating this hotel 1 star on the basis of the drinks on a 5-star hotel's rooftop bar being expensive and not admitting children. What on earth do those people expect?!

A very stylish hotel located right in the centre of Seville and perfect for launching your sight seeing adventure around the city. The cathedral is but a few metres away as well as the Real Alcazar and the highly recommended Horse & Cart ride. The rooms are air conditioned and very comfortable with some very nice design touches. The place also has a spa and restaurant. There is a roof top pool and bar too! The hallways are perhaps a bit dark and dimly lit, although I assume this is more a style touch than anything else. Breakfast is an optional extra and a little pricey for what you get and the table service is slow and not as attentive as you want. Some people were ignored, and many had to physically grab a waiter to get served. Saying that, the staff in general are willing to cater to your every whim, and are helpful and friendly. Being located in the centre you are surrounded by fantastic restaurants that cater to a variety of tastes. You can park at the hotel, but this is off site and the staff will take your car for you, but be warned, you must give them at least a 40 minute advanced notice if you want to use it or get it back.

This hotel locates right opposite of the cathedral, pretty much feels like it's the prime tourist stop. We enjoyed their personal touch throughout our stay. Upon our arrival, they sat us on their patio for a drink while they checked us in, which was a lovely gesture. It is a boutique hotel, so the rooms are on the smaller side but the rest of the amenities made up that flaw. The roof top bar has a lovely view of the cathedral. Their spa was complimentary with the room and was a nice way to relax. We enjoyed the intimate experience, will recommend staying here.

The terrace certainly offers the most beautiful view of the cathedral and the Giralda. A unique location.

Awesome hotel! Carlos the manager is super helpful and willing to take the extra step. The staff was incredibly helpful at almost all times. The staff here is also incredibly good looking for what that’s worth. Breakfast was worth it. Drinks on roof worth it as well. Drink prices somewhat reasonable. Jacuzzi in the spa was just lukewarm. We also had a leak in our room. We didn’t have soap or shampoo in one of the dispensers too. We used disposable bottles instead, not a problem. Would definitely come back! But you are in the middle of tourist central if you’re okay with that.

With the apology of a good view of the cathedral and the Giralda, you charge a minimum of €7 for any consumption.
A hint: A fine €7 and do not put a pair of olives.
The attraction could be the thing of the cathedral and the Giralda; But the cameras are removed before you go up.
I do not know how they treated the people staying, but the staff of the establishment…
I do not recommend.

Top terrace to have a drink/price a bit excessive €14 the glass of sangria. Elsewhere it's about €3

The cocktails are overpriced at nearly $20/drink. This would be moderately acceptable if the bartender knew how to properly construct the cocktails. We came to this place from Rick Steve’s recommendation, but we were utterly disappointed. The only saving grace was the view of the cathedral; however, great ground-level views can be had of the cathedral from other nearby venues with FAR more reasonable prices. To cap off the utterly lackluster experience, the wait staff was rude and managed to knock over my wife’s wine glass on her purse.

The place where it is located can not be better. We had a drink and they put us in a salon at the entrance because we were carrying a 5-year-old.
We were not allowed to go the terraces but we saw them. Very expensive for what is the site. Informal and Carefree.
I insist on the best environment.

The terrace of the bar is nice to have a drink with good views and music. The prices a little high however.

The hotel is very well located and the views on the terrace are to enjoy quietly in front of the Giralda. The prices would be to value what we are willing to pay for a view from the height of the roofs. The water 6e (curiously the pineapple juice is worth 4e) and the glasses and cocktails 13, 14 and even any exorbitant price you can see in your letter. Another detail to note is that you can not access the terrace with photo camera (the explanation is by company policy) tending to leave it in a box office (free) at the reception.

The terrace with direct view on the Giralda is a great place to enjoy a drink. Had an excellent (not cheap) G&T, with black peppercorns providing the extra touch. Friendly staff and good service.

This hotel was the greatest in all, more so you can't have.

We've stayed at your hotel for the last 4 nights. All was lovely. We had to extend our stay because snow cancelled our flight. Today we asked if we can stay one more night and you've tried charging us almost double of what we've paid for the other 4 nights. Zero effort for customer service today and nobody even asked how was our stay. Shame as we've now had to move to another hotel which offered much better value for one more night.

Magnificent terrace right in front of the Giralda. You pay the situation but it is very fun and the view is spectacular to have a few drinks.

If you are staying at reception they will recommend it, but few people know that there is a cafeteria at the top, where you can go up to make a magnificent photo to La Giralda. And although it is expensive I recommend it.
Although you can always go up to take the picture without having a coffee.

Very good reception by Carlos, reachable at any time, full of good advice to discover this beautiful city. Roof top to discover absolutely! Hearty breakfast with fruit juice and fresh fruit. Delighted with our stay.

Went here after proposing to my fiancee. Had a wonderful time on the rooftop terrace with champagne. I would strongly recommend going here in the evening/night to check out the amazing view. Will definitely be back!

Rather artificial environment. More disco/pub/drinks/local restaurant than hotel. The building is somewhat embedded in the architecture of the area, all the spaces are compressed and the views from the window, boxed.
of good, room with nice decoration (although there are no cupboards), located almost above the Giraldilla, cool amenities and varied breakfast. But it is also paid, so neither surprise nor give anything in itself. No wonder, I mean.

The biggest attraction of this place is its location. If you launched yourself from the roof terrace bar you could land in the Orange Patio of the cathedral. Too much self-importance. Terrible bar staff attitude. You really are an inconvenience to them! Second-hand cigarette smoke. And since when did it become trendy in an " up-market " bar to drink beer straight from the bottle? Saves on the washing-up I suppose. Just because one thinks one is superior doesn't make one superior.

We had a great lunch at the restaurant.

The view of the terrace is spectacular looking at the cathedral and the impeccable service.
However, they organized a meal for many that apparently looked very good but the main course was poor and overheated from typical catering. For how expensive it is I would recommend eating at 100 meters round. A drink can cost about 14-18 euros, the cathedral is not so pretty.

This review is for the rooftop bar. It is pretty average, the view of the cathedral is marginally better than what you get on the ground and the drinks are roughly twice what you pay anywhere else. The decor is sort of nice but they cramp you in tight making for a weird atmosphere.

Went up at night at the rooftop bar, view spectacular, drinks are good, service mot so much… plenty of smokers so 2nd hand smoke was an issue for me.

Very nice staff. Stylish hotel with well equipped rooms right in the centre of Sevilla. Very comfortable bed. Clean bath room. Roof top bar (well, 4th floor ;-) with a nice view over the illuminated cathedral and parts of the ancient town. Restaurant with seats and lounge area to the street.

The views of the terrace are spectacular both day and night. The glasses are expensive, the 5 * when you prepare the cup on the table, €16 to bring the cup already prepared… very friendly staff, always with a smile! High price.

The terrace has spectacular views and the cocktails are very rich and well presented. Perfect to go for a drink and enjoy the views. The price is somewhat higher than the average, but the views deserve it.

The hotel and its terrace spectacular. Cocktail price €14 and beer €6. Very friendly staff but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We asked for a cocktail, when I went to put it on the table was quite spilled and did not put another, some people put nuts with the drinks (not us) and finally had to ask for the change because they stayed. Once and no more.

This review is only for their roof top bar. This is a must go to places in the evenings. They have the best view of the cathedral and the staff is friendly. Drink prices are quite steep but I guess the premium is due to it's proximity to the cathedral and the view. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful views over the city. Suggest that you watch the sun setting over the city from the rooftop terrace bar, whilst enjoying a mojito (what's the Spanish for mojito? ), Capirinena, Pina Colada and a few long island iced teas, before taking a dip in the pool and leaving before the police arrive. A real night to remember!

Do not eat here. Had to wait A LONG TIME for the food. When we asked why, they informed us there was something wrong in the kitchen… that was 35 min after waiting… when tge food arrived, it was cold and tasted old… brotherly advise: spend ur money elsewhere…

Modern, young and luxurious Hotel in a central historic district. The Jacuzzi and the pool are top.

Everyone kept telling us we needed to go here the next time we visited Seville. Sadly my husband and I found the rooftop bar a huge disappointment. It's very cramped (too many tables for such a tiny space) and very noisy (music way too loud). Also drinks are very overpriced. Plus whoever decided sugar coating an ice cold champagne was a good idea really needs to reconsider. By the time I'd finished my kir royale my hands wre so sticky I didn't want to touch anything and had to head straight to the bathroom to wash before I left. The view may be pretty but it's not worth the cost or effort of a visit. Very very disappointing.

Have ants in my shower, a sink that won't drain (room 116) & horrible service at the restaurant. However, staff is good looking & bed linens are CLEAN! This is my 2nd stay & I am disappointed this time around.

Caution It is better to book to be sure to dine there.

All my friend recommended me to go this rooftop bar seeing the view so I visited there last nite with a lot of expectations. View was absolutely amazing but service was horrible. The server came to us getting the order so late and even 2 mojitos took forever time to get. I saw the other customer got the drink first even we went there earlier than them. I asked few times to get the drink, then they started to make it. I saw how they make it (because I know how to make cocktails) they put too much alcohol and mints. I had to ask those drinks were for us. The server and bartender ladies were giggling, I don't know why. Taste was disgusting as they did very bad and wrong. I complained right away cos I barely could drink. They even didn't understand (pretended not to understand or whatever) and kept saying they don't speak little English. I really don't get it how they communicate with foreigns in typical sightseeing place like that. Even they never said sorry. The hotel and the bar looks amazing but definitely make it better service. Now I fully understand so many ppl wrote bad comments for the services in trip advisor.

I didn't stay here but jumped on the terrace for a sunset cocktail. Very impressive Location with views of the cathedral and pretty good cocktails. Medium-high prices.

Great hotel and centrally located next to the Cathedral of Sevilla. We went upstairs to the rooftop for some drinks and it was awesome! The roof has great views of the cathedral and the drinks we enjoyed were well made. If you're a guest at the hotel there is a much better are for you to enjoy. I definitely would consider this location especially if you want to be next to all the great attraction points!

I went to have a drink at the terrace. Good service, good atmosphere and unbeatable views. Prices are maybe a little expensive when compared with the usual but by location and others is normal for them to be. Top bath a bit simple-minded to the aesthetics of the place.

Spectacular views from the terrace, the drinks at the bar are not cheap but are worth what they are worth. It is a place with a unique and difficult to match charm.

Is the second year that I celebrated my anniversary at the hotel and I still think that it is perfect, your staff to us was exquisite, the evening at the restaurant of the unforgettable terrace and worthy of the best gourmet dinner.
The truth is that next year we will repeat.

Great view. Bad service. Two campos beers and two mojitos were 45 euro. Rip off for sure. Had to order ourselves. No service.

We must highlight its magnificent terrace overlooking the Cathedral, the downtown which is, very good quality breakfast. But the rooms are not functional. I've been in two different rooms, and the two I found no place to put my stuff of toiletries in the bathroom, nor liked that paisanos had light in the bedroom, and cabinets were actually a "burras" covered only by a curtain of bangs.
But I insist, it is worth going even just once, and if going to Seville, at least have a drink on the terrace.

The spa is not very large pr is pretty good and in an ideal location, in front of the Cathedral in seville.
