Amazing staff, couldn’t be more helpful When we arrived they had taken into account all of our special requests (twin beds, walk in shower and garden view) and even showed us round 2 rooms to choose from. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful but a special mention goes to Alegría who made us feel so welcome and always has a smile for everyone. Really delighted with our choice of hotel and would thoroughly recommend.

I can not recommend this hotel enough. It was perfect for us in every way. It’s in a great location, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff was amazing. In fact, it was the staff that really made the hotel. They were genuinely nice and went out of their way to be helpful. I wouldn’t even consider another hotel on a return trip.

Such a nice hotel. Some room have views on the Alcazar Gardens. Big plus! — location: ideal. Close to everything BUT super quiet, you’re 100m from tourist madness and you only heat the birds. — comfort: perfect. Nice room, mine had a terrace with view on the Alcazar. Only remark: if you want/need the morning sun, ask it as some terraces are not on the right side (which must be very nice during the hot summers here). — breakfast: just amazing. Not a simple buffet: everything is cooked. You can chose from a menu, but compose it how you want. If you want something else, just ask and the chef will accommodate. — Service: the personnel is really nice, friendly, helpful AND speaks multiple languages, which is surprisingly rare here, even in hotels. — Plus: “boutique” hotel, meaning that you’ll never feel squeezed amongst a lot of people. I think the hotel only has 18 rooms. It makes it special.

Very cosy Hotel. Neoclassical rooms, some with views of the alcázares. Upgrading. Friendly staff. Like all hotels in the parking area, you can use the Avenue of Rome.

I am posting this for a friend as she does not have a Facebook account. Booked a family room with your hotel through booking. Com, and double checked your website to confirm that your junior suite could accommodate a family of 4. On Sunday an email was received advising that the junior suite could only accommodate 2 people and an additional €300+ for 2 camp beds for the children to sleep on would have to be paid. The response from the hotel was totally unacceptable and placed the onus on the customer to ensure the accommodation meets their needs, when in reality it was incorrect information on your website that lead to the confusion. The family room feature has now been removed from Junior Suite description on your website and the booking has had to be cancelled as you would not offer a suitable solution. This was a special family trip and the stress and inconvenience caused has put a dampener on the holiday. Totally unacceptable, bad customer service.

Fantastic hotel in Sevilla. The staff is very friendly and you can ask them everything. The breakfast was superb, very special. I will surely come back.
