Room was fairly good, bathroom was excellent. Wi-Fi excellent. Check in staff mixed. It's OK to fine.

Excellent beautiful clean friendly hotel in Seville. The front desk people are most helpful. Breakfasr has a nice assortment of items to choose from. You can’t go hungry with juice, coffee, tea, cereal, assorted cheese cold cuts, warm eggs and assorted sweet breads and buns. Rooms are cleaned daily and beds are comfortable. Well located to the main square and well priced. Beautifully decorated.

Nice clean hotel in a great location. Gets a bit noisy in the mornings. The concierges on duty during 3rd and 4th of June were amazing. They went out of their way to help, were funny and best of all always smiled.

Cozy and elegant structure, in full Moorish-Andalusian style. The location is very central, the parking a bit ' tight and not too easy, as for the rest of the center of Seville.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very good and the staff were very helpful and very comfortable.

The hotel is not bad. The rooms facing the street are very noisy. On the other hand the parking lot is very small and extremely expensive. On top you can't book. But what I least liked has been the breakfast. Little variety and the sausage is bad and scarce variety. The coffee intractable. It certainly is not 4 star.

We have stayed two nights at the hotel and it has to be said that it is more of a 3 star hotel instead of 4. He has good and bad things. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was very good and the breakfast was great, and in the rest area there is a drink machine (coffee, tea, milk and chocolate) which is free and you can take all you want.
The bad, the beverage machine the product that comes out we did not like anything, it was watery, the cleanliness of the room stops wishing as we dropped one thing under the bed and saw that there was a garment of clothes under it is full of dust, who has known how long it was there and in the pillowcase of one of the pillows there was a blood stain. Other things we didn't like was that you could hear the continuous rooms, the noise from the cleaning cart (the wheels squeaking) and, even being on a third floor, being the part of the rooms like a corral, when you made noise of tables movement or any Another thing, the noise went up. We won't be safe again.

It is a very central hotel with very nice staff, but I did not expect something like this in a four star hotel, our bathroom lacked the hand towels, to cold in the room, we could not start the heating, the soil with stains, the backhand pillow, the mirror with Spatters, the armchair with white spots on the garnet color, that jumps into view, a small tube of gel shampoo all in one, the beds with brown blankets (for years I do not see blankets in the hotels) very thin pillows and there was no Fireplace doesn't congin If you want to sleep higher, almost a hundred euros a day, I will not return to this hotel.

The hotel has it's charm, but does not feel like a 4 star hotel. Small, simple rooms with basic facilities. Breakfast disappoints; coffee undrinkable.

The room is ok and clean, the palace is wonderful. The bed was comfortable. Maybe more a 3 stars hotel than a 4 stars, but after all the price was very good. Probably not the best hotel to stay if you have a car, it's not easy to reach by car. Nice position, with a 15 minute walk you are near the main attractions of Seville. 25 minutes walk to the train station, 15 to the airport bus line. Staff not very talkative, but very kind when we was in need for advices or services.

That an air conditioning/heating only heat seems to me of the 10th century at least and that as it is hot to open the windows and the door seems to me… The half-broken shower, a heat from hell, the first time very well the second… horrible, I won't be back.

The hotel is well located (ten minutes walking distance from the main sites). The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and has several nice courtyards. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are rather small and the breakfast buffet was a bit sparse. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Very central. The bed was very big. Correct treatment of the staff. The only glitch is the breakfast coffee which is like the vending machines.

Hotel was fine. Staff at the reception desk was friendly. We had a room on the ground floor which overlooked the courtyard. It was really quiet at night. Room was fairly clean but looked a little out dated and grotty in parts. We had a large bathroom but that was because it was meant to be a disabled room (neither of us we're disabled). The main problem with the bathroom was that it had a shower without a cubicle so you have to be careful with the water. And there wasn't any shelving space to put your shower toiletries on whilst showering. I have given it three stars as it doesn't look like a four star hotel and the rooms need to have a bit of a freshening up.

Near perfect hotel! Great location, walking distance to the center. Charming and comfortable interiors. Terrible breakfast! For 12€ per person, would much rather go to a cafe for breakfast.

Good Hotel. But WLAN was pretty unusable. Also after laying waste to the toilet I found out they don't have toilet brushes in the bathrooms. Which put me into some problems because it looked like a middle eastern warzone in there and my roomie wasn't very amused about that. Great patio though and a nice layout.

The rooms look more like a motel than a four-star hotel. Also the air conditioning made a terrible noise, and it was hard to get to sleep. The staff.

Perfectly adequate one nighter hotel, walking distance from all the main Sevilla sights. Parking is 20 euros a day, however good luck finding parking elsewhere. All in, would happily stay again.

Hotel Cervantes is THE place to stay if you wish to calm down after many hours of travelling, by airplane, train or car. Its mix of tranquility and at the same time the feeling of being close to everything, is hard to beat. By cab from the airport, it takes about 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic and will cost you around 25 €, unless it's late in the night, then you should be prepared to pay almost 10 € more. If you drive by car yourself, there is a good underground parking but be warned: the place isn't exactly easy to find by your own, unless you know the town very well. The hotel's situated very close to, but not actually in, the very city center of Seville. The reception is open 24 h. Free Wi-Fi is standard, no matter choice of room. The place is worth its four stars, because of spacy rooms, good and friendly room cleaning and a nice inner garden, where you can enjoy a comfortable breakfast. They also have a good laundry service but according to the price list, it did seem a little expensive. The same thing goes for the minibar. But nobody thought good additional service is always free, right? Want some action? Well, then take a 5 min walk to "Plaza del Duque", where there are cafes, bars, restaurants, the famous shopping center El Corte Inglés, busstops, taxis and nice, small, small parks with a nice shade. From there you can either walk (less than 10 min), hire a bike or take a cab to the city's legendary cathedral.

Great location on quiet street midway between the Basilica de La Macarena and the Cathedral. Friendly staff were super helpful with overview of city and sites, great recommendations. Clean rooms, nice indoor courtyard in center of hotel. Excellent value.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff are helpful, kind, and speak multiple languages. There is also a parking garage for a reasonable additional fee. The Wi-Fi is reliably good. The bathrooms are clean and modern with good water pressure and temperature control. The rooms are modern and spacious with plenty of storage. Stylistically they do not match the rest of the hotel, but I did not mind that. I did not find the beds very comfortable, unfortunately, but that is not the reason I gave it three stars. A more significant negative if you have a window facing the street is the noise at all hours. Trucks reversing and revving, people shouting, street cleaners shouting to each other, motorcycles speeding past. It is a pretty regular occurrence on Calle Cervantes between 11 pm and 4 am. This situation might be much improved if you have a room facing one of the beautiful inner courtyards or even a room on an upper floor facing the street. However, I found it often impossible to sleep with such a racket outside our street-level window.

The place is very nice and cozy. We booked a room x 3 people but was very narrow. Decent breakfast. The first day we went there have led even some SOAP.

Good hotel very close to the nerve center of Seville, you can visit without having to take taxis or buses around the historic centre.
The hotel is generally correct in all aspects of comfort, cleaning etc.

Four stars, nothing, reserve by Booking and in spite of specifying a double bed since I was with my partner we were given two single beds, the reception told us that it was according to availability of the hotel, but of course as we had already paid so nothing to do. The ceiling fatal, the bathroom accessories null because there are only two jars of the gel, the illumination of the room and bathroom very poor and sad… in the end to four stars leaves much to be desired.

Good hotel, lovely rooms with interior courtyards. Being in the Center is hard to find parking nearby and the hotel's own garage being small often is full.

The hotel is clean and is centrally located but it is the only thing that is worthwhile.
Beware the waiter at breakfast because to my to bring me a piece of bread have chased me €3, I say this because I had hired breakfast and traveled with my 4 year old son and they also charged me breakfast and at the time of breakfast my son didn't eat anything so since he had paid it I grabbed a piece of bread with ham and made a snack to take with me and to the go the waiter faulted me that could not get food from the dining room and I was surprised that at the end of my three night stay my took the sandwich when he made me pay for the breakfast for a child of 4 years as an adult.

Fatal, old rooms, very poor breakfast, uncomfortable beds, expensive, personal reception unfriendly and poorly educated, especially the girl who was today on 21 at 13:00 o'clock, speaking to us arrogance and cockiness.
After going to this hotel for the marathon of Seville do not let us shower at a time, this had never happened us at any hotel.
It is not a 4 star hotel, I recommend not and in fact, we will make a formal complaint.

I was hosted from February 14, 2016 at this hotel due to work and my experience was very but very unpleasant. Head edge welcome and bad attitude. I asked for two things, and it helped me nothing. Horrible service. Much noise in the interior courtyard which really bothers. Dark rooms. I do not return or even though I invite of truth that is not worth spending a hard time and have you do evil having so many other hotels. They were of the Best Western chain hotels and are not already I'm not surprised because bad treatment guarantees to customers. Signed a very unhappy customer.

The hotel is nice and in a very nice location. Wi-Fi works fine. They have underground garage for 16€/day. The only complaint is that we asked for a double room but we got a room with two single beds next to each other.

You give you account as false which are these messages? talking about the price and everything. It is offensive as hotels use a service aimed at users for their own benefit, three almost identical texts in three different languages. And I can assure that the reviews are false, because I've hosted me at this hotel once, food was frozen, bad quality, the workers were halfhearted, there was a very bad atmosphere, and a garden with plants and a nice room does not compensate for the minibar is damaged, the bathrooms smell bad and people who must serve you even smile you.

It was a headache to locate, but once we found it we very pleased. It's in a great location to walk the city. The rooms are nice, some nicer than others, but the small courtyards around the hotel make it a very charming place. The internet price we found was 51€ for a matrimonio — great deal for the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
