A dissimilar and slobful treatment on the part of the receptionist. We were called to cancel a reservation, xq there was a problem with the card. We had to look for another room in another hotel, in which we could load without problem. But what was our surprise, that they also took over. When we called to claim, we were told to send an email, where we had no response. We called again and the "receptionist" couldn't talk to us any worse. It's a shame there's workers this edged and pimps.

The room pretty good to be an inside but the closet has a ridiculous size and above it is in an area that you can't even see what you get inside. As you go more than two days of travel you have to leave the clothes in the suitcase… The shower loses water through the screens and the cord of the artichoke is very short. The worst the cleanliness, just to make the beds, do not clean the shower and if you try to leave a paper in the middle of the room, when you come back there you will find it. They don't always leave you gel and shampoo, only when they feel like it.

After booking 3 times, receive confirmation email and cancel the 3 RESERVATIONS having increased the price in each attempt… Arrived in Sevilla without hotel and no room… As a solution: send an email if I want to speak with the responsible… NOTHING REEATABLE.

Rooms were a little dull. But the location is amazing.

It is a two star hostel as indicated at the door.

I happened to walk into this hotel without a reservation as I caught a cold as I arrived Seville from Granada in November, because of the cold rainy day, but the hotel was comfortable enough for me to get better and the staffs were kind.

It is a 2-star hotel, with the essentials for a short stay. It is modern, clean and in a perfect location to start visiting Sevilla historical center. But if you don't speak Spanish, they won't understand you : (

Perfect situation. Clean quite well. Rooms small but for what we wanted was good. Staff more or less and the only thing that not us to liked nothing to been much noise until 2 or 3 o'clock pk can be heard all rooms at the sides and above all the bars below… it seemed that above yours single mattress furniture.

We stayed in this hotel for a lovely weekend and we had a great time. The rooms were clean and recently refurbished in a snazzy modern style. There was a cute little wrought iron balcony which overlooked the square, and the air conditioning/heater was very efficient. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and consistent, and the entrance hall and reception was gorgeous. 10/10 would come again!

The room is very small, such as a storage room with paper on the walls. Non-stop listening to the noises of the machines of the bars. The shower did not swallow well, it was embossed. The cleaners shouting at the door early in the morning. The staff very spit and refusing to make a change of room when I told the problems. In general a very bad experience, not recommended.

I'm going to be completely honest. The person in charge of this and other 2 Hostels (HOSTAL FLORIDA and HOSTAL DALÍS) is called dew is the most bad person who never find me, liar and unfair. We wanted a vacation of Sun and sand in a facility wide and close to the beach. Finally we decided to us by aparthoel the Duke. Instituting is very careful and very nice, friendly staff and especially the boy's animation which my children love we love. THE food is good and varied, where the variety and quality of breakfast has surprised us by being a 3 star hotel. The reomendaremos to friends and family.

Aparthotel El Duque is spacious, both in its common areas and in rooms. Very comfortable, very nice furnishings. We loved the source in accordance with the mountain. Great swimming pools. Staff friendly, some slightly inattentive. Room was always "done" including towels. We are no pool holiday, since I have no desire to rally towel. Beach was beautiful; There 2 PCs 15 — cost concerns and I can not understand 3 PCs 21 — long way to the beach. Excursions were great and the booking in the hotel no problem.

While reading the different reviews prior to our trip we believed yet that can come the negative reviews, mainly with regard to eating, probably from people that are very demanding. (Which always, gives the 2Sternen expect the luxury of at least 4. ;-) ) During our stay we were disabused. Although we had booked half board with dinner in buffet form, there was suddenly only 2 different dishes, from which you could choose after two days. The entire meal, including breakfast, was disappointing. However, you can book again the apartments if you have no high demands and is self catering. The rooms are o. K. If you're not picky, what concerns the cleanliness! The plant is very nicely planted, somewhat out of date.
