Small and cozy hotel very friendly staff the very clean rooms eat very well the only thing that if there is a lot of crowds you have to expect a little to serve you but in general it is worth going and above all visit Baeza which is a very nice and heritage city humanity and you have to visit it and stay as many days as possible to see it in depth.

The treatment by one of the receptionist was unfortunate, saying Q did not have a bathroom at reception and q the room would not be ready until 13:30. We forgave the life saying Q had a bath in the pool area, toilets Q found on their own initiative. The hotel falls to pedados, lack of maintenance, humidity, broken furniture, dirt in the rooms, stained mattress… The first night the reservation was through Weekendesk and they gave us a bottle of Cava, Q we did not drink as it would take in a rusty refrigerator about 10 years. All this we denounced to Weekendesk with photos and we reenvolsaron part of the money. The only good thing about the hotel is the geographical location and the breakfast is scarce.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was very good and the rooms were somewhat outdated, with a lack of paint and a little more enthusiasm when cleaning them. The bathroom door is almost nonexistent, it's something I think should change. It was noticeable that when you got to the room it was cold and until you spent 2 hours the air conditioner was not hot.

A very nice hotel in the center of Baeza, very cozy, the staff is very friendly, and the suite is very beautiful, clean and with an amazing Jacuzzi, the lighting is super cozy, I loved it, 100% recommended.

Dirty and with a deceptive price. I was charged 32 euros more for an extra bed. Although this refurbished the building is old like the blinds… In the evening comes a lot of light.

Small town in the center of Baeza, it is a quiet place and where you have at hand everything that there is in Baeza: Historical center, restaurants, bars and shops. The staff is super friendly and polite. Always attentive to your needs. In our case the breakfast was included, and it has variety and quality products. The only one but, it is sometimes difficult to park at the door, but Baeza is small, so far away you will be, you are always close to the hotel:)

The hotel is well located. The equipment, as far as furniture, bedding, towels, is deficient. The room was very small and the breakfast was very good. The value for money has seemed very bad.

Great location, good customer service and Super clean room and August. The only objection is the TV is super super Lesser.

Old house with modern style. The staff was nice and the rooms have reasonable size but the bathroom is not isolated from the room so the humidity spreads through the room when you have a shower. The room is cold even with the heating on and there are only 2 beds options, not a big one available. The chimney is never on, what a pity.

It has been a pleasant surprise. A comfortable, very quiet hotel close to everything to see in Baeza walking. The lovely staff, always attentive and reporting in detail. I recommend it to spend some relaxed days, walking around a city world heritage site, near Ubeda and historic surroundings of great value. Its people, the gastronomy, the monumental places are worth knowing them. I will recommend to my family and friends.

I consider very good mixing modernity with the charm of its location an old house adptada to enjoy baeza. Staff friendly and very efficient. I highlight the Wi-Fi connection and in general the comfort of the rooms. No doubt if vuelvoa Baeza I smell here.

Very charming hotel, so kind, romantic, near all of the historical center. For my opinion, and from 9 in the morning a little sour staff leave you little rest because they are to arrange the rooms and talk a little strong among the staff there in front of your door where you're sleeping, quite annoying by the way, but the high is that at 10.30 in the morning at the same time when they knock on the door of the room open breaking all your privacy. That's what happened to me to my in this Valentine's day.
