Nice place for short stay… clean… good hospitality.

It's hot in Granada in the summer. That's a given. Everyone knows that, right? Pues, not the management in Pension Bocanegra it seems where their rooms do not have fans as standard.

A fantastic pension priced and located in a very good area. Enjoy a few days with my partner and the room left us surprised by how good it was, for the price we paid is very good. We were a little afraid of the reviews we read around here but we really liked it. I recommend going.

The parking they advertise is next to the street, NO onsite parking. It is cheap and so is the whole setup. The receptionist was friendly enough, which made it 2.5 stars, otherwise 1.5 starts.

Very nice service and we had no problem with our puppy.

Very cheap, comfortable and magnificently situated accommodation. The only downside is that the bathroom is quite small and the bed is not the most comfortable, but if you are looking for a place to sleep at a good price, it is ideal.

Small and Innice. Expensive is for what you find by bathroom. If you sit in the toilet you can't close the door, but it also has steps on a square meter and a dirty shower and the tap that touched me with water everywhere. I duché at home. Lucky it was a single night for not driving.

The hostel is in a good location between the old town and about 15 minutes walk from the Alhambra. The rooms are not as in the pictures on the site. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is very small. For one night it is passable.

Pretentious name for a dormitory where many customers live noisily when you get to sleep. Earplugs compulsory. NO PARKING! What a shame in that city centre. Staff is very nice. Bathroom is good for contortionist midgets. Internet Pictures are stylistic but lies.

The lady is so nice but the room is so small with an even smaller window. It felt like choking. So for winter it can go if you are looking for or spend the night cheap but I strongly advise against it in summer it was simply unbearable.

Small, cozy. Walking distance from alhambra. Not far from town. Not close to restaurant or super market. Friendly management. Pantry. Our room didn't have AC. Small toilet. Economical.

Cheap is that's true, but little more. They don't want to teach the ooms until you've paid, for something will be.

Very well located 5 minutes from the center and with a stop of the buses that lead to the Alhambra to another 3 minutes. The rooms are simple and small, with no details or decoration, they have a small table and a little cupboard. The bathroom has the right thing, they are also usually quite small. The cleanliness in the rooms is correct.

Rooms with basic services. Bathroom without window. Thin walls. There's Wi-Fi.

I really loved this hostal. Is near the alhambra and I could take the bus SN1 for arrive to the place. The most I liked is that is situated in a paceful place and you can walk to the cathedral or going to the historic center of the city. I rent an individual room, which was faboulous. It had a fantastic view and a private bathroom. The owner was really nice and he gived us several information of the place. I recommend this place and if I return to the place I would choose this hostal.

Quite a simple place, not really clean, but you got what you pay so overall not bad. The people were really friendly.

The location was good, 10-15 minute walk you are in the Center. I stayed in a room for the disabled, and was quite spacious but the furniture was old and amenities, basic, but for a night has been well.

Very good location, perfect choice. No doubt when you return to Granada again has to stay on it.

10 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes to get to the Alhambra, the pension Bocanegra is situated in a beautiful tree-lined street. The bath room in which I stayed was basic, but clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Thanks to Carmen (the owner) for the reception and the guy at the front desk, Miguel, for his availability.

I was delighted, is awesome everything… and the ride we gave thanks to women that we attended was lovely. We saw the most beautiful of Granada in three days… It is very cheap and very clean… We already said that we will repeat insurance in winter up to Sierra Nevada. Thank you for everything!

No air conditioning or fan. For not have not even have hand soap. Parking null and void. Although we found about a 10-minute walk away.

I was greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel welcome. My room is / was compact, comfortable and clean. The hostel is close to all of the amazing sites Granada has to offer. I would recommend this place to any one travelling on a budget. :-)

I made a reservation for a double room. Apart from the price that pay, small letter questioned that the sheets and towels were a supplement to two euros per person. I naively thought that if not they had cashed it me with the total price and since it was called supplement they were optional and could save me 4 wretched euros (we were two people) taking some sheets and a towel as he traveled with little budget. It is payment required. I felt a bit ripped, but I stayed well, nothing when it enters the room, if that you can be called so, because I had more painted hideout. By the way hostel photos that are hung not is that premium room will be but mine and the room I could see are not.
In the room just entered a bed against the wall, but compared to the bathroom the rest of the room was a luxury. It seemed literally a wardrobe that had raised the height to get the pipes, and most graphics can tell if sat me in the Cup had that side and a little down because basin had partially over mia.
And thus hold 4 nights…
In its favor must say had a well-organized and complete, office but the rest a disaster and a robbery.
They would have to pay me to go back to this hotel.

Terrible. The worst of it. 30€ (pension). This super far away from everything. 1.4 km from the cathedral. 2.3 km from the Alhambra. There is a q park far away and it is difficult to find site. Extremely noisy, as it is located on a busy street day and night. You hear everything from the adjoining rooms, of the above, the hallway, the room, the pipes… the doors chirrian. The owner is scary. And before anything is charged. In the habiracion the only thing there is is a bed, a messina, and a bathroom half or shared.
