Highly recommended in all aspects. Rafa, the receptionist, a great professional.

Very nicely situated hotel. Room 502 has big terrace. Breakfast is nice, too with plenty of fresh products.

Great location, stylish modern hotel but in the old part of town so you feel like you’re really experiencing Granada. No bar though.

Excellent service all round. Convenient for English speakers as front desk personnel speak fluent English and are available 24/7. Rooms are beautiful with a modern meets art deco vibe throughout. Can’t ask for a better central location to food and shopping areas. Hotel located on a pedestrian street for majority of time but it is a minor walk (less than 2 minutes). Look forward to patronising their other branches if they are as good as this one. Will certainly book again when next in Granada!

Excellent hotel in the centre of Granada, walking distance to cathedral, shops, restaurants and bars. Very clean, staff friendly and very professional they go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Buffet breakfast excellent value. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Beware though of pick pockets, a gang of young and older woman hanging around the cathedral gate. Tonight I was nearly a victim of theft, I felt somebody invading my space as my husband and I walked thorough the gate, I screamed turned around immediately and we were surrounded by 3 women very close to us. I noticed my bag zip was half open. I shouted and asked what they had taken, they were hardfaced and were showing their hands as if to say nothing. Luckily nothing was taken, we walked around again 10 mins later and they were still there eyeing other victims. We looked around for police to report.

Very much centrally located, in the heart of shopping areas and close to sightseeing places. The rooms and bathrooms are well planned and spacious. Housekeeping is good. All the buildings being very close to each other, views from windows are bad.

Thanks to the whole Room Mate team for making one feel at home, it is my first choice whenever I travel to this city, prime location, incredibly clean rooms and bed more than comfortable, above all the attention from the staff as is usually cos Tumbre in the chain Room Mate, among all manage to make us feel like we are at home. Congratulations to the whole family of Room Mate Leo;)

Nice atypical address (independent hotel with unique decoration and charm) right in the centre of Granada.

Roof top with a view of the Alhambra Palace.
Only the parking can be a little complicated… since we're in the middle of the pedestrian zone.
The nearest underground parking is the Victoria car park at about 200-250 meters.

Very friendly Staff, you feel pampered. Room big enough with a nice modern design. Great location, right in the historic centre of Granada, 10 minutes walk from the Alhambra. The hotel itself has listed us the various ways to visit the Alhambra, including the guided tour (which I recommend: even if the most wasteful, is what makes you fully enjoy this wonder).

A wonderful hotel, has all what is needed and more, very comfortable room with king bed, safe, minibar, wardrobe/closet, desk, nice views, the staff is incredibly helpful, the location unbeatable, 200 meters from the cathedral, surrounded by shops, Bars and restaurants, super recommended…

I'm highly dissapointed in the inflexibility of the booking. I made a booking my mistake, in April instead of May, from a Tuesday to a Friday (so clearly not highly booked) and the staff is incapable of changing the booking without charging me the complete new price. I find that absolutely unacceptable, especially, since the error was dedected after the first night! Don't think you can get any flexiblity from Room Mate Leo! I'm travelling a lot, this has never happend to me!

An attention of 10. Very friendly staff. The perfect hotel and the helpful bed. We asked for room on the last floors and we had views of the Alhambra and the cathedral. The breakfast service we really enjoyed and they had gluten free products, which is appreciated and normalizes the situation. It is not easy, even today, oddly, to find tailored breakfasts. 'll.

You can't beat the location and price of the hotel. The rooms are small but that's what you should expect in a real city. The room was clean, noise was low, and service was great.

I love the chain Room Mate and Leo which is the hotel they have in Granada is very nice and cozy. They have renovated several spaces and it's just amazing! The reception is now located on the second floor with much more space than before and much more quiet and cozy, not to mention that the buffet breakfast they provide is now on the top floor of the building overlooking the Alhambra from its terrace! We will try all the hotels of the chain Room Mate, each one has his personality and surprises you.

With the characteristic details of room mate, it is a very nice hotel with very thoughtful decor and quality materials. The attention was good. We went with a baby and the room was too small. The access to the room (from the entrance of the hotel to the lobby, and then the lobby to the room and q through a door that communicated to two rooms where ours was) was quite uncomfortable to do with suitcases and baby cart. The entrance to the hotel has a staircase (no ramp) but as the lobby is not there, no one can help you up the suitcases or whatever x those steps. I thought it was a little expensive.

Great price, great service, great location and great room. Will definitely recommend this hotek to anyone visiting Granada.

Great hotel. Excellent staff at check-in — helped us add breakfast & gave us a Wi-Fi hotspot for our visit. Nice rooms, great beds, big bathroom & good cosmetics. Lots of friendly touches as well with sweets, a welcome note etc. Great location too. Would definitely stay again.

Very good position in centre of the city. Person on reception very helpful. Pleasant room (304), comfy and quiet with nice touches. Breakfast OK. Recommended car park nearby expensive even with discount.

Here for 8 days. Thanks to William for changing our room. First one was too noisy. No dispute, new room. Excellent staff.

Very clean place with great bed and accommodations. Great value for the rate. Only issue we had was with street noise getting into the room.

The R. M. L is a new and centric hotel in Granada, located in a street of the central Calle Colon, a stone's throw from the Plaza bib Rambla and the cathedral. It has beautiful spacious rooms, with a young design and a bathroom equipped with all the sanitary and comfort. Our room looked out onto an inner courtyard, so we can say be very quiet. The breakfast, the continental, very rich and varied is served in a large room complements surrounded by windows, placed in front of the rooms on the 2nd floor.

From the moment I walked through the door I felt at home. Incredibly friendly staff, great room with a fantastic view, roof terrace with an even better view, good breakfast buffet, superb location and a copy of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights on the bedside table.

Very nice breakfast. Room was very modern, but maybe a little small. Area outside entrance not that wonderful, but the economy is hitting the town a little. You need to see the Alhambra and Many other things there also, so you could stay here.

The best hotel in which I have been in a long time.
The location is ideal, in a commercial and pedestrian, but not very noisy Street and rooms are spectacular, especially stand out (giant) bed and bath.
This perfect to kick the Center and go to go feel it to the hotel to take forces.
I recommend climbing to the roof, the views are very beautiful and almost never there is no one, very quiet.

I love this hotel. Very well arranged rooms are super cozy, modern décor and a few colors that stand out and invite you to relax. The hotel is in the Centre of granada, 5 minutes from all emblematic of the city, by one of the typical streets of shopping, so anytime you can withdraw to sleep without having to walk too. The staff, always friendly, and willing to give instructions that see, where to eat.

Not going well the Wi-Fi and not I compensated for the inconvenience or offered me any solution. Expensive for the area and the quality.
