A fantastic, historic hotel right in the heart of Granada. The staff are friendly and helpful. Visit Cafe Lorca next door too!

Location is good but not excellent, rooms are very confortable but a little antiques and service is regular not more.

Very good lunch the hotel very well and very central.

Friendly staff, strategic location to reach all Granada's centres of interest. Small room, but clean. You can park your car nearby at 18 euros per day (otherwise you could not).

The room was regular, they are old and the one they gave us had no fridge… with the heat that makes in August in Granada the water bottle we drink well warm. The air conditioning was broken and made a horrible noise, so you had to turn it off… at night the heat was unbearable.
The safe is not digital and you need a key to make it work (you have to pay the days you use separately does not fall within the price of the room) It is not recommended.

The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped, the TV had YouTube and a platform of its own with series and movies. The bathroom was clean. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi though quite slow.

Location is perfect, rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathroom is small.

The internet sucks. When you ask the front desk, they say there is nothing they can do. They also said that it is stronger in the lobby and they were wrong!

Uncomfortable pillow, relative rest with street noises, outdated furniture, broken bide faucet. Public Parking 16 euros a day but they have free 24h passes, could improve price. Excellent location For a good night.

Luxurious lobby, average rooms. No bathtub in my room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Point out that the cafeteria is a very nice place to take something and the deal of the waiters very correct.

A very nice place, the concierge Jose Luis the most hamaable and attentive to me ah touched and also very well located in the heart of Granada.

Excellent location and the attention cordially especially by José Luis in concierge, we were great, gave us information about the city, about how to get to the caves, where you take the bus, there is a garage nearby, cafes, restaurant in the hotel so thank you Granada for the welcome. We go back.

Nice restaurant but my toilet was loose and the Wi-Fi didn't always work, the toilet was a one off though.

€120 at night, tiny room, ugly bathroom! No Wi-Fi, TV that does not work, noise from the outside air conditioning all night. Uncomfortable bedding, only one cushion no extra blanket… limited breakfast, not even a fresh orange juice! Anyway, I put a star but it's not even worth it.

We ate some snacks and very rich. The only thing that maybe there are few people serving for the number of customers. Otherwise it's all great.

Shabby hotel, nothing works, shower head and broken curtain, bed trembling, narrow room and old-fashioned. Only charm, the entrance to the hotel. Well placed otherwise but really a comfort worse than a cheap hostel.

This hotel does not deserve a star rather than a hostel. Since the room left a lot of desire Q, TV without control had Q get up every two x three, the gel bottles started, furniture deteriorated, floors fatal, no Street View, horrible mattress, nothing clean, good horrible. Price too much. The only good location.

Most of the staff are helpful. Room is a bit tired. Heating doesn’t work, no remote for the tv, not enough pillows and no duvets just a very thin blanket and it’s — 5 outside. On the plus side, they gave us a heater, we don’t watch the tv, they gave us extra pillows and blankets. Can’t do anything about the lack of sound insulation but it’s not their fault that people want to be up all night talking inside or shouting at one another outside. Alternative is to stay in a quieter area away from the city centre but this location is excellent. Overall a nice little place and good vfm.

I just went to have a coffee there, I like the quiet environment that has and the quality of service that has besides the products of Primerisima quality that make available to customers, a site totally recommended.

The hotel is in the centre of Granada. It's got garage. Very comfortable rooms with good heating. Breakfast buffet. It was the last place where Federico García Lorca was.

Unquestionable quality in an incomparable setting with a very personalized service, integrated in the most updated monument in time.

New Year's Eve dinner a bit run down! Normal though waiters attention pretty good. The emission of the painful chimes. A TV that could not be heard… Very better!

Not a perfect hotel, but it is ok. The towel I used the first day was full with hair, which was terrible. The next days I found hairs in the bed after the room service. The neighbourhood and other rooms were loudy. The breakfast is very basic but ok. The personnel were helpful.

The restaurant is a disaster, poorly attended and poor quality. An hour waiting for some croquettes.

Old room, bath dwarf, and especially in the middle of winter heating without Funciomar I've been cold. The only good thing about the location.

Really nice staff and a great location, but the hotel itself is old and a lot of things are broken. In my room the AC wasn't working and if you were going to sit on one side of the toilet, is almost fell over. Next to that the Wi-Fi of the hotel was really bad; a simple search on Google could take ~25 to load. This is just really bad in 2017, even for a hotel.

Friendly staff. The receptionist was a bit rude and helpful. The girl's a sweetheart. The room was very old, with spots on the floor and in the mirror. The bathtub with all the paint up, looked like a ruined house. The sheets a strange smell. It deserves more the denomination of hostel than the hotel. Location is good.

Really nice hotel: professional receptionist, nice and big room, good airconditioning, good breakfast. Nothing else needed!

I wasn't in the hotel, but walked around the plaza in front of it. It was nice and refreshing from the heat.

The staff so friendly and helpful the interior is beautiful and the dining resturant area clean and welcoming the food is very good great staff I loved this place the only fault I found was no fridge in the bedroom but a quality hotel and the location was excellent.

Great location, good staff, clean room, breakfast OK.

We didn't have a good experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is situated right near the cathedral and other spots in Grenada and is charming (Lorca's supposed to have stayed here). But the age shows. In our first room we had the toilet malfunction and the staff person that came to fix it said "one minute". And disappeared for good. We waited and waited and eventually went downstairs and got our room switched. Parking at marista's was also complicated: that lot's office was not staffed when we had to get out so we simply paid (so we could make it in time for our Alhambra slot). I suspect we got charged twice. Although the desk person says she cancelled all parking charges. Guess we'll have to check when we get back! In short, lesson learned: just use the city parking garages or stay at a hotel that has parking included. Or better yet. Don't plan on driving in Grenada :)

Incredible. Attention is already sad from the beginning, tomorrow I have my hosting, I called to inform me of the services of the hotel and the appalling care sincerely removed me the desire to stay there. NO LO I recommend, since they have already informed me that rooms do not have a proper maintenance and are small and uncomfortable, shame that the granada hotel so, host me several times in the Algeciras and was wonderful from the treatment to the maintenance of the facilities. I hope that owners will bother to read these publications and is included in a service corresponding to the price of the rooms, and a review to the hotel a little kindness and wanted to make your work with clients. Not recommended.

Hotel very well located, spacious, clean and modern, super friendly staff attention. You reserve if want you tickets for the alhambra with or without guide very much facilitate the visit.

Granada is very nice, we went to visit the Alhambra, but the hotel, the room was old, not just for one night but, the breakfast was also bad. I do not recommend it.

We were very impressed by the HOTEL REINA CRISTINA in Algeciras. From the welcome at the reception until our departure you feel welcomed, comfortable hotel. The room is very modern, all wood and parquet floors. The good food and fabulous service. Very interesting location, near Tarifa and Bolonia beaches and next to the Gibraltar. The hotel is elegant and grandiose.

Very centrally located hotel, close to the Cathedral. Cleanliness, friendliness, comfort. All the comforts of large hotels but at the price of 3-star. That's great.

Highlight the following points: good location, excellent service and very good accommodation. We have been in the hotel as at home never better said and of course we would return to the same hotel if great Granada. Thanks to everyone from Federico up to the cleaner by the good done.
