Bad experience. Kind staff, but building is so poorly constructed that all the noise from adjacent rooms carry.

A few minutes from the center, quiet, very nice hotel boss and employee at the top, strongly, that'we go back, we get tired of Grenade!

Excellent hotel. Rooms are clean and have solid air-conditioning. Hostess is extremely nice. Located a short walk (5-10 minutes) from the Granada Tapas street and multiple (tourist) bus stops. Would definitely stay here again!

The room is dark and furniture very old and poorly found very soft mattress, if we sleep has 2 the slightest movement is keenly felt by the other and cleanliness leaves to be desired!

Really cool place, a hidden jewel of Granada city center. The patio at the ground floor offers a place to relax any time of the day and night. The room is quiet, you can't hear noise from outside the hotel, but we heard some rough guests slamming their room doors quite early in the morning and late at night. The bed is not so wide and the mattress a bit soft for my back, but I think it's more of a personal taste. The members of staff are friendly and offered us suggestions for the activities and lunch / dinner recommendations. Prices are a bit lower than the average.

Simple but very charming. With respect to others in the same area. Very well connected to the center, but in a careless side alley. They do not serve breakfast, but they offer coffee at reception. Very correct the receptionist.

I booked through Bookinguna room overlooking the courtyard. I was interested in the place because it was close to where I had to be the next morning, in the historic centre of Granada. I called to ask for parking, they indicated price and they asked me the arrival time, because at twelve o'clock they close reception.
When you arrive at the hotel, after a thousand miles driving, the girl check me out, it was already half past ten and I indicated that the room overlooking the courtyard I have booked is not in the hotel, but in another area and without parking or possibility to park in the Door. Tells me that I have sent an email informing about it, when I have hired through the mobile, they not only have my phone, but I have also called.
With patience, I ask you to cancel the reservation and I would look for me a hotel in the location that interests me, but I say that as I hired today, I can not cancel the reservation, they charge me anyway.
Eye, that is a fraudulent conduct, I doubt that they do not violate any law of defense to the consumer and of course, it speaks very badly of the management of the hotel. Notice to anyone who wants to book, they can do something like what they have done to me.
On the other hand, the room is nice but not in the place they indicate, that's lying.

Stay in January 2018. Clean, spacious and quiet room. The hotel does not have a crib. We have a triple room installed. There was a kettle, bowls and glasses in the room. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station, 15 minutes from the city centre and 40 minutes from the Alhambra.

A great place to sleep in Granada, the rooms are quite big and very cosy. The staff's professional and keeps a good contact with the guests.

If you are looking for quiet and good treatment of the staff, this is your place.

AVOID THIS HOTEL! I went to book a room in this hotel because it had good ratings. There were 2 girls in reception that couldn't speak Spanish and their English wasn't too good either. But they were sweet so no problem at all. Then a guy came to reception, about 50 years old. Maybe the owner? I asked kindly if I could see a room. He said no in a very agresive way. I asked him why he answered in this tone of voice and he got more angry. We left to him swearing at me to get out. The girls seemed to be in shock. If you read other reviews from this hotel you will see if the girls were on the front desk then all is good. But if it's him many more people are disappointed. If this is his hotel then he really needs to learn how to treat people before people hand over their hard earned money.

A really nice Hotel with very friendly and courteous staff. We had our spacious room with a large bathroom and a terrace in the 4. Floor with a view over the rooftops of Granada.

The hotel is central, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location forctge hotel is in a back street so not much of a view. There is car parking just in front in a underground garage.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and has a parking garage opposite the hotel. The street the hotel is located in, is a side street with little endearing features. There is not breakfast or bar but very helpful staff.

Room is nice but I dont like the AC blowing my face. Couldnt sleep.

A charming, warm, well maintained nook on the inside, so don't be alarmed by the street view. Cold AC, everything is clean, nice court yard to hang in with 9€ bottles of wine at the front desk. Very good for the price!

Very adorable hotel. Located within long walking distance of most sights except the Alhambra. Air conditioner actually cools the room. Beds are acceptable. Lots of closet space and room in the room itself.

It's set in a very convenient spot at the hiatus of old meets new. Martina is a star and sorted our booking out for the flamenco and the boss sorted a visit to Alhambra for us with regimented precision. There are a few things for improvement. No breakfast facilities! We had to wander up to the high street to buy tostados etc. The hotel provides a coffee machine in reception however I think they are missing a vital trick. Provide breakfast!
The rooms are basic and the bed I stayed in was past it's best. The noise from the springs and the dip in the middle did mean a poor night's sleep, correction 3 nights poor sleep.
The bathroom was good and a great little shower.
The outside courtyard is enchanting and more could be done to utilise it. Instead it is an area to be enjoyed by smokers?
Happy to have stayed here, would I stay again? Probably. Would I recommend to friends? Probably.

In very bad value. Rooms need cleaning, bathroom incomplete, does not have dining room service, outdoor parking free the land of Earth, so when it rains it's all full of water and clay soil and do not you forget the key in the room as you come back late to stay on the street.

It's a beautiful, charming hotel with very friendly staff that speak several languages. I love the beautiful patio where you can sit and have a drink/read a book. It's very close to the city centre and to the taxi stop, yet the street of the hotel is very quiet so you can have a good night's rest. The rooms are beautiful, cool and clean. Great hotel for a great price. I will definitely come again.

Little you can say bad this hotel at a price very reasonable nightly, apart from being very good hotel is very new and is very clean and comfortable. I also highlight the courtyard so nice that you have and the kindness of the people of the entrance.

I have been very happy with the treatment service care very nice hotel lovely courtyard and only would have to put a but and is that I had to drink a gin with no ice and no lemon for everything else highly recommended we will return.

The hotel is really nice with a a lovely courtyard. Furthermore, the staff is really helpful and speak a perfect english. The rooms are clean and really nice too.

Hotel loved us. We were there with the kids and we had very well. We had two double rooms, very spacious and overlooking the courtyard and with all the necessary utensils: hair dryer, air conditioning, heater water, refrigerator, TV, etc. They also had private parking. The hotel is very centrally located, but quiet. Only thing they don't have breakfast, but two minutes from the hotel there were cafes where you could have breakfast very good and cheaper than the hotels in general.

What we liked about this hotel was its very charming side, is typically andalu, has a very nice patio and smelling great by all the roses that are there! Then our room was very nice also and above all clean, as well as bathroom. Staff very nice we helped a lot, and they greatly appreciate! We will certainly return.

I have loved, no doubt, again, both because of its central location as for its cozy rooms and its spotless bathroom, is a very new hotel and it shows. The attention dispensed is exquisite, we were delighted. And a pleasure is to smell clean there throughout the hotel, decorated with Arab motifs. It is certainly a charming hotel. Totally recommended.
