Torremolinos — Can't fault this hotel at all. Good sized room with huge balcony showing off gorgeous sea view. Hotel was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Friendly staff in all departments — you can see how hard the staff work to keep the hotel running smoothly. Food and service in restaurant was excellent at all time — I am vegetarian and found a good selection available. Great central location, close to town centre where there are plenty of shops, bars and cafes and a short down hill walk to beach. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

The staff are fantastic. Hotel is so clean, the cleaners work really hard. Good position in Torromollinos, near the beach near the shops.

Lovely hotel. Just don't book with Alpha Rooms coz they never paid the hotel. The hotel management locked us out of our rooms until we paid again. No apologies off them for the embarrassent in front of other guests it coursed us.

My husband surprised me for my 40th and my honeymoon I had the best 5 days and staff was so helpful and friendly and very clean hotel I had amazing time for it only being my second time aboard I would highly recommend this hotel and it is reasonably price and food was delicious I would give it more that 5 star thank u for a a wonderful experience many regards Lisamarie X.

The hotel just block there room keys and demanded the money.

Had a fantastic week from start to finish from the minute we arrived friendly staff on reception, fantastic rm overlooking the beach, comfy beds. Food as been brilliant more than enough choice and the bar staff so friendly. Thanks for a good stay. We will be back.

Lovely hotel, brilliant staff, spacious room, location is perfect right in the city centre with a short walk to the beach, roof top pool with views to die for I cant wait to come back next year.

Beautifully clean and large hotel. Good size balcony and even received a complementary plate of delicious fresh fruit. Very spacious leisure areas, with the pools being particularly good.

Very central. Big. The rooms are a good size. Decent bathrooms but furnishings bit tired and dated. Good balcony and views. It's definitely a family holiday destination and was a bit noisy at times. Breakfast was a busy buffet and adequate for this kind of place. The pool was nice. Gym was closed on my visit. The rooftop sundeck Hass covered pool. It was too hot to try on my visit.

Good location for everything. Food's OK a good mix for all. Staff are very friendly and helpful. URooms are bit dated. All in all a nice place to stay.

We stayed in pairs for 4 days in the hotel with breakfast. All inclusive booking is also possible. The hotel was nice and very clean. The staff was friendly and there was always someone who could speak German. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool the beach is about 10-15min walk from the hotel. From the hotel you can get to The S-Bahn station of Torremolinos within three minutes and then in 15 minutes at the airport.

Love this hotel for quick getaways, it's perfectly situated for transport. Staff are excellent. Only gripe is the dress code in the dining room or rather lack of it. There are some sights you do not want to see whilst eating!

Out of this world hotel. The hotel looks like a 5star. In my opinion it is. So clean inside the bedrooms cleaned daily with clean sheets and bath towel's. Rooms cleaned to a very high standard. The location couldn't be better, straight onto the main shopping and bar's area. My only slight gripe would be morning coffee situation after breakfast non available until 11_00 am. All in all a fantastic hotel in the middle off everything.

Been holidaying here for around 20 years. Rarely go anywhere else. Helpful, good food, comfy room and good night's sleep. Central location. Have gotten to know the friendly staff quite well. Recommend it.

A very convenient hotel for visiting Malaga and its surroundings. The train station leading to the centre of Malaga is only a few steps away. It was a very good breakfast and the staff were very helpful.

It's very clean and a nice looking place. The food is plentiful and very Spanish, which you would expect, being in Spain. It's good but the same stuff is on the menu daily and that can get a little bit boring after a week. Having said that, it is my second time staying here and I can see myself staying here again in the future.

I did not like the performance of Friday 20 April as the pianist only played for 3 pairs of seniors who came to show off dance courses in social centers without being able to go dancing as you want, only played songs for them. It was better the day before with the group double game, fabulous, super professionals and they sang phenomenal with all kinds of repertoire, not only for professionals of the dance, what it is is to encourage the whole world.

A hotel with all the services, but not very comfortable. The exterior windows do not isolate as is due and you spend the night listening to dogs of neighboring chalets, planes of Malaga airport, cars making wheels or whistling… and by the day, the conversations of the adjoining terraces even if you close the door of your terrace The best possible. On the other hand, the air conditioner does not work well, it is only fan, and the reception staff, you can find bad answers if you ask to be relodged in another room that does not have guests next door, just enter, without getting to use the room and Commenting that there are parties in your adjoining terraces. Come on… that I personally will not return.

I really like the hotel.
The floor of the room found there all day of the dust this is not clean well from the housekeeper's leave, eating them could be hotter too.
The staff is very nice is helpful thanks for a week of happiness in your hotel.

I give it two stars because at least the housekeeping staff meets and they are nice. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Be careful if you go all inclusive from 10 to 11 if you feel like taking something you have ke pay. I didn't like it at all. I don't even recommend it again.

Pleasantly surprised at the hotel. Read some negative reviews but found staff friendly, food has plenty of choice and high standard, rooms large and cleaned every day. Location is great. We were in room 211 which has fantastic seaviews and a corner balcony. Weather was poor that week unfortunately but would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

A bad experience. The food a failure, for two days the same, poorly made and little variety, the fruit idem of idem. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very nice and the room was very good and I had a great time.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and bedrooms are spacious. Food on all inclusive was ok. Only criticism is that you can hear everything in the room next to you as the walls are very thin.

This hotel is a 2 minute walk from the train station, at £1.30 from Malaga airport. Close to the old town shops, so plenty walking and strolling at night. TV has 3 news channels and ITV. The food is ok, not a great amount of choice. A/I drinks are help yourself. In February the temperature is 15 to 20*, and we are sunbathing in the afternoon. Cardigan/jacket need at night. T shirt for daytime walk. The outdoor pool is closed/unusable/taped off, so the roof pool is busy. A large group of people currently staying are loud, irritating, annoying, drunk.

Lovely hotel limited food options but overall food tastes lovely. The rooms are nice and clean plus spacious but could use more plug sockets to charge phones etc.

Attention! Very careful in this hotel. The access to the dining room is not controlled and they have stolen a handbag from a client's chair, sitting her and three other people at the table. Besides the hotel manager has not even deigned to call her to apologize.

The buffet food is not good, they could well improve it considering the category of the hotel. Fantastic service. Careful q There are real artists of the robbery, in one day two bags hung on the back and with their owners seated.

The hotel did not earn a star. The star is only available because of the convenient location once and never again disgusting food.

We spent a week in the hotel Cervantes in Torremolinos from 26 December to 3 January. I would like to share our experience with the people who are staying next time. I liked the location of the hotel, it is very central, close to buses and RENFE and next to the most central streets. At the hotel we were given a very cozy room, the cleanliness good, the breakfast well not very assortment but rich, the food well cooked and of good quality, perhaps little assortment but rich, the service of waiters very good friendly, affectionate and very friendly all in General Y, Maria, Sergio and Carlos (the Brazilian) in particular. We prepared a cotillion of New Year's Eve extraordinary, the dinner spectacular, abundant delicious, in its point of heat, and I want to make a special review to the waiters who served us that night, authentic professionals, friendly and fast all the dough We were very grateful for the good treatment we received. Now I want to highlight the bad luck is little, the elevators quite slow, but I guess in the summer has to be a chaos. Another review is to the people attending reception, all and when I say all is that not saved one, neither men nor women, were unpleasant in extreme, unfriendly, unhelpful and oscos in the deal, is the only drawback that I put to a hotel I'm sure I want V Olver, a cordial greeting to all the staff of dining and cleaning.

Super pity that Dutch footballers so-called athletics believe themselves all allowed to table and bar and heckle up to + or less 3h of the morning not respecting the rest of others.

Classic Mega Hotel… great Buffet.

I am surprised by the 4 stars in a hotel with pay Wi-Fi, no room service, no mini bar (not even water) and with mini bags of gel and shampoo. There are 3-star hotels with better services. Every day is rarer to charge Wi-Fi.

Located 10 minutes from the beach. Rooms are quite spacious but at least the rooms I stayed in could've used more space for the bathroom and less for the bedroom. Room and bathroom were clean, nice balcony and view of the sea. Walls are paper thin though. If you have a loud neighbor who enjoys staying up late with TV turned on, you're doomed and won't get much sleep. Food is mediocre, vegetables mostly overcooked. Quite a variety of meals to chose from but at least to me very few were tasty. Would've loved to have some more typical Spanish treats like different selections of Jamon and Tapas. Indoor pool is poorly lit and not really welcoming.

Not advisable at least at this time. Decaying dining room. Unreplenished foods and sometimes up to more than 15 ' waiting to be spares, a three star meal, you sit at table without Serbs if you place and without waiting. La Isleta Rincón de los niñxs food little or nothing healthy and/or pedagogical. Vegan and gluten-free big forgotten. Nil, scarce and three-star quality. This hotel had better times (or managers). There are three stars in the area with better service.

Low and repetitive buffet service, delay in replenishing food, very low quality machine drink (odourless), Little comfort zone, no animation, … Good Housekeeping. The hotel needs updating is old.

I think the hotel is very dirty. And their food tastes nothing. And the pool is also dirty.

Very good hotel is very centrally located near San Miguel Street but the only bad thing you have is that you have to book at least three nights.
Two nights no longer accept the reservation.

We have stayed at this hotel four times and are going back for four nights next week. I can honestly say that this hotel is fantastic, it is spotlessly clean, the staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. We stay all inclusive, the food offers a great choice and my eight year old who was five when we first stayed at the hotel always eats well. There is a good selection of all inclusive drinks. The hotel is great for children with the indoor pool if the weather is not so good (we have had the odd rainy day when we stayed off season) and there are lovely views from the terrace. When we have stayed during Easter and summer school holidays my daughter enjoyed coming and going to Bee club that is always run by nice staff. The hotels position could not be better with amazing sea views. The hotel is generally peaceful with entertainment not being over the top, there is a nice outside terrace from the bar which is great in the evenings. We are in the process of moving to Spain but will still be staying at the Cervantes for short breaks — I absolutely love it!

Great Hotel which we've visited many times. This trip is a shory Birthday treat for my girlfriend. Returned to room on first day and found ice bucket with bubbly and platter of fresh fruit. Great touch by the Cervantes management. Thankyou.

Stayed here for a week in June on an all inclusive basis. The hotel itself is amazing, looks newly refurbished. The reception bar was very nice with nightly entertainment. Pool was decent, although understandably busy but they also have a roof top pool which is usually quiet and has amazing views of Torremolinos. The poolside bar was very convenient. The room was awesome and was a very good size, bed was comfy and the air-conditioning worked a treat. The balcony was huge but this was because we had a room on the end of the hotel. The food was lovely, lots of variety but was mostly the same stuff everyday and so got repetitive on all inclusive. There are lots of decently price restaurants nearby though. Seems popular with older people and stag/hens parties.

Be careful of what room you book. My first room was standard I paid extra to be upgraded as standard was more like a one star very happy with change of room but not sure it is a four star I give, 2 "stars bring own towels as ones provided are small washed grey they need to be discarded and news ones provided if you are gluten free I would advise you to to buy it and bring them to dining room with you they do have bread but I noticed for three days there were 5slices of stale gluten free on same plate and a dead insects on it altogether I was very disappointed with hotel as I had stayed here a few years back and loved it.

We came here for a 2 week holiday. What a wonderful hotel. Clean, friendly, wonderful room, very comfortable beds, fantastic food. They were constantly bringing out more food to make sure there was enough. Excellent choice. We used the pool on the roof thay was fantastic the views were great. Always cleaning… this hotel is spotless. Our room was done everyday and always looked and smelt clean when we returned to it. Just such a relaxing place to stay. Plenty of shops places to drink… people very friendly. Would come back here in a heart beat.

Hotel very well located personal the top they deserve the 4 stars for them! the furniture is viello carpeted floor tears up to 3 floors. The pool is property, especially the floors the worst is the food horrible damage I would say 3 stars, the beach is no sand in site.

The rooms were fine but average attention to detail, bulbs were out, broken chair but clean enough and liveable, close to the beach and the city centre but I have to say the food choice is very very poor, if you are a vegetarian don't bother coming here there is nothing for you other than salad, the chicken I had on nearly every occasion would come out cold or under cooked the blood was still dripping off it. The food was only good if you enjoy pork. Some of the staff are helpful but most of them aren't. The cleaners were lovely but the waiters and waitresses were terrible.

Overall the experience was great. The staff were please t and helpful and the amenities were good. The room we stayed in was a bit dated but was clean and had everything we needed. The pools were on the small side but that is to be expected as the hotel is in a built up area. It's not far from the beach, but the walk there is long as there are no road leading directly there. However there is a lift you can use for half a euro per person. All in all it was a pleasant stay and lovely holiday.

Rooms good, food average unless you like pork, pork or pork. Entertainment poor / non existent. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, bar staff not so. OK location although a long walk to the beach down a very steep slope / steps which is pleasant as there are shops and bars at every turn but not for the feint hearted. While we were there maintenance was taking place all day on some rooms which made sitting by the pool very noisy and certainly not relaxing.

Good service very professional staff. The buffet is not worth anything in other three-star hotels I've eaten much better. In the pool there are some chairs of color black that is is one glued of the dirt that have embedded for my is a hotel of four star that not them deserves I would return if cabiase a little is best. Charge a little more and give better quality.

I confirm, the rooms really leaves to be desired also sanitary attention in the bath tub very very dangerous risk of unacceptable slide for supposedly a 4 star 2 suffirais a flexible, Yes to shower in very bad condition (I spend 2 times on 02/05/2016 and 10/05/2016 following a car laps circuit). 1 time fro the second time the horrible room the bed this moves only? CONCLUSION I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Really enjoyed our stay for valentines weekend. Hotel was very clean, all staff very courteous and friendly. Food was great. San Miguel on tap (yum yum). Sit near the bar/drinks dispenser as the glasses are small. Considering returning in the Summer with the family.

Horrible clientele frankly. Wi-Fi is expensive, the gym is probably the worst I have ever seen in a hotel. The entire place needs painted. Very poor overall. Having said all that it's location it's fantastic.

Good hotel. It is not nothing special the buffet dinner, but price is quite well and that, altogether, can't complain one. The unbeatable location. The downside is in relation to the massage, they put the sign that there are but there is never anyone. The poor receptionist apologized on behalf of the hotel.

I stayed there a week at the end of June and I had a great time. The friendly staff, always helpful and smiling, at the reception also speak a little Italian. There is also a nice evening entertainment service. I highly recommend it!

We stayed there the last week in June '15. Despite the best efforts of its hard working staff the hotel appeared to be struggling with the large volume of holidaymakers. It appears to be very popular for Hen Parties and Stag Parties which doesn't facilitate the couple or family looking for perhaps a quieter holiday. Beds are rock hard but the rooms are kept clean. Cues in the restaurant waiting to get in at certain times. All the half decent food seems to be gobbled up real quick (real meats etc. ) and it is replaced very slowly. The kiddies section has burgers, chips etc. If you're stuck. It is central and is in a good location. You can get a lift down and up to the beach a couple of hundred meters up from the hotel at 50cents per person single. The main swimming pool is far too small and there is neither enough sun beds nor space for sun bathing. Our experience wasn't great overall, perhaps we were just unlucky and picked a bad week.

Lovely comfortable clean room. Friendly cheerful staff. Wide selection of food and drink, even vegetarian options. Been twice and going back again. Great base for exploring area and train station is a two minute walk for going further afield. Highly recommend hotel for families and couples alike.

So I was now to the 6 times since and I am very satisfied with the hotel. The food is top there every night to eat something else by vegetable salad sweet wok etc. Rooms were also top with sea views what you should try drr pool is on the roof with the look simply only top. 10 points for the hotel.

Hotel Cervantes Torremolinos. The hotel is in an enclave in the heart of the city and close to the beach. Spacious common areas and room with great view and spacious. Good, very nice service at the bar and dining room. Friendly staff and fantastic room cleaning. Unless the holiday season there isn't much entertainment for children, but in the surroundings there are many attractive proposals such as Selwo, Sea life, Zoo of Fuengirola. Very good, well prepared meal with some hot buffets at rush hour delays, but nothing problematic. Exit of the garage a bit tortuous with a large ramp and very aware exit.

Not good on incoming customer service. At the end of our FEI good customer service. The food was good, except for one thing, and that was at noon when the only way you could have a drink is extra to pay it should on coffee, tea or water with lunch instead of paying us. For drinks. In addition, we had most of the time in the restaurant in Que. The rooms were cleaned every day. The room and the hotel needs renovation looks but very tired. Many times the we had us as long the stairs waiting for the elevators. Are air conditioning never work. We are not impressed buy this 4-star, we the 3-star have been in, that are much better. Some of the staff. {Not} are not very professional.

Food: Quality of the food is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. Low grade. We plan a day of rest / remaining food of the day. Not even fresh baked bread. Rooms: The beds are of very poor quality, which after a few us with back pain days stay. Lacking also fabrics in the rooms, this is not acceptable, that a 4-star hotel. Service: the day of arrival, we had to wait 1 hour for our room available are, while we arrived a few hours after check-in. We went with a young child of the family. Despite please I expressly to special care, because my baby was hungry, but we have no positive response. Rooms available change no baby! In the restaurant lacks tea systematically for breakfast spoon. The coffee machines, sometimes were inoperative chaos at breakfast, so that the number of people with only one single machine create. Opening hours of the restaurant is also limited.

Great hotel! Beach near the lift access to the beach in 50 meters from the hotel, but you can walk. Beach clean. Excellent underground parking for hotel guests is always full of empty seats. Entertainment for children of all ages. For adults there is live music in the evenings. Good food (a great choice of dishes), clean rooms, quick check in. There were problems with the keys to the rooms, they are constantly razmagničivalis′ for no reason.
The hotel is located in the Centre of the city, next to the "walking street", a bunch of shops and fountains. All in all, perfect for this place!
Surrounding the hotel is full of firms offering car rental. Europcar in 10 minutes on foot from the hotel.
In 12 minutes by car from the airport to a large entertainment complex.
The center of Malaga 20 minutes-the Navigator route path to "Instituto Picasso ', guglovskij Navigator will take you to the paid parking in the entertainment centre of the city.
