Nothing further from reality! It's not a four-star hotel. It is a pseudo hotel with a reception and several blocks of flats around beautiful gardens. The blocks of flats are old and finished with materials that you expect to find in any pension or hostel.
The hotel was full of families with young children running screaming down the corridors of the rooms. There was no bar or restaurant open during the day just a pool restaurant selling burgers fries and little else. To top it off, large speakers rang throughout the complex with music and games for kids at the pool. Breakfast was free buffet but it was such a crowd and lack of staff that there were no cups, or dishes, the food was cold, finally a real scam if you expect a service from a FOUR STAR hotel as advertised.

Just spent a week here with my 11 year old daughter and 14 year old daughter and my sister. Fantastic food and facilities other shops just a few minutes out of complex. Plenty of activities for kids and adults every day through out the day. Entertainment crew fantastic welcoming and very talented. Hotel and waiting staff very warm and helpful. We will certainly be back again.

Shocking service! Stood at reception for 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me, once I checked in there was no help with my many bags, just a trolley was provided, good 5 min walk to my room, no idea what floor I was on as knowbody told me, difficult to navigate way around the grounds of hotel! Cleaners were still in my room cleaning at 2pm! Rooms are very old and basic! I paid just shy of £900 for 6 nights id expect better service! Really not happy!

The worst hotel by far. He doesn't deserve a star. The rooms are outdated and CUTRES (the photos they put on the booking pages do not correspond to reality. ) The furniture is from the 60s, the bed spreads are ASQUEROUS dirty. The ugly tiled floor. Cleanliness far above.
And the worst breakfast: HORROROSO. The worst breakfast I've ever seen, MALISIMO. Quality of malsima products, horrible presentation, no flavor.
I've never put a criticism so harsh, but this place deserves it.
The only nice area are the gardens and nothing else.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. It has a free shuttle service from the hotel to the beach.
The parking you have is paid but Q the back of the hotel you have a good area to park.
It has a large garden area, the adult pools are not very big but for the smallest it is great.
The waterslide pool is a bit deep for the little ones and if they don't know how to swim they have a serious problem.
Otherwise everything was great and the day of departure of the hotel had lunch, when I left I was left a courtesy room to give me a shower before going out on the road.

Of what best in Q I have been. Amolias rooms Limpisimas. Pool with bar. Buffet-style food in a very spacious restaurant with numerous dishes to choose from. Like all night entertainment. Poor parking.

My family and I love is already the third time we come since we took the chain ROC Marbella, the food is very good and well there is iron, seafood, good potres and something very important that in few places comes including the drink.

I spent 6 days in this great hotel. Everything is perfect. Excellent staff, good food, large and bright rooms.

Good value for money
The room was fine. Comfortable litters, a good bathroom and good housekeeping.
The hotel facilities are pretty good. You can't expect great luxuries, but the value for money meets the expectations.
The hotel dining room is spacious. Varied and quality food. The staff of the hotel are attentive and helpful. It is a good option to stay in Marbella.
The beach is very close. It has a free bus that takes you to it.
Overall the experience has been positive.

Not bad service. Very well cleaned and tidy. The receptionist was helpful. But the overall it's not has we expected from a 4 stars hotel.

Fantastic the days we have spent as many adults as children. I have to highlight the staff that is great at reception, bar, dining room and entertainment. I hope to come back someday and see Jacob in the bar, Enrico at the reception and of course these boys and girls animation: Alex, Alonso, Yanira, Pablo and Ruben. If you are looking for the most modern it is not the case beautiful gardens, amazing pools for kids.
The only downside to the buffet. Very poor quality and very restricted schedules for Spaniards.
I will repeat but without half board or breakfast.

Super happy with the treatment received and the attention of all the workers. Reception, waiters and waitresses, cooks, luxury animation, we have spent a perfect Easter week. We'll be back to repeat without a doubt. I was carrying my 2 year old daughter, and on the second day of being there I asked the manager if there was any possibility of putting pizza on the Buffet and at the next dinner I had already prepared varies kinds of pizzas. It is the first time that happens to me and with that I earned plenty for the entire stay.

Amazing, had a great time in this hotel. Very nice staff/crew team. The vieuw of the hotel is amazing. The beach and stores are really close to the hotel. And we went to marbella city with a bus that is like 1min away from the hotel. The food was really good If ur looking to go on vacation for 1/2 weeks this is the place to be. Will come back for sure!

This is a complex of hotels near the highway in the direction of Marbella. Has its own water park, Summer café, stage with animators, etc. Prices are average. The sea is near.

Superb value for money! We went here, then Hotel Los Patos 2 months later. They're both excellent for young kids, thanks to the great kids pools. Los Patos is the nicer hotel, but Roc Marbella is cheaper and better value with an outdoor entertainment area. Would definitely go again.

Good restaurant and the rooms are clean well also the staff.

Good experience. Basic clean staffed by pleasant people. Rooms clean functional. Daily cleaning and towel change. Not a 4 star as we know it. Bland food — mostly cold. Location — out on its own in a pine wood near a very small shopping centre — very small. Rest of area comprises upmarket gated residences. Not a shop in sight. Ideal if u want a quiet basic holiday. No nightlife.

This hotel has had a great make over. Memory foam beds are excellent. Wonderful scrambled eggs with Heinz beans. Free bus to beach. Picnics provided. Would highly recommend.

Nice place, very nice stuff. Rooms are not perfect, but we enjoyed our stay very much. I strongly recommend for families with kids. We booked via booking.

We went to the family Das this club from July 8th to 15th.
I do not recommend it is not worthy of a 4 *;
Little varied food, potatoes and vegetables still frozen and not cooked. The rooms too small for 3, we insisted on a change of room. The pool opens at 10 o'clock it looks like the first day of the balances forced to stand in line of 9:30 to have a Transat and run to put the towels otherwise you sit for a chair all day. No adults pool activities for non-existent teens, evening nothing for adults apart from a little interesting show. The shuttle to the beach is only 11 hours (13 people can go up there if the driver is very nice makes 2 trips). The sun loungers are paid for… Well not much good in this hotel, I do not advise you.

The staffs were the best experience of our whole stay. The foods were delightful and no complaints besides the 2 single beds attacked. Great entertainment at evenings and large pools areas. Even though it is mainly for family with kids, we still enjoyed every moment. Every single staff we were in contact with spoke english are were so gentle and kind. Very informative too. Thx for the great service.

Had a fantastic stay with a large number of family and loved every moment. Entertainment is great, all staff are so friendly and cannot do enough to help you. Food was good, entertainers doing activities all day, water slides — very family orientated staff and place. Will be going back.

Super and very good price end of June the best swimming pools, entertainment and food!

WILD WEST in the Marbella Playa
Basically is the hotel, apart from the numerous, very French, ok read. We arrived on 22 06 16. Unfortunately, the PC of my wife was stolen in the first night out of the room. The hotel management was willing to call the police after a long back and forth. After a conversation with the hotel management, the police and my partner travelled with escalated the situation without any reason. I was brutally arrested and held for 26 hours in the police station in Marbella under questionable conditions. My partner did some pictures about the manner of the arrest. In the meantime, my injuries are documented by a doctor. All documents are in the meantime my lawyer, who will take a legal action, and already on the relevant press, such as the image has communicated the information newspaper, FOCUS, mirror.

Because not you put the phone in the hotel.

The worst hotel I've ever been to in my life and honesty would recommend that not anyone or there family's should visit here. Food was terrible rooms are tiny and dirty staff are rude and unhelpful.

Hotel in full refurbishment this year. Staff always very friendly and attentive. I hope that the reform is very good mixing vintage and modern. Hotel very well located with many possibilities. What I recommend to the 100%

Room was ok but I think we were lucky as people were complaining about different things all the time. Areas for socialising very basic and you could not get near the sunbeds around the pool as they were all reserved with towels from around 6/7am EVERY day! Food was horrendous… I thank God we only booked for breakfast and after experiencing that the first day, we ate elsewhere every other day. We had to pay to use the safe in our room and that didn't work for the first 3 days and never did get our refund! There is not even a little mini-fridge in any of the rooms so nowhere to store your water/drinks. Would never stay at this hotel again!

Embarrassing suiciedad they do not serve food is dreadful, combining conchambrosas and shattered animation esaboria by god as you can give four stars it deserves as much not to give half a Star the only thing good that it does not see that wapada are the swimming pool with boat and slides, and the yacucsi that is the only thing and after the service or event, I recommend the best hotel in the world the granada palace in monachil, very good.

The hotel is located right on a motorway! The rooms may go out backwards, you don't hear anything, but it's still extremely annoying as it's not mentioned anywhere. It is not directly located in Marbella, you have to go there by bus for quite some time. The gym is a joke! We booked extra there, among other things, but it consists of a ridiculous three outdated devices — two ergometers and a treadmill. The air conditioning in the room did not work, so we had to move to another after two days. I'm extremely disappointed as we spent our honeymoon there …

I've been 1 night from Saturday to Sunday, and in general pretty good for the price that you have you can't ask for more. The location is good and the facilities although a bit old are not bad and are pretty nice and welcoming. The friendly staff and the breakfast, lunch and dinner is normal for a hotel of these characteristics, you do not stay hungry because it's buffet but the quality for the price I would have expected.

Except Ice Billards, all facilities are broken (including pool area and slides, billards, mini golf, driving simulator game for the kids). The garden and pool area are neat, but loud speakers play music in the garden to disguise the noise from the highway. Only advantage at dinner was, that water and wine are already inclued — although the wine was barely enjoyable). It was the worst food we have ever had in spain. Glasses had lipstick on it. The guests (average age 70+) seemed to enjoy the food though. I have no idea how this can be a four-star hotel (two stars would be justifyable). We were lucky to just have one night to make that experience.
