Recommended at 100 x 100. We went with our little girl with several allergies and at the bar they have been keeping an eye on her meals so she could enjoy it. They have wonderful facilities and we have enjoyed it in a big way. We'll repeat for sure.

All perfect, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Spectacular views.
Good reception from receptionists and free Wi-Fi, which more can be asked.

I will start with the goods first, View was lovely and swimming pool was good, parking very easy, the English guy who worked in the bar was very helpful. In my booking cleaning was included but no one come to clean the apartment, Beds were uncomfortable one of them had a sheet of plywood underneath the mattress which the corners sticking out of the bed And I hurt my leg walking around it, The guy in reception very unhelpful.

Located on a hill, something far from civilization. To go to the beach you need a car (or stick a paseito by a narrow road and quite frequented by cars so it is not highly recommended). But in return the area is very quiet and there are good views.
The apartments are well-equipped, especially when it comes to the kitchen. They have a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, an Italian coffee maker, 4 sets of dishes (plain, deep and dessert), 4 sets of coffee (cups with dishes), 4 sets of cutlery (forks, knives, spoons and teaspoons), a salad bowl and a couple of saucepans (I think than a saucepan and a frying pan). To maintain cleanliness, there is a broom with dustpan and a mop with its bucket. On the terrace there was a clothesline to hang the clothes (but without tweezers)
The beds have sheets. There are also towels.
What things do we miss? For some jabóncito or shampoo would not hurt. Of those that come in small bottles and they usually give in hotels. There was none of that here, not even a miserable jaboncito to wash his hands. In the bathroom we also missed a hair dryer.
As for the kitchen, there were neither scourers nor Líquifo dishwashers. And, of course, there was nothing for cleanliness (neither mop nor anything like that). And they agrdecería that they put even a cloth of those of the kitchen.

The rooms are good and with all services (stove, microwave, crockery, hairdryer must be ordered), but do not provide soap or shampoo, or sponge and washing detergent.
The views from the balconies are nice because the building is installing on a ravine. It has parking in a basement, roof and comfortable, with access by elevators.

Very nice hotel especially for lovers of golf.

Nice basic apartment. High potential but… No soap provided. Only 2 heaters working of 4 in apartment. Wifi spotty. Price great. Pretty semi-ocean view down the valley.

Very well equipped apartments, very attentive staff, absolute tranquility, very well communicated excellent views and luxury parking, in most cases at the same door of the apartment, a 10 for my part.

A soap and a kitchen leg could still be available in the room! The stoves with revettement Teflon are good to throw away! The duplexes have a staircase totally inappropriate for children or elderly people: it almost looks like a ladder!

We recently stayed here for a cheap autumn week away, and for the money we paid I can have no real complaints. The Good Bits: The views from the rooms are amazing. Whilst basic, the room was very clean, perfectly spacious for a couple, and the the cooking equipment was all of good quality. The air-conditioning was very powerful. Underground car-parking was very useful. The Less-good bits: In high season, when the place is busy, I suspect that the pool etc is probably horrendously busy. It's a nice pool area, but not the biggest, given the size of the complex. The walls are a little thin. On our first night we were witness to our neighbours (vocal) "act of congress" — it provided some good entertainment, and at least one of the people were an excellent actress, but may not be so good if you have kids. Some of the maintenance around the complex could be better. I was especially concerned by some of the porches on the lower level apartments that looked rather precariously cracked. It's be nervous if I were staying in one. Finally, location — you NEED a car here. The complex is situation on the edge of Manilva, but if you have kids it's not really walkable — the road doesn't have much in the way of a footpath. Plus, the village is very sleepy — not much going on. Down the hill is Sabillas, but again it's too far to walk. Lots going omg there, but unless you want to feel like you're imprisoned, get a car.

Very nice place, the rooms are clean and service is good. Super for its price, only the Wi-Fi is slow.

Disappointed with the cleanliness we had to call the reception to receive new sheets and clean towels after 4 days without passage of the maid! The next day I received sheets and towels clean but that's it! Cleaning has not been done once on 10 days! It's pathetic! Soundproofing level These are cardboard walls because we hear everything that happens in the neighbors … Having toddlers the neighbors got full at the reception … But unfortunately no miracle solution, are children … plan a car because away from everything … hotel placed above a coline with a beautiful view.

Very good place for the price of a week to 4 adults! Not many items in the kitchen plan material before your holiday! Otherwise it is clean and the view over the sea and splendid!

The parking is a joke. The sixth day we prohibit parking in the covered. Regular cleaning. It stained the blanket, and they gave us another single sheets. Maintenance loose broken glass glued with tape. I'm not coming back.

Wonderfull view, very good food, thanks to Victor the chef. Staff kind efficient and helpfull. big and clean appartment, with view. The only weak point is that you need a car or a taxi (aroud 7€) to go to the beaches.

Great place to spend a few vacacioneso bridges. Recommended 100%.

On the occasion of the harvest festival in Manilva we stayed in the apartments in Manilva Green where we spend the weekend and I have to emphasize, tranquility, good service of the Spanish along with good food restaurant and the sympathy of Victor (the Chef) as well as the friendliness of the staff along with Rafael Rossell Its owner that also moves some that another weekend in the apartments, has a buan pool, barbecue and a bar for cocktail service.
You must not forget the views that are breathtaking.

We stayed here well out of season, but even so, the place was clean, extremely well organised, and the staff couldn't do enough to help! I would recommend to anyone.
