It is one of the most beautiful hotels where I have been, a Charming Hotel with a Detail to the Maximum, with a Decoration both in reception, restaurant, leisure areas, swimming pool and of course super beautiful rooms, with an Impressive treatment that of course I thank each and every one of the people who work here, since they treat us with a magnificent education but what I like the most is that they do so as if they know us forever, the treatment of the staff is Unbeatable, the receptionists Jesus and his companion of the mornings super nice and attentive everything, to Eduardo a super nice and friendly person pending to anything we needed at all times, to Miguel Angel the waiter of the restaurant super good attentive and educated and all the staff cleaning, maintenance and so on … In conclusion all Magnificent and Wonderful! A place with Charm to which of course I will return!

A charming hotel and so nice! Tastefully decorated with all kinds of details, the location is ideal, in the historic center of the city. The receptionists, especially Jesus and his companion of the impeccable mornings with their treatment at all times, without words! And a 10 for Eduardo who has been watching at all times of us and have thought of everything we could need. We don't forget Michelangelo! Without a doubt one of the best accommodations in Malaga, we will be back safe!

Got upgraded the room was amazing we had four balconies the roof pool was very good size and the staff were really lovely the wine also was very good it was a very special place.

Really nice hotel, great location and staff. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and especially the olive bread. The pool area can be a bit crowded from time to time. We will definitely come back if we come to Malaga again.

Location spot on for exploring Malaga. Staff excellent and helpful. Rooms as you’d expect given the rating and the shower was fantastic. Some issues with shower leaking but only minor. Deducted a star solely based on cost versus other personal experiences in similarly rated hotels but would definitely consider using this hotel again.

A very modern and perfect hotel. All the staff we had spoken was very friendly and kind. The family room we booked was big, clean and equipped with all comfort. This hotel also have a swimming pool on the roof and a small gym. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in Malaga.

Fabulous hotel, on arrival after realising we had single beds, had an upgrade to large bed, also received a bottle of bubbles when they knew we were newly wed's. Great location. Great hotel.

Very central. A budget 5-star hotel, although the price of services is in line with the category. The service is very attentive, and the perceived quality is always very good.

A fantastic hotel in a great location. Made to feel special from the minute we arrived to the time we checked out. Staff are very helpful and courteous despite my poor attempts at speaking Spanish. Had a big room with a balcony on the 4th floor making access to the roof pool very easy. Breakfast delicious with a never ending supply of fresh food. Would recommend this to anyone thinking of staying in Malaga City.

A shame that a hotel with those stars and that care is located in such a careless enclave, more security and more cleanliness in the environment. That River full of graffiti is not the best thing to tuck into a five-star hotel. The rooms are good and the care and personal treatment but that environment should do something to improve it if they want to be worth it because they would deserve.

Hotelazo in Malaga. Best all over the city. Super attentive staff, quick check-in and check-out, good restaurant, Jazz offer, wine and cocktail bar, powerful Wi-Fi and very comfortable rooms.

This place is a little bit like a joke. Asked for a double room and got to single beds pushed together with there own sheets on. For £1200 for 4 nights. A total rip off. Got to Gran Hotel Miramar! This hotel is not 5 Stars and they really do not care about there guest. I emailed to complain and got no response. Do not recommend this hotel.

I entered only to see the remains of the old wall of Malaga that are under the hotel. It is the best preserved section of the entire visible part of the wall today. A real archaeological jewel and very well exposed to anyone who wants to see it. The hotel itself did not see it, but I can say that it is located in front of the river Guadalmedina, only a few meters from the market of Atarazanas and the Alameda Principal, in the heart of Malaga. It has its own parking and next to it you will find the municipal parking of Camas. Next to the hotel is the Museum of Popular Arts and customs of Malaga. If I'm not mistaken, it's the only 5-star hotel in the capital of Malaga.

The vegetarian menu is not very good for the prices they have. For the rest it is a nice and quiet place to go with children.

Central, very well designed and modern, it treasures in its basement part of the Roman and Arab walls that protected the city of the floods of the river Guadalmedina, a space little known by the Malaga that can be visited without being lodged in the hotel.

Good 5-star hotel located in the center of Malaga but still for the winter evenings is somewhat secluded. Elegant design Hotel that has integrated the archaeological remains found within the building. It has parking which is very appreciated. The restaurant that did not just work has changed for another more casual and more affordable with better value for money. They play jazz on Thursdays and weekends, free of charge, just the consumption.

Great staff. They where very helpful with printing tickets etc. They also upgraded us for free. The room was amazing. Massive bed and bathroom. It is in a very central location. Very close to shops and restaurants. Would definately go back.

Location is good. The people at the front desk are cordial. The cleanliness of the place is what killed it for me. The tiles in the bathroom were dirty, we asked to change the sheets more than one time and they were never changed during our stay. I'm hoping they had changed them before we checked in, cause the kleenex box was empty and they never brought any more. We had to ask for toilet paper cause there wasn't any left and they never brought the paper when it was done.

Fantastic location, decent bar, good reception staff. Room was a good size, very clean. The only wrinkle is that the roof pool closes at 8pm and is unheated.

Booked this hotel because it is only 5 star hotel of the city. I dont think it is a real 5 stars. Good location. Great lobby and rooftop pool. Booked a junior suite and end up under the roof with a room without any view or windows: (. Bed was amazing.

Good Location. Directly to the old town. In ten minutes to walk to the port. Traffic is very loud in front of the Hotel.

You have very good points such as the ruins of the walls that can be visited or the spaces of the rooms, but is short on details, as the atmosphere of the restaurant where breakfast is served.

For now the best hotel in the Centre of Malaga. The rooms are quite spacious, at least in that I was. The staff was very attentive, even we were invited to a glass of sweet wine at the bar. The archaeological remains of the basement are amazing. And to round off the pool on the deck, some overlooking the roofs of Málaga (although this is not the best in town, admittedly). Perhaps there is little room for sunbathing, when I was full. Anyway, highly recommended, and very good standing.

The hotel is spotless. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they always make you feel at home. The only drawback was that the pool was unheated and the water was freezing (I guess at the peak of summer this wont be a problem as the pool is on the roof). Its very close to the malaga market and other attractions. Perfect if u want to stay not to far from the city center but not smack bang in the hustle and bustle. Will stay here again and again.

This hotel is beautifully built, thoroughly modern and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. But the place has got absolutely no character, no soul. The rooms are fine, but the bar and restaurant are clean and beautiful but not comfortable or welcoming.
