A marvel in all respects. Excellent treatment.

Rooms are comfy beds good great balcony and view bathrooms a good size rooftop bar is really good has some amazing views highly recommend.

A great hotel with a great location. We were given a room on the penultimate floor overlooking the sea! It's beautiful. The rooftop bar and nice pool. What kind of view is it! The best viewing platform in my opinion.

Room was excellent (was upgraded to a junior executive suite as they had no more standard rooms left but paid same price as standard room) Staff were really helpful and the hotel is not far from the beach. Breakfast was great too!

We went to the roof top bar. The view from there to the city is spectacular. Well worth visiting. Then why only 3 stars? For one it was extremely crowded, so one would need to look around to find a good place to enjoy the view. I can't blame them for this, because as I said it is well worth it. However, what really threw me off was how they handle the admission. They have what they call "Minimum consumption" of 8€. They collect that money before giving access to the elevator, and give you a ticket. So my wife and I went up and asked for a couple of 4€ sangrias and gave the bartender 1 ticket. He refused and said that only one drink, of value up to 8€, could be paid with each ticket I wouldn't have had any trouble if they have said that the admission ticket was 8€ and included a drink or even if it didn't include anything. What bothered me was the deception of calling it minimum consumption. That said I highly recommend visiting. Just ask for an 8€ drink.

It has always been a place to visit to have a drink and enjoy its views but we organized a farewell meal and we were very pleasantly surprised. From the inside and enjoying the views we taste a magnificent menu of sirloin or sea bass. Dessert, wonderful cream millet. Delighted with the food and with the price.

I really loved my stay here — the view from my balcony was stunning and the staff were very lovely. Popular bar on the roof that functions as a tanning and swimming spot in the day. Restaurant is pricey but great quality. Room was comfortable. I will certainly be returning.

The first impression as you enter the hotel lobby is very bad – very strong smell of some cleaning chemicals that stays consistent day-to-day. The facility is either new or renovated, rooms are nice with modern furniture. The AC is very imprecise to say the least – on the AC setting anywhere between 20C and 23C the actual room temperature was maintained at 64F/17C – quite colder than the setting. The buffet breakfast is very good albeit expensive at EUR19 unless you have it included in the rate. One big problem – do not stay on the 14th floor. Above is the pool, bar, and restaurant area and the noise of the furniture being moved (shortly after the midnight and then again shortly after 7 in the morning) is enough to wake you up. The hotel did not do anything to eliminate the noise after we complained, however, they tried to make up for it by offering us another room (too much hassle to move after two nights in one room) and provided some freebies.

Nice view from the roof but the Sangria was not good.

The security of the door has not allowed us to go up to the terrace on Sunday May 20 at 23.20, alleging that at 12 they were going to close the bar there. In 40 minutes, you're not going to give anyone time to take a drink? On Friday the 18th the situation was repeated on the 1st of the morning. Very badly cared for by this gentleman. I ignore the stay and rest of the workers how they are.

Nice hotel, good location.

The best hotel in Malaga, in the same centre. To one side the cathedral and to the other The walk of the palm trees that flows into the quay one.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, from the young people to the reception, to the maids.
Another point to highlight is the fabulous rooftop with pool where you can drink and eat. It has the best views of Malaga.

Great hotel right on the harbour, with a great rooftop terrace with magnificent views of the city, the countryside and the harbour.
For Malaga visitors a must.
At peak times, it may be possible that you have to pay something to get to the roof, but you can then consume something for the value.

A terrace with incredible views. Very affordable and very good atmosphere. Very advisable to go to be in Malaga. Preferable in summer, but also at any time worth.

Standard amenities in the AC Brand, and I appreciate the quantities as mentioned before. Great closet space with all the tools you need for a business trip. (i. E shoe shine kit). Excellent service, and found them to be social and engaged when speaking or listening to you. Found the prices of meals and bar to be very reasonable for Brand hotels, and I was absolutely taken with my view and wrap around balcony. Sunrise, Sunset, couldn't ask for more, except. Pillow choice. I am not a fan of feather or down pillows, they disappear into nothing with pressure. A choice would be nice. The one convenience that I again noticed must becoming a thing of the past, is the ability to make a cup of hot water (tea or coffee) in the room.

The rooftop bar is a great place to enjoy a drink, or a swim. Great views across the city, with the harbour, cathedral and castle lit up at night it looks pretty cool. Would recommend having a visit.

This hotel has by far the best location in Malaga. Wonderful lounge bar in the roof top with great views of the old town and port. Swimming pool needs a little cleaning though. Staff extremely kind and helpful.

Best rooftop bar in Malaga. The view is a must see. It is best to go there in the evening to watch spectacular sunset. It is hard to find a better place to enjoy your Sangria. Cheers!

Absolutely amazing and not overpriced. Actually for a bless of wine you will pay 3€. And the views so amazing. Try to check out night time and during the day. 2 completely different views in malaga.

Good quality Hotel It has a restaurant and bar where to eat or have a drink, both for guests staying and for outside people. Good service and good facilities.
On the roof they have a terrace with bar where you will enjoy the views of the sea and the city. It's worth going up. Prices somewhat high but reasonable.
Recommended.

Wonderful views of Malaga. The head of the room, obnoxious. Fiumos received very attentively by a very nice head of the room, but apparently there was change of shift and the substitute left us totally. He stopped attending. One hour to bring the coffee and it was not he who attended us, coffee they charged when it was included in the menu. Maybe it was because there were celebrities from journalism, song and sport?
Or do you not deserve to be tending to the public? Eye to the data, not for having an excessive demand (despite the €8 that charge you to climb the terrace when you have no reservation) can leave dissatisfied to the clientele. Not one person (the head of the room of the Holy Saturday at noon) is questioning the good name of this hotel establishment that bears the emblematic name of our city.

Overall a great experience.

The terrace of the hotel definitely has some of the best views of the city. From one side you can see the entire port of Malaga and from the other, the cathedral and the Alcazaba. Advisable to go to the sunset. Also, for the views that you can enjoy it is not expensive.

Very good hotel conveniently located next to the cathedral and the harbor. We were fortunate to have a room with terrace and view of the garden and all its palm trees, the port and the Ferris wheel. The staff has always been efficient and enjoyable. In the room was a huge king size bed well firm and I slept like a baby. The gym, although small has everything it takes in material, weight, carpet to stay fit. Breakfast is good quality without more. Everything was extremely quiet and quiet. We had a really great time at this hotel.

Fantastic view on the terrace on the 15th floor. The cocktails, wines and other drinks are available to buy at affordable prices. The staff is attentive and polite. The view is simply the hammer. A must if you want to end the evening with the spectacular view over the harbour!

Attic terrace with excellent views over the port of Malaga. Good service… but very crowded, you have to choose well the timetable. They charge for the access minimum consumption.

Interesting hotel. Rooms are OK, good amount of space and the bathroom we had was really nice, with a nice selection of toiletries provided for free. Breakfast provided has a good selection and plenty of seating available. The rooftop bar is really nice, though can get chilly. (Blankets available upon request) However, the lifts have a mind of their own, are super inefficient and it's often quicker to walk at peak times than trying to wait for a lift…

This hotel "obliges" to pay 8/9 € in a "crappy" table located at the entrance of the hotel to access the terrace-bar that equals "according to them" is equivalent to a consumision. Interestingly a coffee or water costs that, but if you order an alcoholic beverage, (not a Moet or similar) you charge a supplement of "×" €. It takes a long time to serve, if you ask for a second drink they charge what you think. When accompanied by some friends from another city, I limit myself to pay and point, but I assure you that if I return and I happen the same I will put a claim sheet. It seems that this hotel is still the same as when a star was removed. For me it is cumbersome and abusive system. Thank you.

Amazing staff at the front desk as well as the bellman and door services. Also amazing views! And the rooms are extremely comfortable! I highly recommend this place for the price!

The hotel is very well located. The room (double with sea view) very spacious, great views, good mattress and comfortable, unique flawed pillows. In the room we expected a welcome detail (assortment of pastries and polvorines and Malaga wine). The staff were very friendly and helpful, except for a couple of bouncers a little unfriendly. The breakfast buffet is fine, the pastries are exquisite. A little more variety is missing in the fruit. We'll probably repeat. Absolutely recommended.

A fantastic place, where you are wrapped with the views of our Malaga with a professional team throughout the hotel, it is worth spending a evening k unforgettable.

During the event on the tourist flats in Malaga, organized by "Olmedo and Velasco" Abogados, we were in one of the lounges, on the reception. Great facilities and excellent breakfast.

This is a nice hotel with great staff, clean rooms, and a beautiful rooftop pool and restaurant. There is one serious flaw about the interior rooms, NOT DESCRIBED ON THE HOTEL WEBSITE. There is one wall of rooms that faces an ugly interior small courtyard of the hotel (our room was #819). For 5 days, we stared at a cement wall and could only see the sky through the upper part of our window. I've had hotel rooms in the past with unappealing views, e. G. Looking across the street at another building, but never have I had such an unappealing view of a bare wall so close to my own room (about 2 metres). We tried several times to move but the hotel was too full. With the window open, one could hear every movement of the elevators. My concern is that their website does not describe how unappealing these interior room views are and perhaps not surprisingly, there is no picture that shows this view. These rooms should be much less expensive than the ones that look out over the Mediterranean or onto the lovely city streets and it should be CLEARLY STATED on the website that these rooms have an ugly view. I wouldn’t have minded so much if I knew what I was getting for my money. My advice to anyone booking is to not mar your Mediterranean adventure by being stuck in one of these rooms. Demand one that looks outside the hotel property and if you have to, pay more to avoid these interior rooms.

Perfect location in the center of Malaga and next to the port and Pier 1 of the capital. It has a magnificent terrace for dinner and a few evening drinks with amazing views over the harbor and the cathedral. Highly recommended.

A hotel that feels like 5 stars purely by room comfort and personnel. Also offers a great view and nice balcony in the room. Showers area and toilet spectacular in terms of comfort and the many accessories provided.

Don't like big, corporate hotels but this one's an exception. Location is excellent for the old town, night life, restaurants and all historic sites. Great views from all of the clean, well-appointed rooms. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Best of all is the very high rooftop pool, restaurant and bar area giving panoramic views all round. One might expect prices up there to be as high as the views, but surprisingly not. Recommended.

Had a 3-night stay while touring several sites in the region. The location is perfect for a home base for touring Malaga. You can walk to many restaurants and shops, which is a huge plus. Reception staff was pleasant and helpful, even with my nearly non-existent Spanish speaking skills. As a gold member, I was upgraded to a bay view, which was a nice touch, especially since the hotel was fully booked. The room was very spacious, especially for Europe and had everything you might need, though you have to ask for an iron. The one bad thing was the parking situation. To park a car, you have to either double park or park illegally in residential handicapped spaces and go inside to get a staff member to move your vehicle. Luckily I could wait with the car while my wife went to get the staff. Otherwise, we were told they are quick to tow or ticket, given the heavy parking demand in the street. I think the hotel should have a valet stand, manned or not, where you at least know where to wait. The whole parking process was not clear on the website. Aside from that, my stay was great.

This was my worst experience of staying in a hotel. We paid more than 200 euros per night for a suite in which the air condition was not working. When we reported that to the front desk they send somebody after 15 minutes to fix the air condition. This guy left to get his tools and came back several times and finally "fixed" the AC. There was no fix. The AC was not working. We complained few more times but no result. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Modern without being cold, the rooftop is nice and the views from upper floors are great. Water pressure is a bit low on the top floor but probably better lower in the building.

The rooftop terrace was wonderful, the views are stunning across the harbour and the service was impeccable. We were meeting long lost relatives for the first time in 20 years and it was great to have such a beautiful surrounding.

Superb terrace on the 15th floor allows you to see the whole city. Absolutely a stop to do on a trip to Malaga.

Cool bar with the best view n town. Good drinks too an okay price. A good DJ playing; house/lounge music. A good place to destress from the hectic Malaga. You get a drink with your entrance fee.

An ingenious rooftop terrace overlooking the sea and the entire city.

Love the views. But what's lacking is better service. This hotel could benefit hugely from visitors having lunch or a drink. They had 4 waiters tending 5 tables of hotel guests, but ignoring public guests. It's open as of 4pm to the public. If you have the patience to wait.

In order to admire the view from the terrace, we went to the Marriott. Arriving on the terrace apparently no one was willing to serve us, 30 minutes of expectations later we decided to go to the bar. It turned out that even in front of the bar, the waiters and bartenders preferred to ignore us while we were there. We then ask if it is possible to order and the server says yes. He listens to the command and when my turn comes to order he turns his head and goes away without even hearing the end of my order. I leave to sit back and 10 minutes later I am told to go and get my drink. When I arrived at the bar, the bartender looked at me exasperated and said, "It's been five minutes since your cocktail. " The joke.
I pay a glass for 8 euros for a non-existent service, a lack of respect for customers and a good mood of cemetery.
I remain very shocked at the behaviour of the employees of a 4 star hotel, really dismal.

Great location The hotel is very nice, too bad for the reception staff definitely too slow (20 minutes for a check in which was also already done online) and for the little functional elevators.

The location is excellent just metres from the Cathedral, very spacious, comfortable, good conservation and cleaning. The breakfast great. The personal outstanding.

Say that has a terrace very nice to take something and with some views magnificent of the city. However not have been able to check it after three attempts in which not is us allowed the access to the hotel.

I was for business reasons, throughout the hotel smells like sauna, for who likes Super for whom not horrible, have good beds and good breakfast that Yes.

Aside that exists in Malaga an eternal controversy over the appropriateness of this building in its urban context, I love this hotel. I've been three times hosted on it, and all has been an experience much more than positive, treatment, service, quality, and location. It is an excellent establishment.

Even if you're not in the hotel, strongly recommend uploading terrace there are views of Malaga incredible. Do not miss. The prices of the drinks are expensive but it is worth.

The hotel experience not just the quality of the rooms and the location, but the amazing rooftop terrace. It is from above from where the hotel, piscina+restaurante+discoteca in the highest roof of the center of the city, enjoy a 360 ° viewpoint from which enjoy the city at all hours.
High quality restaurant, offers typical dishes served in a different way.
The penalty is the small thing which is the terrace when dinner, party and drink, together is not fit, nor is the cheapest for a drink, but you pay for the privilege of being at the top of the city.
I also think that should consider reform to modernize it a little.
