Broken bed and very uncomfortable. We couldn't sleep in a hotel that was supposedly 4 stars. Unforgivable.

Reasonable hotel close to the beach. About 6 Euro taxi ride into the centro. They make the beds way too tight and you have to remake them because they tuck top and bottom together and then the bottom sheet is too small to truly tuck in. Idk why hotels do that! Very irritating. There’s no concierge and hard to get much in the way if info for the sights. The breakfast is very good though. And it’s clean with a tub. I’d recommend it but probably would not stay here again because the beds are not all that comfy, more on the uncomfortable side, in realty.

The location is excellent very close to the beach, you can see the sea from your window if your room overlooks Pacifico Street. Room service seemed a bit pricey. To be a few days this perfect.

This is a great hotel. It is our third visit here (2014, 2016, 2018) so we are able to spot some differences from the first time we checked in. The price has steadily gone up over the years. This was, sadly, not matched by regular maintenance. You can spot this in the rooms (especially the bathrooms). On the up side, staff is helpful, breakfast is amazing and it's proximity to the beach make it a good choice for holiday goers. Price/benefit ratio is still pretty bad. We will rent an apartment next time we visit. It will save about 50% of what we spent this year.

Very friendly and competent Employees. We only wanted to stay one Night, but then decided to spend a second Night there. An excellent delicious, varied Breakfast has led to this Decision as well as the clean Rooms with the beautiful View of the Park and the side of the Sea. Here I would like to stay at any time again.

Very good option to spend a few days in Malaga. Excellent location, just a few meters from the beach. Close to the centre and the exits to the highway. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. How it should be, absolute cleanliness. Very nice and professional staff. Very good restaurant, just like breakfast. For putting a but maybe some soda/water would be a welcome detail. To come back.

Very new modern Hotel. Large rooms with comfy beds, very close to the beach. Good soundproofing between rooms.
Normally there is parking outside if you are looking but in high season it is complicated but they have also garage.
It has a very original cafeteria-restaurant with very good dishes although they are not very cheap. It's worth trying out the burgers.
Not very cheap but worth it. It is far from the center but if it is for beach area it is ideal. Nearby there are restaurant areas and beach bars.

This is not a professional establishment. We stayed here and had proof that two female staff memebers entered our room after we had left (as they printed out entry times) and when we arrived back at our room a wallet was stolen from our bag. When we alerted the staff they said, “It is impossible for one of our staff members to have stolen the wallet, that is not like them, they have worked here for a very long time. ” However the proof was there. They seemed to all be working together to cover for the robbery. We have alerted the cops and they said this is not the first time this has happened at this hotel. We were under the impression this was a safe hotel as we were paying a lot of money. Guess you can’t trust even the nicer hotels. Very disappointed with how the situation was handled.

Nice hotel. The sea view room overlooks the big Avenue too. Too bad, because a bit of a passing. Room But it takes either a bike or a vehicle to get to the historic city centre. Beautiful beach nearby and park.

Habitaciones cómodas y de decoración moderna y actual. Eché en falta una botella de agua de cortesía como hacen en muchos otros hoteles pero por contra había café e infusiones disponibles en la habitación al servicio el huésped. El hotel dispone de parking de pago aunque no hay mucho problema para aparcar por los alrededores. Está un pelín alejado del centro de la cuidad pero se encuentra en la zona de playa lo que lo hace muy agradable para pasear o hacer deportes al aire libre.

Very good hotel, in a great location. Very close to the beach, downtown and the highway. Account with a taxi stop at the door and bus lines very near. The parking is free on the street although in high season it is difficult to find site. The service is very attentive. Highly recommended.

I have No complaint regarding the room service. With respect to the bar restaurant, it is not surprising that it is empty. Terrible service by the waitress. Still asking for high so simple and cooked as some nachos with three dips, classic guacamole still I am waiting. The two served were: cheese with tomato (lumpy) and a tomato fresh out of the refrigerator. A fright that I will not repeat.

Nice place facing the sea. You can eat very well and there are many places close by where you can eat very well. It is not in the center but have transportation very close. You can walk to the center (25 minutes) from the promenade.

I was hoping for something more select and of more quality. I was going with a Groupon coupon and I guess it would have been for that. I have noticed that Groupon's clients are treated differently. With less attention and offering lower quality.

DO NOT STAY HERE … looks good from the outside but what a nightmare … here is the back story … problem is the air conditioning … if visiting in summer definitely don't stay here … the air conditioning in the rooms function but are not cold enough they apparently cant operate below 22 degrees (so the guy said but didn't even do that) our room was 27 degrees way to warm … I complained and asked for another room but instead she got the maintenance guy up to our room to check it out (really she should have just given us another room) and her quick reaction to call maintenance seems like its a common complaint … so the maintenance guy said it cant go lower they are set no matter what room to operate at max 22 degrees … however it seemed more like 25 — 26 degrees and it was a really hot and humid day … on top of that it made a clicking noise … so left with no choice had to open the window because outside was cooler than inside the hotel rooms and hall ways … but with the window open traffic noise was loud. Worst night sleep and I wouldn't say the beds were that comfortable … given the expense we definitely won't stay here again! On a positive food was okay and lobby was air conditioned properly … but in the hall ways and our room nothing worse than a long trip and your room is roasting … I don't normally complain about things but when traveling you need a good night sleep with no dramas … DO NOT STAY HERE unless you like the tropics!

We have stayed one week at this hotel. Enjoyed very much. Breakfast very fresh and tasty. Staff very friendly especially Francisco was very good and helpful to us. Rooms were cleaned every day. We had nice view trough the window. 10 min on taxi or less to the Malaga airport, not far to the beautiful Malaga city centre. Nice bars and restaurants, lots of playgrounds for kinds along the beach.

To eat there and to have to leave half of my fish which was very bad and did not smell the freshness…

Beautiful hotel. Parking really bad unless you can handover a creditcard (that got stolen). Not really helpful. Great area great views nice area.

The air conditioning is not great. It can barely keep the room tolerable, let alone comfortable. The bed is a bit firm but doable. The staff is friendly. Overall it's just ok. I wouldn't return.

The hotel is about 40 mins walk away from the centre of the city however the walk is great, about 1.6 miles. Hotel staff were great, and the prices of the drink very competitive. All around the hotel there are little bars and eating places and sometimes you need to look closer because at first sight the places may not look nice but they are! Walkway is about 2 miles in length and there are little cafes all along it until you reach the port and the start of the city. All in all cracking place if you don't mind the walk.

At the top. Very nice staff and who tries to speak as much French as possible the mojito in the bar are just to be found on the floor. We were lucky we had a view of the beautiful park and obviously on the beach.

Service is very attentive. Cleaning the facilities. A number of different environments. Ample service cafe and bar.

The place met my expectations. Hotel with Business customer target has a great position for enjoying the beach, with a choice of chiringuitos nearby to have great fish directly on the beach. It is not in the city centre but the historical town is still reachable. I give a high rate to the breakfast served in the hotel since beside the usual breakfast things it offers local stuff such as churros.

Exquisite treatment, overlooking the beach, international food, clean and the best Maître Eduardo who you will always serve exquisitely with his usual smile.

Good choice of accommodation at the beach front. Does not have a pool, which is a bug. The rooms are spacious and the hotel staff very attentive.

Booked a sea view room and wasn't disappointed. Good breakfast. Only drawback was the very weird and stiff bed.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for two nights from Friday 13th March before flying back to the UK after my husband was discharged from Hospital, where he underwent surgery for an accident whilst walking in the National Park. The efficient, sympathetic and friendly staff at the hotel were superb and went out of their way to help us during our stay, e. G. Organised the hire of a wheelchair, something I felt our Travel Insurance Company should have done Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Hotel.

Returned for a second stay in December as it was excellent in February. The staff are professional and with warm personalities. The hotel style is modern and crisp and clean. The linen is of lovely quality, the bed is large and comfortable and the room layout works well. The menu incorporates some local specialties and there is a good choice of dishes. It is obvious that a lot of care is taken to look after the guests and keep everything sparkling. The hotel is away from the center, next to a lovely park and a stones throw away from the sea. The locality has many restaurants, bars and cafes nearby but it is mostly a residential area There is a good bus service into town and the area feels safe. Between the hotel and the sea there is the main coastal road and residential blocks but there are plenty of controlled crossings. The walk into Malaga along the beach is flat and easy with cycle paths (you can hire a bike at the hotel) and there are a few fish restaurants along the way. l.

Once more the chain vincci, in this case vincci Málaga, leaves us very good taste. Delighted to have hosted here, we hope to return someday.

Terrible hotel and a mess with meals and waiters food tanbien chart put it for dinner and on top we protest and nida face the director we were kepara paciguar things and unacalor in the corridors of the hotel without turning the air conditioning not laconsejo 15 minutes between the first and second dish well a greeting.

Its very nice hotel and the view was perfect and the staff working in the reception are helpful but the air condition not that good just they use fan not a/c and icomplain they send me an technition who not speak english otherwise everything was perfect. Thanks.
