After only being a few minutes late for ordering room service we were denied any food. When asking for an outside delivery service to obtain some food due to me having diabetes, the answer was you must find you’re own. Disgusting, avoid this hotel.

This a great hotel, it’s very clean, well run and friendly staff. We have stayed here a few times and always felt very welcome. The breakfast is superb! Excellent choice of food and always kept topped up. Wonderful experience!

In general is an aceptable venue, however, the ratio value/price is not good, here is why. Pool are is nice for a cozy atmosphere and can accommodate only 6 to 8, as such in a high deplane scenario the pool is crowded. Location is less than ideal to hit the beach, you either navigate the metro system just 2 blocks away or need a car to comfortably go with the family. If you are alone I guess its ok to stretch the legs a bit. On the other hand, a nice thing to mention: food is quite good and the restaurant staff is friendly and always ready to help.

Great customer services starting at the front desk, the room service and the restaurant. The hotel is a bit far from the city, 20 minutes by bus. If you want a quite place to relax it's the for place you.

Hotel highlights the kindness of its employees. Cleanliness and comfort in all its facilities are commendworthy. Including the pool. Very comfortable and spacious bed. The restaurant, very slow in service. That's why we use it only once. The hotel, a little far from the center of Malaga and with mediocre communications. Large and comfortable garage.

We loved the place, it’s off the city which was an advantage as we had a car to drive. Simply we could park free of charge around the hotel, staff were nice and helpful. Prices were acceptable, we called the hotel directly and had the better deal.

Very good hotel. Staff welcoming and attentive to any request. The rooms are great, very spacious, clean and the King Size bed is perfect for resting well.
We encountered however some problems with the air conditioning not obvious to adjust (too fresh or not enough that sometimes prevented us from sleeping).
We were disappointed with the hotel restaurant in the evening: prices too high for an average quality but especially a long waiting time, we even hesitated to leave.
However, the breakfast was very good, hearty and the value for money suitable.

Fridge in the rooms, 24hrs working small shop, good service. Close to airport and supermarket. Very good breakfasts (bufet). But for a dinner I would recommend go elsewhere around hotel.

Nice hotel. Well located near the airport. Good transport links to get in to the city 5 stops away. Plus near the entry to the coast road to drive along the Costa.

Clean quiet and modern. Very close to airport for our last day in Spain. The staff are warm, friendly and accomodating. We booked two rooms, one handicapped accessible. The accessible room has an excellent bathroom for wheelchair and a plus that many hotels do not have is the door to the room stays open. No need to struggle to get in with the wheelchair. I will certainly stay here again when we return in the future.

Hotel Quiron The truth, we had to stay a few days for an entrance to a family hospital and the treatment was spectacular, the receptionist Super Majas attentive and treatment 10, the waiters super attentive especially a particular person was called Cristina, I really was very pleasantly surprised, I will definitely return. The rooms are super nice and the bathroom great, the truth is that I can't say anything bad about the site.

Very accomodating desk staff. Went out of their way to provide assistance. Hotel is clean and a quiet place to rest before a flight.

The food in the restaurant is so good! Croquettas are as good as my mom's and that is saying a lot! I couldn't believe we stayed at the Hilton Doubletree Reserva del Higueron weeks before and the food was pre-packaged and awful. I would stay here hands down just for food. Rooms are nice and well appointed although heat/AC are central and that is not good for Spain when you want to crank the AC.

Very good hotel food and location great if you travel by plane. Very close to Malaga airport and taxis at the 24h gate.

The hotel is well located, five minutes from Malaga airport. The food is acceptable. There is also parking for the guests but it is not included in the price. The rooms have double window to avoid hearing the vehicles from the roads so close.

From my point of view, a normal hotel rather low. One of the days we arrived at 5 in the afternoon and the room was still unclean. This under my point of view gives a very crappy image of the hotel.
I call the front desk and they tell me it depends on the room service organization, they don't have a fixed schedule.

Malaga charming Spanish city with so much Roman and modern history.

Good hotel. 24 hr gym, food is ok, has a bar. Nothing to see/do around the hotel. Must can to city center.

Typical Airport hotel. Hotel Room was the same as all other major chains. Perfectly adequate. The common areas were far too crowded and although we planned to use the bar be changed are minds because it was overflowing with people. All seats were full, people we sat on arms of chairs and on any available flat service. To be fair the hotel was full to capacity because of the storms in the British Isles and a string of flight cancellations. The hotel might be all right if it is only half full, or whatever percentage they plan to. We booked our room over the internet after finding our flight was cancelled. On arrival they tried to charge us double the agreed rate. After some discussion they gave us the agreed rate. Then when we paid for breakfast they charged us more than the rate quoted. First they said it must be an old rate, then they said we couldn't have that rate since we didn't book breakfast when we check in. I likely won't use this hotel again.

Great hotel with nicely decorated rooms and very good services. As a detail in each room has a water heat with its infusions, soluble coffee, milk, sugar…, the staff very friendly. The catering in general very well. Well-endowed and nice gym. Generally recommended.

It is far from the centre within a 10 minute walk to the bus stop + 25 minutes on the bus. Breakfast was very nice. The staff were very friendly.

A good airport hotel, service OK, CA-200m away the bus and subway stop to the city. Free parking available. Breakfast was extensive and fresh.

Nice experience. Good customer service from check-in to checkout. Very useful if you need to get a next day flight or want to go to town or beach either.

Good location to go to the airport, good beds and comfortable rooms. I do not put four as you book by booking and I passed the bill for the card is supposed to guarantee the reservation, wanted to pay cash and was not possible.

We had a good stay at this hotel. All the facilities are in shape and good. Parking lot is available. Staff is friendly. We also had dinner at the hotel and the food is pretty good. Bedroom was clean and we had a good night. The fitness room is basic but good enough for us. Will be nice to come back to this place.

I stayed at this hotel because it was passing by and the truth is that it was a success, if it is true that it is not central but comfortable bed, absolute cleanliness of the room and I recommend choosing the breakfast, super full and delicious.

Accommodation hardware is as comfortable as the IHG group standard, buffet breakfast is good, there are free and charge two kinds of parking spaces.

Excellent Hotel, superb room, spotlessly clean, great bed, excellent fresh breakfast. Definitely great value for your money. Within short walking distance to terrific metro system, Station Puerta Blanca. Ticket for €5.30 gives you six journeys!. Metro takes you to within easy walking distance to Historic Malaga!, Station Elke Perceel.

Highly recommended if you are going to work and need to do night in Malaga, modern, comfortable and clean, I will definitely continue staying in it every time I go around the area.

Pernocté 1 day at the Hotel and fantastic. Varied breakfast you will find elaborate dishes, pastries, fruits, churros, drinks… Quite clean, very friendly receptionist, well appointed rooms, good Wi-Fi connection, nice bartenders. The only downside that the pool could have was more grass and it could be open all day. But happy in my stay.

Good hotel with good concierge service, very close to the airport. Expect approximately 10-12 euros by taxi to get to Malaga city center. Parking in the hotel garage is 5 euros per night or you can opt for free street parking.

Over 40 years of traveling and one of my WORST hotel experiences! For a high price, I had a top-floor room abutting the elevator shaft: AS an architect I can tell you that the elevator equipment was not properly installed or serviced. EVERY time it started (ALL NIGHT LONG), my room shook with a vibrational THUNK as the gears engaged. In would not have taken that room even for free. After a night without sleep, I awoke at 4:45 a. M. To find that Reception HAD NOT called for a taxi as promised, and it was ONLY the kind-hearted generosity of 2 young ladies whom I could not even speak with, who offered to share their taxi and saved me from missing my flight. I've stayed at this hotel on previous trips and have recommended it in the past… but NEVER, EVER again!

Very nice Hotel for the price we had to pay. Was amazing. Breakfast was great too. Hint: pick for a kingsize bed and not for two single beds, cause these rooms have a niger bathroom!

I can not evaluate it as a hotel, because I live in Malaga and don't stay overnight in hotels here. But I come very much to the Garden Hilton for business meetings, conferences, symposia and other. The rooms are pretty, there is free Wi-Fi… Although the breakfast is usually bad pulling a "but what are telling me 5-star hotel". I guess it will vary according to the organization…

A modern hotel, well located if you coming from Cadiz, since it is on the road Cádiz — Málaga. Without great luxury, but with everything you may need for a urban stay hotel (cleaning, with details such as coffeemaker, iron, …). It is not in the Center, but it is very well connected by a subway line a few minutes. Metro line, by the way, very modern, clean and with good frequent. The price is very interesting for what it offers. We have repeated and I would recommend it.

The truth that the hotel in itself is fine, what I find despicable is that they treat the waitresses story as rubbish, in addition to the explode cleaning, your day is lengthened each time I have not finished going through the many rooms allocated for a salary vaguely decent (which is not or much less they promise to hire you), not as a place that boasts of having 'class' is the only thing that is missing. I have toured many hotels and I have to say that this is the one to which he would never return with the same people leading the hotel.

For a hotel experience, it was ok — I would give it 3 stars — were it not for the fact it is a Hilton Hotel. They don't accept major payment cards and the food is horrible and I had Wi-Fi problems. The staff is friendly and helpful though.

This hotel is a steal! Maybe I got a good price just because it was their slow season, but for a little more than 60 USD, I got a really nice room. Would absolutely stay there again.

New hotel and located in a strategic place because of the nearby airport.
I spent a few enjoyable days minus the kitchen! Undercooked food, mediocre quality and modest amounts.

It is a Hilton but without seem it, I guess because the hotel is quite new. The service… I liked it too. The very small pool. Yes, the King Size bed… spectacular. I liked it so much that I want one for my house.
