The best thing, without a doubt, of this hotel has been the staff that composes it, we all train and always trying to make you feel great, especially the catering staff. The hotel itself is ok, has good things like facilities, location, etc. And improveable things like the bathroom that looks old and small.

The owner has two eagles and almost kill a friend's dog. Dont come to this crazy place.

The hotel has a very good situation as it is located in the vicinity of marina. The facilities are completely renovated. The staff is very friendly and the rooms have an acceptable size. If you have to put any glue is that in the common areas the air conditioning is very short or almost non-existent. The food is very varied.

Overnight stay at room 1057 with great views. The furniture is not in top condition and in the bathroom with me there was spider web but throughout Ok. The food is not bad but also not as I expect from a 4 star hotel. You don't have a fixed table but that gives you the opportunity to eat outside. The location is absolutely top as it is just in front of the promenade. The rating 4.5 out of 6 found online is correct in my opinion.

Staff friendly, food hot and choice just about ok, good location but thats it. Room was not very clean when we arrived and didnt get cleaned properly while we was there. Balcony was filthy and unusable. 3 nights was enough and I wouldnt go again.

Almost 10 if it wasn't for the location of the room… it was the economic. In the other hand I give very good note, the buffet very good, the room excellent and the cleanliness well… I don't know how people can say otherwise… I also affirm the smell of fritanga when you come down to the reception, but it's only when they prepare the food, the rest of the day smells pretty good. There are pictures left to see the hotel on the outside and the views of the room (in mine you hear the traffic of the roundabout)

The only thing I found good at this hotel was location and view. Kitchen and Service however not particularly noteworthy for a 4 * house, in the end even quite disappointing.

The hotel is a great site, I do not know who is playing with my name over the Internet I just call a person and she told me that there was a review on my behalf, and from here I say again that the hotel is well in no time it has happened what they had written at the expense of my name, I hope that what I an writing to my name does not impact the hotel for anything because honestly idk who to writing and if there are any questions about the hotel you only have to read more hopciones other users.

Hotel was ok you have to pay to park and for safe in room breakfast was luke warm somedays but staff were friendly and rooms cleaned nice.

The hotel has a great location and the service is very good. We were greeted with a glass of cava when we came back in the afternoon and the breakfast was great.

Nice, modern hotel, right on the harbour.

Glad we picked this hotel. It's not the fanciest but it's modern, clean, nice staff and the location is the best in the area. Shortest distance to marina, grocery stores and beach. Description was quite accurate. It was practical to have somebody pick us up at the airport, but not necessary. Not a fancy car — just a regular taxi and 5-10 € more expensive than normal price and there was plenty of available taxis. Takes 30-40 minutes with train or bus to travel to Malaga city which was very nice. Taxi cost about €25 each way.

Three nights stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, the view very pretty.
We were disappointed with the reception: unknown welcome glass. The restoration was really neglected. We arrive on the first night, we are moved to a table, we did not know the conditions. We are told just one word "drink"…!?
Food really to see again! On the other hand there is a choice. This restaurant looks more like a hostel or a 2 star restaurant but not 4… Bland decoration, "false flowers" on the table, no friendliness, no warmth, no life… deplorable atmosphere.
Initially, just "Thank you", we didn't even know if we had to settle something, a tourist tax or whatever… or we expected to find out if our stay had gone well.
It's really a pity the hotel is beautiful as a whole!

Not particularly helpful or considerate staff Hotel room smelt of cigarettes and sewage so asked to be moved but told hotel was full that night… it was not as I could still book another room. Next day was told we were too late to move even though check in that day was not still not open? We were told we we should have moved early morning but where to as they were allegedly still full from the night before?

This place is very respe tful of guests and are very helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. Food is very nice although the waiter takez his job most seriousky and tends to want you sitting where he wants you to be rather than having choice.

Water pressure and ac are substandard at any level. Staff don't like your attempts at Spanish. Just seemed rude so I was compelled to book other excursions instead of being able to use the front desk resources. If you are a golfer, apparently you are a better customer.

This hotel has had a makeover. We visited when they had the launch party and it was fabulous. Best night of the holiday… Lovely staff and food great… Very clean and the location is perfect.

I would class this hotel as a 2 star rating!. Firstly not very clean! Secondly food is minimal and repetitive! Cups have cracks and chips in them also! Thirdly don't expect to sleep while you stay here! There is a chill out area which is open to the public as well as hotel guests. Loud rave music is played from early evening until the last person leaves early hours of the morning! Ear plugs are a must!

No air con till June, but had a suite. Well worth it. Great marina and see views. Room was large separate lounge/bedroom both with large wall mounted TV. Bathroom twin sinks. Had to pay for the safe 3euro a day. But free Wi-Fi in room and throughout hotel.

Beautiful structure, it leaves much room to the imagination but it is only appearance. The double room is really ' double ' and in good condition but not everything works. The bathroom is very minimal and lacks a bit of comfort. Sore notes: The internal parking fee (10 Euro per night and we are just in January) ; The cleanliness of the room The breakfast was a bit poor and the food was very good. Staff not always professional and definitely uncaring!

Good location and reasonable price. The pools are great and the normal rooms. A bit poor food and little variety.

I have been this year there, and the food big shame little cleaning I left some earrings on the table of the room and told me that there had not nothing I believe that or even care. And I, however, was in the best of benalmadena and all fantastic with amazing views-spectacular. I hope that mejoreis and that the next client that you will forget something in the room that you can recover. Thanks.

We celebrate the wedding here 4 years ago and treated us amazing, although I think that changed direction, the food was very good, with a living room charming, having an aperitif of welcome in the swimming pool, preferred.

The hotel with more tradition in Benalmádena Costa. Its location is privileged next to Puerto Marina and 50 meters from the beach. And if you also want to have fun, it is 150 metres from the most famous entertainment area of Benalmadena Costa. It has complete facilities and treatment by the hotel staff is always attentive and exquisite, they will make you feel like in your own home.

It is a nice hotel very good attentive workers ysus.
